It was as good an experience as I normally have, we stopped for a couple things for a DIY my wife was working on and we couldn't find one item, but it was a Christmas specific item and it had been a week and a half since my wife had seen it so we weren't surprised they were out. We did pick up the gift bags she was looking for and they had some very nice options.

March 19, 2023 I went in looking for pool noodles. There was a cashier, Janice who greeted us while speaking to a man, later to learn his name was Beau who was an employee on vacation. Janice stated she hadn't seen any come through the line, but should get some in soon. Beau said I'll go in back and see if we got a shipment. Several minutes later we were informed to go to the door in the back. Beau located a box of pool noodles, opened them so I could choose the color. My friend & I were absolutely AMAZED that any employee would volunteer to go to all the trouble to help a customer in today's times if asked!!! BEAU WAS OFF THE CLOCK & ON VACATION!!! He offered to help me.While paying for my purchase, I was short a few cents and ask my friend for it. Janice pulled it out of her change purse and thanked us for coming in & welcomed us back. That my friend is service ABOVE & BEYOND. The manager of this store 2735 in Lincolnton, N.C. has done an excellent job with these 2 TEAM PLAYERS & Demonstrate pride in their job.Carla Brown, Vale, NC

If I could get this of negative review I definitely would let me explain what happened today. An employee of this Dollar Tree assaulted and continued to touch me after being told to let me go. After then stating I would like to file a formal complaint I was banned and then the police were called and the police cited with this store saying that what this employee did wasnt wrong, although saying this without having seen the actual video of what actually happened. They did not ask what happened they did not ask any witnesses they chose to side with this store and said that if I press charges it was petty. When did it become okay to harass and assault customers?

I love the Dollar tree. You can go and get anything you want for $1. I find it handy for my purse. From groceries to household products to cosmetics .cleaning products. Party and gift supplies a little bit of everything. I really like this store.

I always shop there before going to the grocery store. I buy food items never have any problems with the foodI buy toiletries. Lots of items. Staff are friendly. Professional. The store is clean shelves are normally well stocked .

Outstanding store I usually go to the one in Stanley but twice they've been out of water I usually buy 72 a hundred gallons of water at a time but they didn't have it and the boy that run the store was incompinant I called Billy in Lincolnton and awesome and very friendly manager and fix me with what I needed I went to the store about 6:30 and the young man that helped me was outstanding this is an outstanding Dollar Tree and all their employees are fabulous this definitely will be the Dollar Tree that I'll be going to in the future thank you Billy and all the employees

Dollar Tree, Heaven to a lot of people, this place has so many customers in and out of store it's unreal. Plenty of parking, store is always stocked, the staff is friendly and very nice to you. Great deals on their items some are what you call so-so but hey what did you expect to pay a dollar for.

Thid store is closest to our house so I shop here for convenience, well the items it used to have readily available are now not always available. It used to have a diverse friendly staff, well that is no longer true. Often no one greets you as they used to and at the register some of the ladies don't acknowledge you as they chat on with co workers or just be awkwardly silent. I still shop their because it is close but when I can I go to Newton, Conover or Shelby.

The store is evidently so understaffed that they are incapable of checking stock on an item that I was planning on buying multiple cases of. The employee's however do have time to sit outside and smoke.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met ! Ok only 1 of the people were rude , and I am under the impression that she was the Manager... I feel sorry for the cashiers who have to work with and for her ! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL ! I will take all future business to the dollar tree in Newton !

Terrible service, they had product listed on sale 2 for 1 and would not honor it, and manager says my code wouldn't work if i tried. Says he cant even do the over for tax exempt people not sure if its a thing bit that was his excuse, don't expect any good customer service here its a joke.

It took a long time in the checkout line but I'm a senior citizen to and I would appreciate being given the same service that this other senior citizen was given when the time comes that I need it
