Great atmosphere, and great people. This place has a huge selection to choose from. Fresh cakes, ice cream, shakes, slushees, and lots more. All delicious! Can’t say one bad thing about this place. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Very expensive, not many toppings for $7, and my chocolate moose tracks ice cream was freezer burnt. I will not be back, there are other places to get sundaes in the area.

What a nice place to grab a treat. My son and I went and had an amazing dessert. He had a vanilla dipped cone with cookies and cream, and I had a funnel cake with banana pudding ice cream. Soooo delicious. I'm looking forward to more visits with more friends and family especially as the weather warms up.

Great ice cream selection and friendly staff. Atmosphere is nice and decor was nice too. Family friendly...I like that they have little games at the tables. Plenty of seating, inside and out. I had the banana split and my daughter had a waffle cone. The cone was fresh and crisp, not stale at all. Serving sizes were on par/slightly generous. Toppings were fresh also. I'll be back for more!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Morgan’s. I agree with a review I just read which said the ice cream parlor has lost its charm. You can’t go inside or see the ice cream anymore. What I got was definitely not Hershey’s ice cream. That is what they used to sell. I will not be going back.

My first time to this ice cream shop and I really enjoyed it! I can tell it is a popular spot in town as it was very busy even towards the end of the night.I met the owners wife and she was very friendly and welcomed us to her shop. It was a really good feel to the shop and the ice cream was soo good! We also got the nachos and they were very tasty.. I think made with homemade chips?!Highly recommend to others and will be back myself!

Nice variety of flavors! Don't show up close to closing time, though, because these people are done and have their seating locked up almost an hour before they close. They really should look into buying the empty space beside them and having a real dining room again.

This was soooo good. Service was on point. Very friendly and attentive. My husband had a Banana Split with Rum Raisin and coconut ice cream. I had Cappuccino with chocolate chip crunch on Waffle cone. Rum Raisin and Cappuccino ice cream was best ever. Waffle cone taste freshly made. Nice crunch. Can't wait to go back and we live over 25 minutes away.

Morgans lost their charm. I enjoyed going inside and buying ice cream cakes, browsing the shelves for coffee beans, cakes, and other goodies and viewing my ice cream choices. I dont go there often anymore.

I bought 2 milkshakes an time i got to the car it looked like i bought 2 cups of milk i poured the milk part out an the milkshake tasted old like the ice cream was freezer burn definitely not worth the $11 .

This was our second time visiting them since we moved to the area about a month ago! I was so happy to find a locally owned little ice cream place! They make some really fun sundaes which we love. Prices are decent. There is a little wait but any ice cream place I have been to you have to wait! They have been really friendly which is a plus too! No complaints and we will continue to come back!

We usually love Morgan's but now this is the 3rd time I have came to get a milkshake and it is so thin you can barely taste the flavor of the ice cream compared to the milk.

This place is definitely worth the visit! Their cookie dough ice cream is the best I've had around here. They also have ice cream and homemade treats for dogs so it is a convenient stop for your pup after leaving Petsmart or Lowes!! The owner was so nice! She gave us a sample of her homemade pound cake and said she makes the desserts herself. We will definitely be frequent visitors this summer 😁

Took a while preparing our order, but I enjoyed my mangoneada and it tasted fresh, which I think is the reason they took long. My daughter ordered a mint frappe, but she said it tasted very watery. The staff was very friendly which is always great.

My wife and I travel over 30 minutes to enjoy the wonderful ice cream and service here! We are always treated like family when we come and I get something different each time and have never been disappointed! You will not go wrong with making this your regular for your sweet treats!

Very disappointed :/ we go to the Stanley location all the time and this location was a totally different experience. Workers are very rude and they we’re closing down the outside at 6P and they weren’t closing until 8P.We later found out that it was under a different owner than the one in Stanley……they should probably go to the Stanley location and get some tips on customer service.

The owner is incredibly rude and needs to get a grip. Don’t interview here or let your kid interview here unless you want them to have an awful experience. He yells at children and must like to feel powerful over people to make up for his low self esteem.

Got a peanut butter cup milkshake. It was amazing, not too thick, not too runny and very rich flavor. There was a bit of a crowd and a line but service was quick. The fact there is so much traffic tells someone it is a fantastic place or nobody would be there. They have quite a variety of flavors and options also. Sundae, milkshake, cup, cone, lemonade, plushies, smoothies, and even nachos and hot dogs and other snacks. There was a coffee listing I saw also but didn't get to read the entire detail. I've been a while ago and was passing through and stopped but I'll definitely be back there!

Went here for the first time and the process of ordering was confusing and being that you stay outside and order through a window no one really cared to explain. There were 6 of us getting ice cream and none of us liked it. The cookies tasted stale. Ice cream had little flavor. Even my kids who are young said they did not like it. Way over priced

I absolutely love this place! The service is wonderful! They have the best frappes I have ever tasted. My personal favorite is the white chocolate frappe. I would like to give a special thanks to Elizabeth, she is so kind and makes all of my experiences great. Thank y'all and keep up the good work! 😃

Great place, handful of non- dairy options too. The ice cream is very creamy. They stick to their business hours, something that can’t be said of the chain ice cream nearby.

I was expecting more. It's a shame to have to wait out in the sun for your order especially with it being 95 degrees. There was only 3 people in line and i waited 12 minutes for a milkshake that was way too milky. They need to open the inside so their guests can get out of the hot weather. The lady at the window was very nice though.

We stopped at Morgan's, on a whim, as we were traveling between Asheville and Charlotte. We we greeted by one of the very kind and sweet owners. We ordered a couple of shakes that were out of this world delicious! We were also treated to a scrumptious piece of homemade triple chocolate chip cake. Such a great little gem just off the hwy. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

I use to work at Morgan’s in 2006 and the coconut chocolate almond was my fav so I decided to get that ice cream and what I was served was definitely NOT Hershey’s ice-cream (there were NO chocolate chunks and instead it had caramel swirls). The server insisted it was and so I asked for the just plain coconut ice cream…. Then she proceeded to tell me it had almond chunks! Makes no sense to a plain coconut ice cream. These two specific FLAVORS should REALLY be renamed since you can not even see the ice cream they are serving you anymore by closing the inside lobby!!!! Very disappointed on the false advertisement!

Simply the best shakes in Lincolnton. Their ice cream is the creamiest, smoothest around and it makes their shakes second to none. Not to mention that the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like one of their own. Wonderful place.
