We love being able to use the Pet Wash station. Unfortunately it has been closed the past two times my husband has tried to take our dog there. We called ahead & were told that it was open. Misty informed him that she had bleach out & it needed to be cleaned. I hope that is true because it was awful the last time that we used it. She also made the statement that it was too cold to wash him anyways. That is the main reason we love to use the Pet Wash Station, it has warm water and blow dryers. We hope it will be opened soon! I included some pictures from the last time we were able to use it. Thank you!

Me and my wife are regular customers at this location. I've had great experiences with two employees. Lynn and Noah are outstanding employees. They both went above and beyond in helping me, on more than one occasion. So thank you guys!!!

Never really had a reason to shop here but my papa sent me on a mission. Misty assisted me without hesitation and I couldn’t have asked for a better associate. Her customer service along with availability of products will more than likely lead me back for future purchases. The guy who checked me out was cool also :)

Misty is an absolutely amazing rep for tractor supply and 100% deserves a raise. She went above in beyond assisting us in trying to locate a skeleton cow and skeleton horse. She could not have been nicer!

This was my first trip to this TSC. Its much larger than the one where I formerly lived. The place was clean and bright. Staff was friendly. I wasn't looking for anything specific when I went it. I picked up some bungee straps, cotter pins, and a gas can replacement nozzle. One thing I noticed was prices on many items were higher than at the Ace down the road and Lowes. If I need something not animal related, I'd probably hit up Ace first. Overall though, it was a good experience. I'd go back.

Stay as far away as you can from this store. Rude people with absolutely NO home or professional training is putting it mildly. Especially Sergio and Mysti. Spent my first and last penny there yesterday. Good grief. If I hadn't of already paid for 20 bags of corn. It would of been a refund. Make sure you check their Facebook page reviews where I posted pictures of how the corn was loaded because I did not want a pallet.

tonight i went in, i was unaware of the hour changes to 8 instead of 9. i went in to buy some clothes i was planning on being in and out it was 8:06 when i got to the register and i was approached by a worker in his 20s with glasses with dark hair. he walked up acting extremely strange making various noises and sounds. he proceeded to ringing me up and i had bought a shirt and he asked if i wanted the hanger. then proceed to it in his mouth and chewing on it. he took it out of his mouth and said “i like to eat hangers, receipt, money and PEOPLE!!” then continued to say “i’m on a very strict diet now of not eating people” i don’t know what to even say to this. never in my life have i experienced this! honestly i’d rather not ever again!! will not be back until he is GONE!!! if i could do zero i would.

I used the doggy wash station today and it was my first time going in there the staff were really nice and helpful with questions. The doggy wash station was outstanding and I think all "stores" should have one, the station has 2 baths with locking doors, 2 grooming tables, 2 drying vacuums, towels and 3 types of shampoo like deodorizing and sensitive skin shampoo, even conditioner you can cut their toe nails and brush them till their hearts content. In all it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Great location with super helpful and friendly staff. The store manager, Misti, helped us recently in purchasing a kayak. The one we wanted was out of stock but she was knowledgeable and took the time to help us to find another option in her stock that fit our budget. We will certainly be coming back to this location!

Manager on site by the name of Misty was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She judges people on site, without even having a conversation. Had a bad attitude towards me and another customer. Her attitude was so relentless, i ended up crying from the way I was treated. I will also let everyone know of this horrible experience. Hope something will be done for this because no customer should be treated the way I was!!!!

I can NOT say enough amazing things about Misty. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Such a gem to have her there for all of us who need to get supplies!!!!! Not only has she been invaluable to me but Also for Rachel and Bobby who run Oak Haven Horse retirement farm in spring hope. I was raving about Misty to them and they knew her personally! I love the community feel Misty gives!

My husband went in the store tonight and bought $1500 in fencing supplies. There was only two people working in the store a cashier and a manager. The manager sent the cashier out to help load the supplies but she continued to call him on the intercom. Finally she came out and sent the cashier in and said she would help but she turned around and went in as well. She left my husband outside to load the rolls of 500lb fence alone. Apparently this store needs to hire more help and better management.

I've dealt with TSC plenty of times in the past, but the customer service in this store is atrocious and I have yet to even step into the building. I was looking for a piece of material they list on the website, it showed in stock and I needed 2. I called to verify that they had 2 in stock before I made the hour drive out to the store. The first time I got ahold of someone on the phone they told me they would go look. That line ended up getting disconnected. The second time the phone rang about 20 times and never got picked up. The third call I managed to get through to someone again and they flat out told me what the website said they had wasn't in stock and that they couldn't go check for me. This is just a total lack of effort on the employee's part and just reflects badly on the store as a whole. The management team at this location needs to train their employees in customer service etiquette over the phone.

I'd checked with many other TS stores before this to see if they had a certain animal medication in stock. Some hung up while I held, some wouldn't look on the shelf and just wanted the sku which I didn't have. The Louisburg store was so helpful. They found what I needed and held it at the register for me. I gladly drove 40 minutes each way to buy from them. I wonder why the TS stores in the Raleigh area don't automatically check other TS stores when they are out of something? And why can't Youngsville check Knightdale and Louisburg? They are in a different region??? For a down-home southern family store I find customer assistance to be wanting. But Louisburg has it down perfectly!

Tractor supply is a quick and easy way to get my farm supply. It you know what you want you can be in and out in no time at all. If you don't know what you want, the staff is able to help you find it. However sometimes it can be hard to find a staff member.

This new franchise has come together by working hard, assisting their customers. And carrying what is needed. TSC of Louisburg has become Louisburg's #1 Farm, feed, pet and yard resource. They are usually very well stocked, with a wide selection of products and brands. The 9.99 DIY pet grooming station is a great value. My wife looks forward to me using more often.

Took my puppy to get her vaccines and the Vet Clinic employees all were super nice and everyone had you in and out with some more knowledge about your dog.
