OUR Family Dollar staff & management are precisely that~FAMILY. They are personable & professional ~ always concerned as well as involved with this community. They go out of their way to assist the customers, verifying that you’ve used coupons for your purchases, inquiring about your health & family. We may not be the biggest community where a Family Dollar is located, but ours is the best. Penny, Tina, Cameron, Stephanie & Will are hardworking dedicated employees and we LOVE them.

I love our Lowgap Family Dollar !!! Penny, Cameron, Lisa, Tina, Stephanie and Will do a wonderful job making sure we have what we need !!! Plus helping us find it even if it's right in front of us !!! LOL !!! And yes even reading to me cause I left my glasses at home !!! These are not just employee's at this store, they are a part of the Lowgap Family or my bunch anyway !!! I love these people, they make you feel right at home !!! Right now some things aren't in stock or the shelves aren't full of T.P. or paper towels but ya know what if ya need them that bad , go to town !!! Love all these people !!!!

This store has face mask at the front entrance if a customer needs one. Nicely arranged. Well stocked always neat and clean.
