One of the slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. Also I have no clue why a prescription that is always $30 to be filled elsewhere. Was $240 here...... I understand certain places have different pricing, but that is crazy. They did apply a "coupon" that dropped it to $90 still triple the regular priced prescription. Will not be returning to any CVS, anytime soon.

The pharmacists can be really rude and they take a long time to fill prescriptions. My mom had to pick up my medication yesterday and they treated her badly. The man starting throwing his arms around and went off on my mom. The way he treated her was disgusting. This hasn’t been the first time we have had issues with them over there. We have used them for 5 years and they just don’t seem like they have their act together. They are very rude and don’t treat customers well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there for prescriptions. After the way my mom was treated yesterday by a pharmacist was unacceptable. Might be switching pharmacies for my medications.

Pharmacy staff is professional and always has your answers, the Head Pharmacist (Der) is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I'm thankful to have them as my pharmacy. 👍

I just attempted (earlier this evening) to go to the public women’s restroom inside this CVS in Locust … WOW, ridiculously disgusting & unsanitary … first & foremost, NO PAPER TOWELS … AND there is NO hand dryer installed here either — in the age of Covid, at a PHARMACY, & one that actually administers vaccines!!! … even though hand dryers blow germs around, most people won’t even wash their hands AT ALL if there is no way to dry them readily available … there was trash strewn literally all over the floor, a big dead cockroach in the corner under the sink, visible cobwebs strung between the overhead fluorescent lights & along the tops of the stalls, & a layer of dust on the tops of all stall walls & doors … the gunked-up exhaust fan in the ceiling looked like something out of a haunted house, & the only roll of toilet paper within reach was lying in the middle of the grimy floor (inside the ONE stall that had a toilet which was empty & looked functional) … I will never again consent to receive any kind of shot/vaccine at that place based on these rock-bottom standards of “cleanliness” for the store’s facilities … just gross …

Very slow service. Especially at the drive through. I don't know why the drive through takes so much longer than waiting in line in person but they really need to do something to speed it up here. It should only be for prescriptions that are ready. If they're not ready people should be made to come inside.Inside before they put in the self checkout it was nearly impossible to find someone to check you out.I gave two stars because they do traditionally have a good stock of items and if I ask someone where something is they're generally helpful.

Drive up pharmacy, attendant seems confused or new (without anyone there to help her) She also was excessively scratching her head in all areas seriously thought or think she had some sort of issue in her hair. He also checked out my order without asking for ID for the one medication that I'm pretty sure she was supposed to

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line yesterday one car ahead of me. The car sit there for 10 minutes no transaction happen between the customer and the person working the window. When I finally got to the window there was a lady who could barely speak any English and had no clue of what she was doing. Spent another 10 minutes telling her my name at least five times. Then I had to spell it numerous times for her she still could not get it right finally drove off without getting my prescription. I know workers are hard to fine now but they could do much better than these non-English-speaking people. You will lose more business I promise

I got to this CVS 3 minutes late. The technicians were still there laughing behind the counter and I had an antibiotic called in and begged them to ring me up. They said “no, sorry” and walked away.I called another CVS that was still open and asked if they could pull it. They said the other CVS still had it in their “in bound” and they couldn’t even see it in their screen to pull. CVS locust- a joke and employees obviously have disregard to their customers. As a prior pharmacy technician I would have had the heart for someone begging for an ANTIBIOTIC.

I had scheduled vaccines for myself and husband yesterday prior to a trip abroad. The Pharmacy Manger, Der, went out of her way to make sure we received them yesterday. Thanks to her our insurance was accepted and we received our vaccines in time for our trip. Thank you, Der. Mary N

If I could give 0 stars I would. The older women with a gray ponytail at the window was very rude. To start off with she said she didn't have a prescription under my name, which there obviously had to be because my doctor called them in the night before my surgery. She ended up finding my prescription, it had been put on hold. She not only needed the manager to help her, but I also had to personally call my doctor all for them to tell me I had to pay out of pocket, which is fine. What upset me wasn't paying out of pocket it was the fact that my prescription wasn't even ready when I got to the pharmacy. They told me I had to wait another hour for my medication to be ready, keep in my mind I just came out of oral surgery a few hours ago and was in serious pain because my anesthesia was already wearing off. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never get a prescription filled here again.

I want to give a shout out to Teresa for her kindness! She was so friendly and joyful when she was helping with my transaction. I also had an issue with my receipt and she went out of her way to make sure the problem was fixed and never made me feel like a burden. She also sold me on the carepass membership. Thank you so much for making my experience a great one!

Wow! I have never walked straight out to my car and pulled up google reviews like this. I didn't want to forget to do this. Whoever she was today working at the front near the cash register, y'all better keep her! She had very light brown hair, kinda dirty blondish in a way, sorta curly but not a lot. She was the kindest person that has ever checked me out from a store. She spoke to me very kindly. Not just me, there was a little old lady that she was checking out before me, and she was just so helpful and kind. I've never seen someone who just had this aura, like a bright light around them. You can tell she takes pride in her job. The world would be a better place if there were more people like her. She made me feel better about my day. Just being in contact with someone so polite and kind.She’ll go far in life with her amazing personality and work ethic. This was at 11:30 on Friday, May 6th. I wish I would have looked at her name tag! No wait I just looked at my receipt. Her name is Angelina.

