This was originally going to be a bad review. I did an online, in-store pick-up order. As I was walking out of CVS something told me to check my bag. Sure enough, wrong items. Initially it seemed like the ladies working had no interest in helping me. Just took the item back and told me to contact customer service. On my way home, I realized they didn't process a return for me. So the app is showing I received my order. So I called the store and the lady I spoke with took it upon herself to contact customer service for me and my refund is processing. For that I leave this review. Because I didn't want to deal with it nor do I have the time and energy today.

these ppl never answer the phone in the pharmacy dept. management need handle this problem. its ridiculous how lazy they are answering phones

I've been waiting 5 weeks on a refund from CVS. I paid cash in the amount of $500 and the rest went on my bank card but since I paid cash they can't refund my money they don't have that kind of money in the store! They don't mind taking my money in cash to pay for stuff but they can't refund that money something is wrong here! Well I guess the next step is action 9!

Have more personnel on hand, seems that the Pharmacist and Tecs. are very busy, but they still take time to consult, speak and assist the customer at all times. The folks at this location are the BEST...

The pharmacy is painfully slow in filling prescriptions. The pharmacist on staff tells me is because everyone is sick but I find it hard to believe that that many prescriptions were called in prior to mine since it was an early morning surgery. Three hours later and my prescription is still not filled.I think they get people in there to wait and shop. If it’s that busy maybe they should add staff. I would change pharmacies if my employer provided insurance didn’t specify CVS. So my hands are tied.

I was in a huge hurry while my fiance was in tbe ER needing antibiotics to go home, pharmacist have great advice about the antibiotic and was quick to fill it I was on my way in less than 15 minutes
