Had a terrible experience here today particularly with the assistant manager Heather. I was shopping with a friend and her two toddlers for around an hour, at one point one of the kids became upset over a pack of crayons. My friend temporarily sat the crayons on the shelf so that she could get eye level with her child and parent her. While this was happening, Heather approached them, snatched the crayons from the shelf and rudely told my friend not to put items where they don’t belong. My friend explained she was planning on purchasing the crayons and asked for them back. After this incident, Heather stared us down as we grabbed the last few items we needed. Right before we were about to make our way to the register, Heather approached us while on the phone with her manager and they accused us of stealing, told us we were banned and threatened to call the police. I offered to have my bag searched and they refused.

My family went into this store and was told that we could not have our diaper bag with us. We were told that it was to prevent theft at their store but they could not respond with a decent response when I asked why people could carry pocket books or purses the size of suitcases. The best answer the extremely rude associate could give was 'If you don't like it you can leave'. Will not shop here again.

I visited this location around 4:30 today. I experience very good professional customer service. This location is always on point. It's always clean , always have there smart coupon on shelves don't have to search for anything. Most definitely would visited this loca again.

After a rather unpleasant experience this evening around 8:00pm with cashier Charles, who decided to “keep it old school” with me by blasting vulgar music, touting the N word at the counter and referring to me as “y’all”. Like “how are y’all doing tonight” as I shopped alone. I am merely offended but most irritated by the ignorance! Chris the ASM , or Molly please contact me immediately
