The inside store got whatevery standard gas station has drinks snacks Lotto cigarettes and a restroom they do always keep windshield wiper fluid and paper towels at the pumps they do have non-ethanol gas 👍👍 my only gripe with this store is even though there's a stoplight coming out of the store you can't make a left back on to the highway you have to go through the Lowe's parking lot to the next light to make the left back to 321

I have visited Kangaroo Express a lot in the past. But took my business elsewhere after dealing with rude and very unprofessional employees.I returned Sunday 11/17/19 on my way home and the cashier named Jesse was outstanding. Greeted me when I came through the door. Great customer service, right there to assist you with no unnecessary waiting. And thanked me afterwards.In this cruel world, this kind of customer service is becoming obsolete and very appreciated when given.Jesse definitely should be rewarded for this outstanding effort. I'm sure a raise could ALWAYS be used.Thank you Jesse. Don't let this cruel world dull your shine.Sincerely,A customer who will return only when I see you are working.

Specifically went in for a coffee. Asked the person at the register if they give cash back, she answers yes and proceeds to ring up the coffee. I use the touchless chip to pay. It never asks if I want cash or if the amount charged was correct.#1 she charged me $1.70 for the medium size house blend coffee which was supposed to be 99 cents.#2 I wasnt able to get cash, which was why I came in the first place!The coffee tastes awful and ended up in the garbage. Very annoyed and won't go back.

I called about some ice-cream. Your freezers went down and I was seeing if you got another shipment in. The old lady on the phone wouldn't help me, she didn't answer my question. She was So unprofessional and rude. I will be calling corporate on her and I demand something to be done.

We were cheated gas from here. Pumps need to be primed and kept shutting off. Paid for what should have been a full tank and only got a quarter of a tank. Poor customer service from managers here as well.

For so many people to hate a stay at home order and there be so many signs to wear a mask prior to entering the building, there were at least 4 employees not wearing a mask and at least 5 customers not wearing a mask inside the store. Why have signs for wearing masks if it’s not going to be enforced?
