I have brought my puppers in many times . Kim Is cery caring , I see dogs that do not like people run straight to her. she’s one of those “dog people“ . I love the fact that she lets all of the animals be social, and if one gets too hyper/anxious , they are put in their own room. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back !

Our sweet boy came in after being in a kennelFor some time and the owner was so wonderful with him. She was upfront and honest and we really appreciated that even though it was a hard decision to have to have our boys hair shaved in a lot of places. She took her time and really listened to our concerns and walked us through the whole process. She made this traumatic experience the smoothest experience it could be. We are so glad our boy is on his way back to feeling like himself again.

I read the one star review saying Kimberly was unprofessional. Possibly she could be viewed this way if you are used to taking your dog, dropping them off and never knowing what goes on while you’re gone. I, however refuse to leave my dog anywhere that isn’t transparent with me about what is going on. My girl is a LGD and is constantly on guard against threats to my well being. Because of that she can be reactive with other dogs. Kimberly offered to groom Kiah on her day off so that my dog and I would both be comfortable. Kiah is my heart and I don’t take leaving her lightly. Kimberly allowed me to stay, help wash, and I was present as we tried to do her nail trim. Unfortunately I was the problem. The second visit I gave dire warnings about how she may react, not to stress her, to call with any problems, well you get that I was over the top. After about 45 minuets I couldn’t stand it and called to see if she was ok. Not only was she finishing with her bath and had already had her nails done, but was taking over the shop and making new friends along the way. Unprofessional? Maybe it’s just that she cares more about the comfort and care of the dogs she helps than following a strict routine with every dog she meets. Each dog is different and she tries to help each one enjoy their visit with the least amount of stress. The Grooming Lady is my groomer for life. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

I have a schnauzer mix that had been taken to this groomer for a while and everything was amazing, but one day when we went to pick her up, she had cuts and burns all over her ears and her belly because of the clippers and tools used on her. This dog is the sweetest dog in the entire world and has never bitten anyone in her life and always acts amazing when being groomed, but she was complained about by the owner because she wasn’t sitting still while they were literally ripping the hair out of her ears. I find that completely impossible for a dog of any size to find that comfortable enough to sit calmly through. DO NOT take your dogs here if you fear for their safety. Two animals have passed away while in the owners care and she is boarding animals without a license and proper care for the animals. Please consider a different groomer if you already go here.

Reading the reviews, she doesn't take negative feedback wellOverall just a bad experience with the grooming lady. She was super friendly, but how she ran her shop wasn't professional. I got my cat back damp, nails unclipped, and she was shedding like crazy the day of and following day after. This was about 6 months ago**Once again she doesn't take negative feedback well**

They were amazing with my Great Pyrenees puppy 9mo at 115lbs. Her prices are very good . Well worth the 40 minute drive. We recommend anyone with a large/giant breed dog give her a try you won't be disappointed

We needed a new groomer after a move. After reading reviews I chose this one , plus she was close to our new house. She was super busy, but the staff was friendly. The dogs weren't scared to go in. When I went to pick them up, they were happy and they looked fantastic. The tei was perfect and their cut looked great. She was very reasonably priced too. I'm thrilled I found this groomer and am glad I have a wonderful place to take my dogs where they will be well cared for during grooming.

I have been taking my baby Mia there for over a year now. She is always happy when I drop her off and pick her up. I can see straight into the area where she is being groomed anytime. The owner and her daughter go over and beyond to provide good service. They paint her nails, they dye her hair and she comes home looking like a Princess everytime.

I want to give the grooming lady in Lincolnton a big shout out!!A couple of months ago my little Heidi suffered an eye injuryWith weekly visits to the vet we were able to save her eye!On several of those visits I asked if the groomer at the vet would trim her face for me(She had 4 grooming appointments during this time. However the vet would cancel them each time, because the groomer said Heidi wouldn't sit still. )At today's appointment we tried again to trim her face. Her little eyes couldn't be seen at all because of her hair. Unfortunately they were unable to trim her face today eitherSo wren I left, I stopped by the grooming lady on a whim. And Tah Dahhh!! I can see my baby's face!!She was very gentle and understandingShe explained everything she needed in detailShe was so good to Heidi, I couldn't be happier!She only gave her an outline trim BUT LOOK AT THAT FACE!! I could eat her up!!! LolEven though the cut isn't perfect, Heidi is!!Thank you Kim!