I didn’t have any problems with this CVS until my doctor changed my prescription and for the past 4 months they haven’t had it in and said that they will have to order it. My prescription needs to be filled every 30 days and I can’t wait the extra 2, 3, or 4 days that it will take for it to come in, after the due date. I even had my doctor send in the prescription early, they still don’t have it and I have to go figure out who has it.

I must have waited at least 15 minutes on hold to find out the status of my daughter-in-law’s prescription! It took less than 30 seconds for her to find out they were still working on it (a prescription that had been called in 2 hours earlier, by the way). I think they wanted me to hang up so they wouldn’t have to deal with me.

Will never use this pharmacy again. They don’t know all the correct information. One person says one thing and someone else says another. Was told my prescription would be filled today, I get there and the girl didn’t process it so now I have to wait 3.5 hrs for them to get it ready. I do not have insurance and was told the generic was available. Now today they“Don’t have the generic” so they’re making me pay double. They’re taking advantage of me! Not only that, the lady was rude and making me feel like lesser of a person just because we don’t have insurance for this month.

I did not have a good experience this morning when I stopped for allergy medicine and eye drops. The prices were high but eye drops were reduced if using a CVS card. The cashier Katherine was in the corner doing something on her phone so I had to ask to be checked out. When asked if I had a reward card I said no and asked if I could get one. I had to repeat myself multiple times. After completing all necessary steps to get the reward card my eye drops were still $9, almost twice the sales price. I had my card in the machine when I noticed and I brought this to her attention before I confirmed. She didn't want me to cancel transaction in order to fix the price but i did anyway. She was very rude the whole time. Her manager or supervisor was quick to make things right and appologize so I added an extra star.

ands down the worst CVS I have ever had to do business at. A crying shame its the only option aside from Walmart out here. I haven't waited less than fifteen mins in their drive thru a single time i have been. While I can understand that after work hours is a busy time, it still seems like at some point they should be able to plan for this. Forget getting out and going inside to stand in line. Same miserable story. The pharmacist isn't anywhere close to friendly and I've only ever seen a smile out of one or two of the people who work behind the counters. Certainly not from the normal lady that serves the drive-thru. Honestly, I would almost consider going to Walmart pharmacy at this point.

WHEN IS CORPORATE GOING TO COME IN AND FIX THIS D*** STORE? Waited 30 min in line for them to tell me I have to wait another 30 min for my prescription when the order was put in earlier that morning. What the heck is going on with this place? The people are sweet inside but the pharmacy is awful! Don’t go here!!

We recently moved to Locust and just recently had a reason to stop by the CVS. I needed heartburn medicine quickly. The employee at the front counter greeted us and asked if we needed any help. She was very helpful and showed us exactly where the heartburn stuff was located. She also checked us out quickly and was super friendly.

My doctor sent a rx to the pharmacy. I was advised of a 2.5 hour wait so I went home. I came back 3 hours later and still had to wait. Could see the pharmacist shuffling through a stack of papers and baskets with medicine. Didn't inspire confidence!

Why would you allow someone to wait at the pickup window for 15 minutes for a prescription to finish being filled with a line of cars waiting is beyond me. Slowest pharmacy in the world, calls to tell you prescriptions are ready and you get there and they are not even recieved yet, etc.

The person I talked to on the phone to try to refill a Prescription Was so inept I had to tell them four times and they still couldn't fill it because they lost or deleted the Coupon my doctor sent them I will never come back to this cvs

CVS is horrible. I was told medication would be ready by 5 pm and it wasn’t ready. There is always an extremely long wait to pickup medication. It takes at minimum 20 minutes wether your in drive through or walking in to pickup. Good luck trying to get a pharmacist on the phone. I waited 25 minutes and hung up because nobody answered. This place is awful we need another pharmacy in Locust.

The customer service on the part of the pharmacist is terrible. I went to get a prescription for my infant and was told it wouldn’t be available until the next day. When I went back the next day I was told they didn’t have it. When I tried to explain what he told me the previous day he said that he told me they would “try” to get it. Insinuating that I was a liar. That is not what I was told. And the second time i got the script filled I was given a bottle with no dropper when the instructions said to give drops. When I went back to ask for a dropped I was told I would have to buy one. How am I suppose to give the medication properly if I’m not given what I need to give it.

This place is rough! The customer service and the drive thru are horrible! It takes hours to fill a prescription! Nobody cares about you here and it is quite evident in how they treat their customers! Shame on you CVS and your horrendous pharmaceutical staff! Take your business elsewhere! F all the way!

I picked up my daughter's prescription only to discover that they had given me the wrong medication. Luckily I could tell by the appearance of the pill that the medicine was incorrect. Between this, the pharmacy regularly losing prescriptions and never managing to get anyone to answer the phone, this pharmacy needs some serious work.

One of the Pharmacist here thinks they are a doctor (there foreign looking dude). He refuses prescriptions that are written by my doctor saying that the dosage is to much... So my doctor had to call in to get that fixed, still, the pharmacist says we can't get it because he thinks its to much. Now the pharmaceutical rep has to go there too set the pharmacist straight. Just do your dang job and stop trying to be something your not.
