The signage in Little Switzerland is atrocius...also, if you plan to visit in early Sept.....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.... almost everything is closed by 4pm(3 pm in some cases)....and don't bother asking for help.. locals seem oblivious to the revenue generated by tourists...and had one of them berate my wife for asking directions(after blowing her horn in disgust cause we were pulled off road to check a map...wife got out to asked directions and got an earful)...The staff at the Swiss shop were great...but...it will be a LONG TIME(IF EVER) before we return...

Adorable ice cream and candy shop, with about 3-4 vegan ice cream options. Has some outdoor seating. Cute photo booth too, where you can take home a little picture souvenir. Two free arcade games to play.

Beautiful shop, but the artisan cheese cake and the peanut butter explosion I ate had a gritty texture to it. I am not sure why it was so gritty, but I prefer a smooth ice texture.

Stopped for an ice cream break while driving through the mountains. Nice little shop with good ice cream, coffee and fudge. Small tables for two inside or nice tables outside. Other souvenirs and childrens toys for sale. Very pleasant.

My family and I were at your shop on the Fourth of July (2023). The 2 young ladies working the shop on this day were absolutely delightful! Such great service, great smiles, and, overall, they just made our day. So much so that my cousin and I went back before we left to take a picture of these 2 rays of sunshine (which of course, they obliged with huge smiles). You have 2 gems there in those young ladies! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Decent enough.However, if you tend to not frequent establishments where the owners show their political leanings through the sale of political merchandise this place may not be for you. Bumper stickers galore.I do not care about your politics. D, R or I. And yes, it's your right to display whatever you choose Having said that, I'm there for coffee and pastries and if you insist on putting your political views on display for me to see, no thank you.

A cute ice cream shop with a limited selection of ice cream and fudge but everything we tried tasted great! The customer service lady was kind and let us refill our water bottle from their sink because their water was sold out. The restaurant across the street was fully booked too.

We had a great time visiting the Swiss Shoppe!! the ice cream was great!! we tried several samples before deciding on Cream Cheese and Berries homemade and Mango homemade. My wife and I had fun with our two daughters ages 4 and almost 2. They loved the candy in the shop had to get a couple lollipops. The lady working in the shop was very friendly and helpful. She encouraged our family to take pics in their photo booth to post on the wall. I loved the ice cream so much I had to get a couple scoops of homemade peanut butter explosion on the way out to go!!

We walked in around 3pm Sunday July 31, 2022, a girl with reddish hair was sitting behind the playing on her phone. She got up and walked over to another girl with dark hair who was helping a couple get ice cream. Neither one of the girls looked at us, nor even acknowledged us being there. They completely ignored us. We waited a while, they just kept ignoring us, and kept their backs turned towards us so we left. It was as if we were invisible. They were both rude. I can't recommend this shop. Update: Management is aware of this incident and is working on helping to bring resolution so this doesn't happen again. Thank you Whitney!

Disappointing. The ice cream was good, but expensive. The $3.00 pretzel was awful, I let the clerk know & she saw me throw it out after one bite. She admitted she did not know how old it was. She threw out the remaining pretzel. She offered to make me a new one - I did not have time to wait. She did not offer me a refund - which would have been the right thing to do.

Delicious ice cream at reasonable prices. I had the peanut butter and it was faannnnntastic. The shop itself is neat with a custom done floor, unique setup, and complimentary arcade machines. Definitely a kid friendly stop. I just wish they had more of both candy and ice cream selection

Tourist trap but we wanted something cold after our hike at Crabtree Falls. The homemade vice cream costa an extra $2, so $5 for a mediocre scoop of ice cream that was not well made. Should have known better. For that kind of money, go to one of the Hop local around Asheville or Black Mountain.

This place has non dairy ice cream options!!!! If you are lactose intolerant like I am, you know how rare this was. Completely made my day! Plenty of options and friendly service 🙂

The staff was not pleasant or professional. The ice cream was average and overpriced. While it was busy, there was no organization of the staff or the check out process. Not a good experience.
