I had a notification to say I had a prescription to pick up. I traveled the 15 miles to my local Walgreens only to see a big note in the window to say there was not a pharmacist on site and they could not give out prescriptions. In fact the pharmacy was CLOSED. This is the second time I have traveled to Walgreen and the pharmacist was not there so the other employees couldn't work due to the pharmacist being the only person with the entry code, so the pharmacy was CLOSED. However the phone and website both stated the pharmacy was OPEN. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially on a Saturday. Do they not have someone else to cover? I made the 30 mile round trip just to pick up my prescription. I know I'm not the only person to be annoyed at this.

Customer service is good. Had been this store to drop FedEx . They have done good job. I was able to finish the work in 10 minutes

THIS POST IS FOR GARY.....He is the ONLY reason we have not transferred to another pharmacy.I said to him one day that if you ever go work somewhere else please let us know. He is the most wonderful, sweet, caring person at the Walgreens in Lincolnton, North Carolina. As long as he is employed there we will stay. Thank you Gary.

This used to be one of the best Walgreens stores anywhere. Unfortunately, this store no longer offers quality products or customer service. Additionally, you can expect to not be able to use their restroom unless you make a purchase, and that's quite unsettling when you have a bad urge to go.

I graded this a one because of the pharmacy. If I could grade it a zero, I would. They never answer the phone when you call. And then they sit and let the phone ring and ring and ring and hang up on you. I understand that people are busy because of being shorthanded. I work in retail, so I get it. But you’re not supposed to treat your customers that way. At least pick up the phone and say, can you hold on a second please. Is it really that hard to have a little bit of manners?

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I took my 90 year old grandmother to pick up her prescription two different times. Both times we dealt with a woman named Emma at the pharmacy drive through window. She blamed not having it both times to being under staffed. The first time I went they had called an hour before and said they had it and then we drove from Cherryville and they didn’t even have it. Emma was very disrespectful both to me and my grandmother. Wasn’t any help at all. Didn’t even try to help. Made excuses, and smarted off for no reason. Truly don’t understand why a 20 something year old girl gets smart with a 90 year old woman. HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANNA HELP AND DO THERE JOB!

Ordered photo mouse pads for my sons for my Father’s Day. Went to pick them up at the time given to me. They hadn’t made them. Come back tomorrow they saId. Glad I called first. They still haven’t made them. The printer is down and the tech want be in till 3:00. They aren’t sure when I can get them, they will call. A text or call to let me know there are problems would have been the polite thing to do.

The Lincolnton Walgreens is not Veteran friendly. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran and was treated so unprofessionally. When I tried to pick up my meds they told me I had to pay. 100% disabled Veterans are exempt from copays. I showed them all of my ID cards and not one time did they take the time to call to verify the process to handle Veterans. When I tried to explain I was rudly told told to sit down. I would not recommend this location to any Veteran. I had to leave in serious pain with no meds.

I ordered "Same Day" photo services on Dec. 22nd. On December 28th they still haven't fulfilled my order and can't give a date for completion of the order because someone didn't order enough supplies so they've shutdown the photo lab until who knows when. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on the calendars I ordered as Christmas presents. Next time I'll use CVS.

I had the worst experience tonight that I have ever had in any Walgreens. (Cashier Deb. sweet as can be) so called Manager Tony...was beyond RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.... Wouldn't listen to anything I had to say...cut me off regarding anything I had to say. When I told him I would be calling home office regarding his attitude, it was even worse. Needless to say I left the items I was going to purchase, has to wait for Tony to unlock the door at he proceeded to continue being RUDE & Disrespectful.To my sweet cashier who was stuck in middle, I do apologize for the inconvenience. The few times you have waited on me, you have always been great. Thank You. At some point soon, please give Tony a lesson in manners...

Their system "goes down" all the time. Today is the second time I've had a prescription sent in by my doctor and they were unable to receive or fill it because the system was down. And you don't get notified until you show up and they tell you "Oh by the way the system is down." Both times this has happened there's not a storm or bad weather, so their system literally randomly goes down. I'm so close to switching all my prescriptions to CVS since that's where I end up going anyways.

Today is the 3rd day that the computers have been down. What kind of drug store has no back up plan. I have been without my medication for 3 days. Please send me someone to speak to about this problem. Next refill, I will definitely go somewhere else.

What is going on in the pharmacy?? Three times now they have screwed up my prescriptions. They are the worst when it comes to having your meds ready on time, and never have my medicine in stock. I shouldn't have to wait 3-4 days for medicine I need for work. Get it together.

Walgreens is nothing but a bunch of rip off people!!! They give you a coupon and it clearly says, $5 = 5,000 points, if you buy $20 or more, but they always have a catch to the coupons. It says no dairy products, or items on sale, but that shouldn’t matter. Point is the coupon should still be able to be used, no matter what anyone buys. Next time I get a coupon from them they can keep it!!!!!!! The only thing that’s worth getting there is drinks when ever there on sale and there detergent and pictures. Other than that it’s no good to shop at! Stop giving out coupons if there’s only going to be certain things you can buy with it, it’s just ridiculous. That’s just a waste of people’s time, especially a waste of my time!!!

The staff at MY Walgreens can always be counted on to go above and beyond...when you have an issue with getting thru to the doctor or hospital to get a prescription. I picked up a fed ex package and i think the guy was a manager neil i want to say (tall slender brown hair young) i have a traumatic brain injurycan't remeber names good. But anyway he went out of his way to help us inspect the bicycle because i told him fedex destroyed the 1st one. This time box bad shape but didnt see damage. Anyway he offered to carry out to car but told him me an my wife get it. So thanks if i got your name wrong so sorry but he was only man i seen so should narrow it down 12/26/17 7:15 pm or so

Every time I call in a prescription they tell me it’ll be ready in 45 minutes I’ll go hours later when I get off work and it’s not ready. I don’t understand what is going on back there.
