After Christmas my mom and I came to get the half off prices and in the section was half price hallmark ornaments and they aren’t half price. Very unsatisfied with the customer service. Rude self check out personnel. Oh and staff members on their phones texting and talking to people so unprofessional.

I absolutely loved the delivery option that walmart had I receive an order up to 2 times a month. My last 2 orders have been missing items. It has become an issue mainly because it's always something that is needed.

This store has been serving the area for a long time. I think a great number of people depend on this pharmacy for their medications, and that is an important function in any town. It has been slightly disappointing that the pharmacy hours have recently been shortened, unfortunately. The added time in the evening really helped working individuals. The pharmacy folks are always attentive and friendly. Overall, the store has been adequately stocked, but I and several other people would love to see an upgrade in the meat department.

Rayquon was simply outstanding and extremely helpful. Walmart is very lucky to have him. He made me feel so appreciated and valued and for that I am extremely grateful. Caryn at customer service your computers at the customer service area have grave errors and I Verified that because my items were not approved at your customer service registerbut they were approved at the fast checkout and the other registers in the store. Apparently there's a big glitch in this system and it needs to be fixed sooner rather than later. Wish that the customer service would have more help so that this one person Caryn working there wouldn't be so sad.

Both end self check out lanes were open. At least 10 or more customers were waiting. Only two other employee operated check out lines were open with at least 4 to 5 full carts in both lines. This wal-mart is increasingly becoming less and less customer friendly. And, at one time, prices were always better than the two other local grocery stores. If it was not for the fact that there are no other choices to shop in Louisburg when it comes to other house hold items, the Louisburg Wal-mart would not be my choice for shopping. Wal-art used to be our only shopping stop. Not any more. Only as a necessity at this time. All of that being said, my comments, as only one person, will most likely fall on deaf ears. One man's time and convienence means nothing to a large mega corporation as yours. But I wholeheartedly believe and know that people as a whole have become sheep and will follow these, and all asinine changes that you say are designed for customer convienence but are actually designed to increase company profits, at the cost of customer satisfaction. Just saying, a majority of us are not happy about your choice of business operations.

Worse place I ever work at ! Ppl so ruled coach not helpful act hateful to workers and try put stuff they did not do on them . I was in office something I did not do I don't like it ! Stressed work place got wrong ppl running from check out .im very upset way I was gone by working there .

Not the nicest Walmart I've been in. Always have difficulty finding what I want and need. Departments are often in a state of disarray. Seriously needs to work on their plus-size area and stop using it as a dumping ground for clearance items.

You will either find everything you need (except beer) or find absolutely nothing. You could have a good time, or get into a fight. Reviews can go from 1-5. It’s really weird but they’re ok-Ishly stocked. 4.1/5 stars.

Much to be desired ask for flue vac it would have cost $100.00 you're kidding right go elsewhere, just learned this same pharmacycharge you whopping $395.00 for the RSV vaccinations, this means that any one homeless people total is fifty million plus, will never get any vaccinations and they're more a lot of other people are in the same paced ths must be the wrost health care in the world

Just moved and the TV got damaged. Needed a new one. Hit up the Walmart. The sales associate in electronics was great. He steered us clear of some lesser quality models and helped us get the right one. This was one of the cleanest and brightest Walmart I've been to in some time. Checkout was quick. Great experience.Update 11/18/22: Shelves have more product. Prices still higher than they should be but this Walmart still has better service than the othersUpdate 1/22/23: some shelves are bare, others are pretty well stocked. Prices still high.Update 8/20/30: Shelves are pretty well stocked. Prices are still higher than they need to be.Update 11/5/23: prices on stuff like eggs has gone down. Beef and chicken still much higher than it needs to be. Shelves are pretty well stocked. No shortage of candy.Update 1/7/24: prices have come down a bit but not much. Shelves are pretty well stocked.Update 3/9/24: Pretty much the same. Prices on some things are down. Meat prices are still unreasonable and the packaged product doesn't look good at all.

I just can't get out of there without spending too much money. Of course the prices are lower. Even if I go in for one item I start seeing things and tell myself oh we need that and I go back and get a basket and start shopping. Then I see the clearance aisles! Boy do I get in trouble there! My biggest problem is I always forget something I went there for or was meaning to get in the first place.

Had a great experience at the Louisburg Walmart. The store was merchandised well, neat, & clean. Dinah gave excellent customer service in the check out. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fine store but my husband and I use self-checkout where an employee watches us ring everything up and pay. But then at the exit we're asked to let another employee review our receipt before we then walk through electronic theft detectors. No one has to show their receipts by law and it's such bad customer service toward loyal customers.

I use to could find everything I needed at Wal-Mart. Now it seems like they are always out of what I need or don't carry it anymore. Can't seem to find much of anything. I usually have to go on line to shop. I suffer from extreme chronic pain. Can't stand in one place more than couple minutes at time. I sweat a lot from pain causing my blood pressure to go very high. The lady waiting on me was rude as I couldn't stand still and sweat was dripping off me. I asked her if she got the 2 bags of ice I had requested, and she started acting like something else was wrong with me, telling me to calm down . I replied, I need to be upset in order to calm down. She kept insisting I needed to calm down. She upset me, treating me like I was on drugs or something. Which I was not and never am. The store is not very organized either. Things seem to be anywhere, not together. Hard to find things .

They have the great value brand gluten free cookies that are so good. I have an allergy so I struggle to find things I can eat safely. These cookies are made by Walmart so they’re also one of the cheapest gluten free items I can find considering gluten free items are usually expensive. This Walmart is one of the only ones that has them in stock. Also the clearance prices right now are great!

The handicap carts are mostly broken. If they have 1 or 2 available they are rarely charged up. I’m on a walker and cannot shop without using the riding cart. My husband will go inside to get one and ride it out to me. If there isn’t one available or “working” then I have to stay in the car the whole time he shops.Terrible customer service!!!

Usually has what I'm looking for. Sometimes there are no shopping carts available inside. You have to bring them in from outside. Most of the time when they are busy there aren't enough cashiers and the lines are long. I usually go through the self-checkout line and that isn't that bad.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received.. associates standing around laughing and joking yet couldn’t fulfill my order of 17 grocery items in the allotted 6-7 hours I scheduled out knowing that it is a holiday.. first person ( a young man who was decent/ not rude) told me no manager working today-(which explains the level of customer service of employees) and then second person ( a young lady extremely rude) told me the manager wasn’t available was apparently in a meeting on a Sunday so I called back to speak to a manager ( older lady-sounded as if it was her first day) to reschedule a time and she hung up on me- TWICE…
