In & out before I even went in their service was so fast, even for the keys, like the keys were already made and waiting for me. I just can't figure out how they knew what I needed. Freindly as well, Goodness.

Always enjoy coming to this store. So many fresh flowers and veggies to choose from plus all other gardening supplies. You find most anything here at this store and they're always friendly and helpful.

My family and I have always used sayings hardware and garden for as long as I can remember since I was a young girl my grandfather would take me and he would pick out our planting seeds and tomatoes for our garden! They have a propane filling station they sell mulch!!! They also fix and repair weed eaters chain saws. The selections of the plants and flowers is unbelievable. ✍🏼Saines aslo known Ace hardware has been my family's go to place to get Carhart clothes and good boots and also all of our painting needs. I’m so happy every time I leave the store. The prices are low and the staff is very friendly and is always willing to help if you need advice on planting a garden or trying to do home repairs absolutely give this five stars

Unlike most women I usually hate shopping and the big box store experience doesn't help, but shopping at Saines today brightened my day. Everyone was quick to serve and very friendly, as is my usual experience at Saines.

If you can not get it here, or just get somebody to greet you and see if they can help, then you must be at a different hardware, I have always got someone to help me find what I am looking for or ask if they can help me, every time I go there. I highly recommend you see if they have it over the big retail store and they are very competitive with the price and the quality is normally better.

I have lived in Lincolnton for 12 years and I have given all my business to ACC hardware opposed to the big box stores and hardware companies. I have been happy with the service and products that I have received from this family run store. That ended today. Last week I took a shredder blade in to be sharpened. I have had all my chain saw blades sharpened there for years. I asked the attendant how much to sharpen the blade. The attendant told me he was not really sure but it would be at least $10.00. Well when I picked it up it was $20.00. Now I could understand $13.00 to $15.00 but I have to look hard and far to see the attendant missing the price that far off. Incredible is all I can say. By the way I paid the $20.00 but I am not proud of myself since. I have four of these blades that are going to need sharpened. Guess I need to shop another provider.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to the guy who works in the Pool dept. He was so knowledable and has helped me turn my pool into a beautiful Oasis. I try to use this location as often as possible but still have to go to other hardware places when they are out of stock.

I visited to try to find an electric plug to fit to an electric lawnmower I had purchased online. The customer service sales associate was very informative and helpful. I have shopped this facility for everything from flowers to gardening equipment and plumbing thru the years. They are family owned and very friendly and helpful.

Went today to buy a new wheelbarrow and the guy helped me get one that I needed. Tried to fit it in my car but it was to big. So the same guy asked his coworker to bring it home for me and they did! . Great people at this store and and you can't ask for better customer service. Will forever be grateful to these guys at ace! I like this place. The employees here know a lot about general home repairs and the products they sell. No one at Lowe's knows how it goes, bros. Lowe's hires anybody. Saine's has knowledgeable employees. And they will fix your lawnmower! They have a small engine mechanic on site. This is a "real" hardware store!

Great store, lovely environment and the staff is always available to help you. Overall a great place to shop with a large range of items!! My husband is currently doing construction/remodeling on the building which gave me the opportunity to look around for some time. The prices are also very competitive.. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone!!!
