Went to get a jacket for Ryder. He didn't like those city slicker ones there. They were nice but complicated. Not what an old bear dog (Mountain Cur) wanted.He got a Carhart at Tractor Supply, much cheaper and no complicated like the two piece at Petsmart. Nothing personal, he just didn't like it! Most of what they have there are for pocket pooches.

I have always loved PET smart grooming. But my last 2 visits have been horrible experiences. Last visit we were left standing waiting about 20 minutes before we were even checked in. Today I literally was standing and waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time. I rang the bell multiple times and no one came out. The store employees were stocking and working all around us and kids stopped to play with my sweet dog. When she finally came out I was told I was late and they wouldn't have time to take her. Luckily a manager came and dealt with the situation. On the positive side as always my sweet Sadie looks beautiful and came out wagging her tail as usual. So disappointing to be treated so badly as a customer.

Well maintained Petsmart. It did not smell like DOG when I entered the store and I was greeted immediately by staff members. On Saturdays they have a Vet Clinic and on Sundays they have dog adoptions. Overall a great store with several different events on the weekend.

I spent over $300 at this location everytime the employees are rude or down right lazy!!! Today 3 cpus but of course a employee just standing around and if u try and place a online order they tell u it’s minimum 4 hour wait after confirmation of order

We placed an online pickup order and went immediately when we got the notification it was pulled. We arrived and went in and clicked the button to let someone know you arrived. We waited for about five minutes then each of our kids clicked it (x2). Meanwhile there wasn’t a cashier in the front, nor were there any employees walking around the store. I walked around trying to find someone. After another five minutes, my wife clicked the button again. At this point I was beyond irritated because no employees could be found, so I walked over to the online order holding area and found our order in a buggy. When we walked past the front again, we saw a frumpy red haired woman sitting in the office looking at a computer screen and a young heavyset girl with blonde hair standing there gossiping about work. As we pushed the cart out the store and out to our car the red headed woman ran out and started yelling at us about how if you have an online order then you have to let someone know. I told her that we had been waiting for over ten minutes and didn’t see a soul until we were walking out the door with our order. She then said that there was someone at the register all night and I told her that she had been in the office talking the entire time we were there and had she been at the register she would’ve seen over half a dozen people walking around trying to find an employee to assist them. I also told her that we had pushed the button four times and she said that the button doesn’t work, so I told her that that was even more reason to have someone stationed up front to assist. The then asked for our last name so that she could mark the order as picked up. No apology, no compassion, just rude. This is one of the worst Petsmart locations that I’ve ever been to and the night shift is typically terrible to deal with. We won’t be using this Petsmart in the future. Even if we have to drive all the way to Gastonia or Hickory to go to PetCo.

Sales associate Maria is very rude. I walk up to the register to check out and she already has a very "i hate my job" look on her face, no hello or anything from her. Just jumps into asking me for my phone number for the petsmart rewards. I ask nicely if they have a certain cat food in the back and she flat out says no. The entire exchange she is very rude. Until the very end when im reloading my cart, she is somehow able to explain why she knows there is no more of an item in the back. Terrible experience, but everyone else ive interacted with is very nice.

Good selection of products I need for my pets and my foster pets. Friendly staff. I like the new delivery option and buy online /pick up in store or curbside. Especially when they are running low on stock. Prices are not as high as some other pet stores. It is good to know that if I have a new foster who needs something NOW, I can probably get it here. Particularly if I have a finicky eater or a sick one and I am looking for a variety of food options.

Have been ordering our dog food and supplies from PetSmart online and picking up in store. The online ordering is straight forward and easy. This location process orders fairly fast and are always pleasant when arriving there to pick up. The store itself is very clean and stocked. On Saturdays the local rescue group brings in dogs from the shelter for their adoption event..

This is the location where I adopted my baby boy, Elias, about 2 years ago. He has the sweetest heart and a very loving personality. Watch out though, he rubs against your head so hard that you're likely to get a concussion. XDThe people who fostered him were lovely and I'm thankful to Pets Mart for having their adoption center open.

I love coming here they've got a big variety on Foods treats toys Etc and my fur babies love coming as well when I bring them along we see & meet new people & there for baby & the Staff are nice & friendly & very helpful when you need it

The place is always clean and the staff is usually friendly. The biggest problem is in the aquarium section they have been fighting Ick for months so you can't get most of the fish.

Visited grooming. They always have good people in their grooming. Since covid they have had trouble getting enough people to handle their workload. Walk-in services are almost impossible these days. Always shorthanded. Don't waste a trip....always call for anything!

I love PetSmart but I was dissapointed today because they were out of the Cat Grass. My fur baby has a upset tummy and I was needing some for him, but they had the kit to grow your own. Other then that I never have had a negative thing to say about PetSmart.

Hands down the worst PetSmart locations I’ve experienced. Waited 30 minutes for a check in with the grooming department, although seeing 2 staff members 1 of which checked out a dog then returned to the back and the other checked in a dog and returned to the back. There were 3 additional customers in line and neither returned to get them checked in. Chloe T from grooming is not only rude but unprofessional. I wouldn’t leave my dogs with her if I HAD to. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
