Kayla and the whole crew at I’m in Doggy Heaven are amazing. Our pound puppy was terrified of the groomer when we moved to the area 5 years ago — we gave Doggy Heaven a try and have never looked back! She goes to the car and in the door with no hesitance now! They make sure your canine companion is comfortable and are very reasonably priced. The quality of the grooming is superior to any others we have been to and best of all our pup is clean and happy!

Our dog does not like loud places he gets stressed out. When I mentioned this to the owner, he suggested we set up an appointment first thing in the morning before other dogs get there. I thought that it was so nice of him to take care of our dog like that. When I came back, later he looked and smelled so good. Thank you again for having our dogs best interest.

I'm so glad I picked DOGGY HEAVEN! Susan did an amazing job. Our pup smelled his best ever. He's loving his handsome cut. He actually will come down the stairs by himself. Poor thing... He couldn't see. He's just the cutest little bear EVER! Looks like we traded in for a different pup.UPDATE: TOTALLY JUST NOTICED MY REVIEW NEVER POSTED.☆BEAR went for his handsome grooming appointment AGAIN. MS. Susan did an awesome job with his grooming. My yorkie puppy was finally able to get her first groom and I am more than happy with everything! They ease puppies into grooming so only did a mini groom which stood out to me that they didn’t want to traumatize her on her first visit. Everyone here was amazing and accommodating. They were patient with her being new to everything and you could see their love for pups! They’ve earned my trust and we will be back every month!

The best dog groomer you will find! Lula always looks so cute when I pick her up! Excellent communication skills by the staff and I never have to worry about my fur baby being mishandled. Ask for Kayla and she can bring your pups personality to light with some animal friendly color! 💙💖💜🧜🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately our experience here was not a positive one. Our dogs are like our kids therefore an honest review is needed. Upon pick-up we noticed our female Shnauzer's left eye bulging out. Her entire sclera was completely red and inflamed. When asking the staff If they knew what happened they seemed dumbfounded and told us they are insured and will cover any Vet visits. Mind you they had their own two dogs hanging around behind the desk. The Vet stated to me that our Shnauzer suffered some sort of trauma to her eye from either sheers, clippers or a dog scratch. It took her a few weeks to completely heal and luckily her eye sight is still present. The fact that my dog was seriously injured and no one owned up to what really happened angered me beyond measure. Needless to say we will never return to this establishment again nor do we recommend them. Next time we will seek a mobile groomer so that we have the peace of mind that our dogs are in a safe and controlled environment.

I brought my 2 year old Border Collie/Husky mix to get groomed, de-shedded and a nail trim. They were so sweet and he came home feeling super soft and smelling very nice! My dog has separation anxiety so I was nervous leaving him but he was so giddy and excited when I picked him up so I knew they took great care of him. I will definitely be bringing him back and recommending I'm In Doggy Heaven!

They always work with me no matter what time and day. Amazing grooming. I love that they also put on a bow/tie/ flower after they are done (at least if you get the works). Prices are also very cheep! Otter loves Kayla.

Kayla , Lauren and the rest of the staff are absolutely the only people that I trust with my fur babies , they are absolutely amazing, the communicate well with appointment times and pick up times. My fur babies know when it’s spa day and they get so excited to go. Our Cane Corso is very antisocial and he adores them all !!

The reason for one star is because their recording says right off the bat, NOT TAKING ANY NEW CUSTOMERS, how do you run a business and not take new customers. I was wanting someone close and someone I could trust with my Baby and establish a neighborly relationship with that I could take my dog to and not even to answer the phone and have a recording say that, to me means that they don't need to earn any money or build their business. But I am just one person with an opinion
