I rarely write a bad review - sorry - but this CVS is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Never have I waited so long to have prescriptions filled and on top of that the pharmacy employees make the atmosphere less than welcoming. Walgreens from now on!

I been waiting for my prescription today and they sent a text message saying they were waiting to hear back from my doctor at 11am for her to explain the directions better. It’s now 7pm so I called and they said they didn’t receive a message back from the doctor yet and I needed the prescription TONIGHT. They didnt call me and tell me they only sent her a text. In that case I would’ve called the doctor MYSELF before 5! Before they closed! The lady on the phone hung up after I explained how dumb that sounded. They are professional and are horrible at their jobs. She was rude and they need to do better with communication. Because now I have to go another day without the prescription. Y’all literally had all day! she clearly didn’t get the message! No on thought to call her?! Or tell me to call her?! Horrible. This isn’t my first issue either dealing with this.

3 hrs and a lunch break to put 20 capsules in a bag. Springhope pharmacy did it in 5 min. These "diversity women" are a joke

Only time I ever deal with CVS is when I have to go to the pharmacy. I don't know if they are understaffed or overworked, but it's never a quick visit. I can never get anyone on the phone so I have to just drive up there. Last visit I went through the drive-thru and sat there for over 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to the window. I gave up and just went inside. They had no other customers inside, but they were working on prescriptions. I just try to avoid any prescriptions being sent here.

Been going here for years. The staff has always been very helpful and personable. Pharmacist Anitha Mathews has always been very nice and knowledgeable. CVS is very lucky to have such a great woman working there.

I am so frustrated with CVS!If you have a question about your prescription forget it. Don’t even bother calling you’ll never get through. I called the other day and was on hold for 35 minutes. I decided to drive there still on hold with my phone. By the time I got there I had been on hold for 57 minutes. Walked in the CVS store in Louisburg North Carolina, when I got back to the pharmacy department there was not one person in line and I was still on hold. It is like this every time I call with a question. I have no idea how they stay in business? I was so frustrated by this time. I definitely plan to change my pharmacy!

Never had a problem with CVS in Louisburg, Pharmacy team is always so pleasant and nice when arrive to pick my medication up and when I put in for a refill pick up my medication is always ready to be picked up at the time that I set for it to be picked up, CVS LOUISBURG STAFF & PHARMACY YOU ALL ROCK!!!

I use this store for prescriptions only. They are quick to get a refill done if you've already got one on file, but beyond that everything takes forever. Good luck getting through if you have to call the pharmacy and actually talk to somebody. Called three days in a row to have them call in a refill request and sat on hold for at least 15 minutes every time with no answer.

Minimum of 15 minute wait every time you try to call the pharmacy to talk to someone. Prior authorizations are the biggest headache with them and they don’t tell you that you need one until you try to go in and pick up the medication. They need a new fax machine or email or something because my provider is always having the hardest time getting my prescriptions to them (even though others sent the same time make it to the CVS Caremark delivery pharmacy same day). Finally switching to get rid of the headache.

Zero they has a bad attitude. Try to get medication and say I need a prior authorization the nurse send and they say they don't have it. Get text from nurse about it and someone name Jessica said she waited on me. Know that a lie and try to change pharmacy they doing something to block it

Jennifer Murphy in the pharmacy is always friendly and very helpful. She always takes time to get answers to my questions when I need a consultation about my prescriptions. This CVS pharmacy is very fast when I bring in a prescription. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

My wife went to the CVS Drive in in Louisburg, NC and picked up medication I had been paying for years. The price for this medication is has been around $3.50 for years. She picked up the medication and was charged $126.74 for the medication, and told when asked at the at the drive in window, that was the copay. I have a lot of medications and some in that price range so when she told me I checked on the price. Now for all the excuses for Rabeprayzole ( indigestion medicine) : There was a 126.00 Copay. Then the Deductible was so high was the reason of the Copay. I have no deductible on my plan and for that drug according to the Customer Service Agent. Remember I was paying $3.50Ifor a generic drug for years for 90 day supply. I called the Wellcare HealthAgent and the agent told me after finding no excuse for the increase that the Drug Company had changed the ingredients in the drug and that changed the tier of the drug. I didn't ask for a different drug or Tier.Don't you think it would have been nice if my wife had been told at the window so She could have refused the drug. She called a CVS Customer Agent that day on 01-14-2021 who stated She would run that up the Chain and guess what!!!!!No call in over a week. AT any rate the drug was still stapled in the bag and sealed and they refused to take it back stating Federal Law. That is the only thing that makes sense to me in all this fiasco.I will be dumping CVS and transferring my prescriptions starting on my next dose. Good luck to everyone else

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful each time I shop. Clean, well-stocked and tons of coupons for the extra care membership shoppers. I found bigger savings then those big box stores.

CVS is not the same the pharmacist never take the time and answer questions. The best person that would be the pharmacy tech Brandy you would think she’s the pharmacist. She is the absolute best. She answer questions patiently and if she need to call you back she don’t forget. I went in today to get my meds that was supposedly be on automatic refill. I stood at the desk 10 mins and it was 4 techs and the pharmacist sitting, eating, talking like I was invisible. Finally someone said someone will be right with you. Mind you I was the only one there. Finally one of the techs read my expression and tried to help. I was wishing Brandy was there. But it was ridiculous that it was that many people working, and they were to busy eating and talking to help. I wouldn’t give them 2 Stars if it want for Brandy. Today I transferred all meds. CVS isn’t the same I miss the old faces.

Disappointing to say the least. Cannot get a call through to the pharmacy, no one picks up. Store is unkempt and not as clean as it should be, staff is untrained in providing good service, and outside the grounds and landscaping are neglected - the store just looks bad. Desperately needs improvement.

Again another CVS failure. If my insurance was accepted at Walgreens I would never step foot in another. Pharmacy hours are different than store hours and not posted. Pharmacy closes at 6 on the weekends not 10 as the website states.

I don't know how this CVS stays in business. The employee working the cash register in the pharmacy was clueless. When I handed him my Medicare card, he said that I would have to go back to Georgia to fill my prescription. The poor thing did not know that Mediicare is a federal program and is accepted in every state.

I would like to share with you my experience that I have at the CVS Store in louisburg nc how this Customer Service helper was so helpful to help me with a problem I had at the store how he went well and above to help with the problems very nice person i give him a 10 stairs. The next time you are in a CVS Store in louisburg nc look for Christopher Pulley #3831 .

Recently moved to the area. Gave 2 stars because so far the customer service is comparable to our previous CVS, however the outside appearance of the store is very disappointing. Haven’t had a reason to go inside. Management should be embarrassed to have trash all on the grounds.

Worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with, it takes on an avg 15 min to have a pharmacy associate to answer the phone, walk in and have a prescription filled a 2 hour min to be filled, any other pharmacy 15 to 20 min walk in, I'm going back to the mom and pop pharmacy

Disappointing. Web says open till 10 pm. Does not indicate that the actual pharmacy closes at 9pm. 30 mile trip in to get meds all for nothing! :-(
