The selection was great just the staff was rude. I had forgotten to bring cash and asked the lady to ring me up so I would know how much to get from the atm. She rudely responded that she would have to get another staff member to clear it out and she wasn't willing to do it, so after returning with what I thought was enough cash. She rang up all that we had and I was short. So I had to leave again to draw more money out of my account.

Very clean, organized store and polite staff. Also no mask nazis there. That is always a plus, since educated people know not to wear a face diaper.

I went in there to buy pants and they did not fit. I thought they did when I tried them on in the changing room but i realized they were really tight. I go and give them back to the store and they tell me i can't return my item and get my money back. This place is one of the biggest scams in Louisburg and I do not encourage anyone to shop there. Also know that they do not except credit or debit cards so you know not to take this place seriously. Walmart and Rue 21 are way better then this place.

A small store. Not a very large selection but may find some treasures if you hunt. Has a small shoe area and only a bin for bags and pocketbooks. Also a small section for books, DVDs, VHS tapes. Also small section of small household goods. Majority of offering is clothes. One drawback is that they do not accept credit/debit cards. Must pay with cash or check. Drawback because not many people use this form of payment anymore.

It’s goodwill 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ve been to nicer ones and nasty ones. This is just kinda in the middle. It’s a thrift shop. No employees are really nice or happy inside. Get your used goods and leave. Once I heard them throwing and smashing glass stuff in the back. Sad.

Their prices can be a bit high on some products yet spot on or low on others. Name brand and signature toys priced way too high for the condition they're in. Same for electrical and furniture. Clothing is high on name brand but other little known name brands are a steal. China is outrageous since no one really collects it. Every one uses disposable paper and plastic. Pictures are over priced big time as a lot of people only want the frame. Children's clothing, men's, and adolescent priced good. Formal wear way over priced and doesn't sell. I only buy it if it's cheaper and repurpose it to girls play princess dresses by sewing.

Do not expect any courtesy. Expect black Sharpie prices on anything collectable. Expect them to drop your items in bags.

Prices going up lol salvation army store in Rocky mount better place to shop low Prices on USED item gcf in Louisburg places hi prices on nicer items where as salvation army has one low price on all items all salvation army stuff is nice an better organized

This Goodwill is clean and organized. The prices are aligned with other local Goodwills, and the associates are friendly.
