Would've been more of a pleasant experience if their inventory were in the right spot. And if it were cleaned up a bit. Stuff in here is still pretty costly for being the kind of establishment that it is. But other than that, it's ok.

I hope customer service gets better for the Christams season. Cashiers talk more than they check out customers. I get it, be friendly, totally agree bur move with purpose when you have 6 people in line. Waited for at least 15 minutes all yhe while a second cashier was on the floor hanging clothes. 1st cashier called her over and she still took a few minutes to head to us. (I watched)

My Aunt went into BELK and this service representative looked our way and refuse to speak or say anything! We stood for 10 minutes before I went to find some assistance! Racism at its best and its sad !! If you’re black please find Ms Connie SHE IS THE SWEETEST AND SHE MAKES BELK LOOK GOOD! Thank you Ms Connie for your help and warm smile!

It is a Belk. Since JC Penney closed, it is the only department store in this mall. The staff was very friendly at checkout and he got me a 60% discount at checkout. I needed pants to finish my workday after mine got dirty. The pants were actually very nice even though it is not what I would normally purchase.

Great place to shop. Ashley was very helpful and I felt like an important customer. She gave amazing customer service. Thanks I had to walk the length of the store before I found someone to check me out. Not enough cashiers to help their customers. They NEED MORE people to check you out. Long line, long wait. Ugh!!All of their fall decorations are 60% off. Great sale. Also they are having their pre-sale on Estee Lauder. A free gift is available with your order. Same problems. Not enough cashier's for the Christmas rush. Lines are too long. They have the most beautiful summer collection of ladies clothing. Good sales going on . Christmas decorations are in. Beautiful!

Very few staff noticeable here in Lumberton NC. Belk these days doesn’t seem to have the breadth of clothing and accessories they used to have. Perhaps a reflection on Mall retail today.

I was surprised to see all the clothes from last season on sale. There wasn't much to choose from. All last seasons clothes. I walked around in men's Dept for an hour and half and never saw anything that I would want, even if you would have given it to me. Yes, the sale prices were great, but just not anything to really choose from. I love shopping at Belk. Was prepared to use 500.00 of my budget for clothes. Guess I'll try Belk in Fayetteville.

Some good quality clothes. Name brand ,best get the good deals when the have big Sales. I like the buy one pair of pants and get 2 free deals. The doorbusters are best. Wish they had move large and extra large suits.But not necesarily XXX or xx large. 50 to 55 sizes hard to find. Skinny guys have not problem and really big either!?

They have beautiful clothes and nice selection to browse through I just think that it's just a tad bit too cluttered in there, it's almost like walking in a maze. But really nice selection though.

Selection is so better than our lil W'ville store (thou we're glad to have it). The Biggs Park location did a great job handling the holiday shoppers. And were ready with coupons for us at the register.

I usually go to men's department and have had no issue. The sales people are always friendly and willing to help. The 4 stars are for the limited inventory for big and tall people.

The employees at this store do not now how to speak to customer on the phone at all. Adam the manger on duty is a joke, he put you on hold for a few mins while he stands there no doubt not looking for what happen to my order then he come back on the phone to blame the lady in HR, and say she did not mail the items out until Thursday. then he says he has no control over the mail HELL neither do I, But if you would have mailed my item out on Monday i might have received it by Friday I ordered my items last Saturday Morning, am just one county over less than a hour away. AS I asked to speak to the store Manger he laughs and says they will not be back to until this Saturday. the lady who place the order was no better her ass did even give me a number to track my items. If i had to rate this store you would get a -0. Guess i will see what happen when i speak with Zax the Store manger, Adams already laughed at him so he might not be any help in locating my shoes. Meanwhile i now have to go look for another pair of shoes that i needed this Saturday

I have always liked Belks clothes but I dont shop at the one in Lumberton because everytime I have ever went in there I have caught an employee following me around like I was a theif and they were very obvious about it lol
