THANK YOU Arron for all of your help today! I cannot imagine better customer service. I live out of state and am unfamiliar with the area. I shamefully forgot an important birthday until the day of. There was no baker on duty but Arron walked to the baking supplies aisle and found decorations that he put on the cakes for me. He even had me face time him on his personal phone, to show me the cakes. I then gave his name to my Instacart shopper so I could get the cakes delivered. I just called the staff at the residential facility and confirmed that the cakes were there. Aaron you are one in a million and the store is lucky to have you!

I went in for the first time to pick up some advertised items on sale. The sales they were running for the week were good. It seems that average pricing is a little more expensive, overall. Their deli smelled wonderful and the selections looked nice. I wasn't prepared to pick up deli items. Next trip, I will!

It's not a bad store, workers are always good, quick, and helpful!But.. grocery stores are getting lazier and adding self-checkouts is kind of a problem (there's barely anyone working anymore due to these) and I do feel that there should be workers working along with self-checkout to get people in and out quicker and to avoid difficulties (very unrelated, sorry) but again, good store, great people.

I enjoy this store over Food Lion. Food quality is better. My only complaint is their pick-up time is hard to book the same day (majority of the time). I'm assuming they are backed up with orders. I prefer to order and pick up groceries same day versus order today and pick up tomorrow.

Carlie C's is good place to get groceries. Prices are reasonable, good variety, name brands and store brands. If you need it they have lots of no.10 cans of vegetables. Good selection of meats and frozen fish.

My wife and I are regular customers at Carlie C's and everyone there is always very pleasant and helpful! I always try to go to the home town businesses to help them stay in business. But in this case, it is entirely justified because of the quality people that work there.

Has alot of items that you can't find at other stores. The reason for only 4 stars is because the cashiers are mostly rude. I have only had one cashier that was nice. I try to go through her line if she is there. They have a very good salad bar. It is clean and has alot of items available. There prices are a little more expensive than other stores. It is a very clean store and the products are neatly on the shelves. All in all an enjoyable experience.

The parking lot and exterior of the building doesn't look too good but don't let that stop you. The inside is very nice. They have a good selection of items and the prices are reasonable. Update as of 4.25.22. Did a majority of our shopping here this week. Got some good deals. These were close to pre-covid type sales. We'll keep going back for sure.Update 10/21/23: Not sure about my relationship with Carlie C's. Had a little issue this last time. There were some in-store offers that I took advantage of. When I got to checkout I entered my phone number. When I did, I lost my in-store discounts. So now, you can either use digital deals OR in-store deals, not both. That's a bit of a pain in the arse. If I go back, I'm going to have to have separate orders. I'm not digging it.

Meats, their 🍿, deli and friendly employees are the reason to visit. The store is kept clean and the isles are stocked. They have what you need but just not a lot of different choices for somethings. They do sell local in season produce.All and all it really is a good grocery store.

The salad bar had me sick as a dog on labor day weekend. Ruined my whole weekend. Never again. I ended up at the emergency room. PLEASE AVOID THE SALAD BAR!

First time in store. Went for valentine flowers. Had a great display of various arrangements. Purchased 2 dozen roses at a very reasonable price. Very convenient.

If you are looking for true, locally grown Fruits and Vegetables. If you are looking for a store were the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated, Carlie C's is your store.Amd if you enjoy freshly made fried chicken, Carly C's delicious has it. And on Friday the have some of the best fried fish in 25 miles, maybe 50.

They have great deals there for meat products. Some things under $10 which is pretty strange but thrilling at the same time. This way I can eat for cheap money. They have all the products you'll need. Not too small but a nice place to shop

I'm wondering about the Carlie C's policy on cashiers bagging groceries and placing in the cart for customers. I realize there are worse things. However, just recently I witnessed a cashier tell a senior customer that her bagging area was full (the cashier's) and waited until the senior customer loaded the groceries into her own cart before proceeding with checkout. Is there a store policy on bagging and loading groceries at Carlie C's? Especially where seniors are concerned. Love the store but feel the senior customer did not receive customer service deserved.

I love the IGA in Louisburg, NC. I visit this store anytime I'm in Louisburg. It's always clean, the meat prices are great, especially their Bass Farm sausage. The produce is fresh and some is grown locally. The staff is always friendly and they open registers according to need. I like that so far they don't have self check outs, you lose the hometown feel with those. All around, I love this store.

This place is awesome! The only reason I rated it a four is that some options were limited. Nice people. Great prices. Plenty of parking. They even have a cart rack in the handicap parking section. I have never seen that before at any other store. Extremely convenient. We will definitely be returning!

Diane in the Deli/Bakery is the most caring, friendly and hard working person I have witnessed in this store on numerous occasions and the reason for the five star rating. I have observed her work ethic several times when shopping. If I rated your store on my check-out person yesterday it would be a zero. Attitude and lack of friendliness and a non existence thank you by Frances would put a sour taste in a wooden puppet's mouth.

Great little Grocery store! Fresh produce and good-looking meats, along with a variety of alternative brands and items you can't find at the chain stores. They also have a fantastic-smelling hot deli with country-style meats and vegetables.

The staff is always friendly. I bought some beautiful plants for my home and they are doing great! Nice plants at good prices! A must see to believe!