The Grooming Lady was great! It took about 10 minutes to get the cat out of the carrier, and clip all of her claws. They were overdue.The two ladies put her back in her carrier, without a wimper and she rode back with me unlike coming to their place.

I am extremely happy with my dogs Grooming. Not only did they do an amazing de shedding him out, literally no more fir coming off of my dog. That's not even the best part, when I went to pick up my dog he was happy. They brought him out to me and he didn't want to rush out so I had a nice conversation with the owner. I don't trust just anyone with my dog but this place is fantastic

Took my mini schnauzer her twice. Had skin issues after about a week each time. The first time she had a major nose bleed which my vet said was caused by stress. The second time she had bloody paw pads. When I took her to my vet he recommended that I immediately change groomers. Which I did. I haven't had any issues since going to Soapy Paws.

The best service ever!!! She took absolute great care of my dog Maxine! I left Maxine with her for her daycare service, and when I came home, she gave my baby a FREE GROOM!! She is the nicest woman I have ever met, wonderful with dogs, such great service! REALLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WHO LOVES THEIR DOG

Never really been the "I gotta get my dog groomed" person, but I am glad I gave The Grooming Lady a shot. She definitely took care of my Bella and made her look and smell beautiful. Bella had never been groomed before and looked like a totally different dog when she came out. I would recommend this groomer to anyone with a dog, cat.. big or small. They are incredible. ♡

I was honestly very disappointed. They told me to bring them to get nails trimmed and Fritz 6 months old and not use to other people so she was upset. She acted like they were killing her by them just touching her.so they said they could do her nails.i was little upset cause I thought they would know what to do to get her to corroborateUse a mussel or something to get her where her nails could be done but instead said they xouldnt do her and didn't even try to do sebras. Very discouraging cause they really need their nails done

I have brought my Scooter to Kim for almost 2 years. He is a Morkie. She does such a wonderful job on him. I love the fact that she doesn't kennel and she takes her time with the furbabies to insure that that are comfortable and get to know her and her staff. After almost 2 years of her grooming my baby I am proud to say that I work with her. Not with her but beside her. She is cares about her clients and would do anything for them.

I took Dixie to The Grooming Lady, she is the nicest person and really did a great job cutting Dixie's hair. When I picked Dixie up they had made a ornament with her name on it, that was so precious I have never had anyone to be so nice. It really means a lot for me and my dog to have a groomer that is so special. I will continue taking Dixie to Kim and enjoy her friendly personality and her great care with Dixie. I'm very disappointed. I just moved to North Carolina I thought I was going to get a good groomer, based on the reviews. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I was asked to bring my dog 12 and she wasn't ready till 6:18 p.m. why ask me to bring her at 12 if you're going to give her to me 6 hours later. I also brought my own shampoo and conditioner for her it was not used and I was told it was but I know it wasn't the bottles weren't even wet neither was the bag I gave it to them in also the hair on her ears aren't even...one is longer than the other. so is her chin one is longer than the other. ugh what a waste of $45 ! I'm not happy at all very disappointed would not recommend this groomer.!!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband decided to give this place a shot today. So horrible. Everywhere else I've ever taken my dogs had special tables in the back for them to stand on while strapped in for grooming away from distractions. But when my husband took my dog in, the owner literally just walked around to the front of the counter IN THE LOBBY with the nail clippers and got my husband to hold my dog down while she halfway paid attention to trimming my dog's nails. IN THE LOBBY. While her little dog ran around distracting mine making her act crazy. What kind of groomer recruits the owner of the animals to help groom? Why would I pay someone to do it if my husband wanted to do it himself? Not to mention the fact that my husband called to make an appointment and was told it would be $8 and they charged $10. Never going back.
