The cashiers in this store are the nicest, friendliest people ever. I like the ginger snap cookies a lot, and they are $2.50 here and SEVEN DOLLARS at Ingles!

I would say the best part of my experience has been the staff. Especially the lady that checks me out at the cash register. She is always happy and her vibe is amazing.Also the Crystal Geyser bottled water here tastes amazing. Yes, water has a taste to it.

I got a sweeper that does a great job and was very inexpensive. I was very impressed with Big Lots merchandise and prices. I recommend it. I will go there again.

This is the cleanest and best organized BigLots IHave ever been in. They have a nice furniture selection with name brand products. The best couch and love seat I ever bought came from Big Lots, I wish I had it back. Some of the prices were high especially on some of the grocery items. But I was very impressed with the store other than that.

All way loved shopping there. Carry a lot of things I need. However I purchased something there that was defective and took it back to exchange for the very same product . Because I didn't have a receipt... they charged me a dollar to exchange it for another one. It's not the dollar that counts . It's the principal ! Not even Wal-Mart does that !

No comment. Very disappointed. Wanted to return something and couldn't find my receipt. They used my debit card and rewards card and said it wouldn't come up that I had purchased them. I told them it had to be a computer glitch or they were doing something wrong. They gave me a refund on a gift card for half of what I paid for the items. I went in the next day because I had found my receipt but they made no attempt to refund the balance I had paid.

Purchased a bunk bed for my kids. The box didn’t include any of the ladder setup needed for the bunk bed. Have been up there multiple times with no solution. Shady salesman at this point. Was told I would get a call about finding the missing pieces or making a deal and have yet to receive that call and they wouldn’t acknowledge it in person

This store is not customer friendly at all. We asked to buy a clearanced item that was the display and they refused to sell it. We weren't the only customers that day that the manager Tyler wouldn't help. We called corporate and their response was it's within the managers right not to sell. They don't want people's money apparently. Totally unreasonable and terrible customer service.

Not the best Big Lots I've been to. The store seems a bit old, needs some updating. Lots of areas need some organization and sprucing up. You can definitely find some good deals if you habe time to look around and pick through things.

No problem with the store. However, DO NOT purchase the CoolSense foam mattress. It has a separate inner fiberglass lining, that when exposed (if you unzip the zippered cover...duh... don't put a zipper on the cover then!!!) will become airborne, and just as dust settles, this will land on every surface. Dangerous to breathe, no matter what your internet search finds..."no evidence of causing cancer."Cancer is not the only potential illness from breathing FIBERGLASS. Irreversible lung damage can occur.If you were like me, and already have one...DON'T TOUCH THAT ZIPPER!If you end up with a hole in the mattress cover, just throw the whole thing away. if you haven't bought one, don't waste your money. If you have bought one, be super careful. You could literally lose everything in your home, and risk your health. Insurance doesn't want to cover the damage. We learned the hard way, hope this helps someone avoid the same disaster we have.

I love big lots alot, I got a bunch of awesome items and everyone is nice, you should go get some cheap and awesome items there...there is even a gummy taco, a gummy pizza and a box of gummy Chinese food, this place was great

This store is sooo empty of product, they had more empty shelves than full, maybe due to covid, but normally what they carry is so minimal, would have to go to other stores to get other items needed. For an example, they carry toothpaste but no product for dentures. Seriously, I can get my toothpaste there, then have to go to another store for my mom's dentures. Cleaning products were very empty!! The store just doesn't have a variety or fit our needs.

One of the nicer Biglots we have been to...Manager was extremely helpful answering questions about a gazebo and offering a measuring tape to get dimensions.
