Matt and his staff provide excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a firearm that I had purchased from another store. They went over and beyond to assist me. Of all the gun stores I have been to, they provide the best customer service. I would highly recommend them for your next firearm, accessory, or ammo purchase.

Great group of people and a large selection of inventory. Everyone is always very helpful and willing to offer information upon request. Never pressuring and always happy to help out. Every time I go through Lillington during their hours of operation, I stop in for a visit. Highly recommended!!!

This shop has always treated me well and helped me in any way possible. Their prices are great and sometimes even cheaper than places like Amazon. Staff is very friendly and always willing to show me options and spend time explaining things without feeling rushed. I never felt uncomfortable in the store or forced into purchasing something more expensive just so they could make a sale. Highly recommend this place and it will continue being my #1 go to store.

Before I begin, I want to personally thank Zachary, Micheal, Colbe, and Lydia. I am not so great with names, so I had to write them on a piece of paper. Well, well, well... I really have to share my experience with whomever and everyone reading this review. I was out working and had a glance at the "Lillington Guns & Ammo" Store. I walked in and was automatically greeted with a smile and professional welcome. A nice gentleman approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. Yes indeed, I replied. I explained my situation to them. They assured me that when I do come back in the store again, they would definitely help me. After about 2 days, I returned. Let me tell you, After I showed them what I needed, they went in the back room and came back out with exactly what I had imagined. Amazing... They were very knowledgeable in the guns and fire arms industry. Thank you all!!!- Felix

I’ve been living in Lillington for about 2 years now and yesterday was the first time walking in the store. I have never had an experience quite like this. Went in today with my girlfriend, spoke with a really nice and knowledgeable staff member who helped me find all the stuff I needed for my Glock, along with answering any other questions I had. I really appreciated the kind environment there and even the other staff members who were helping others or doing their own things would join in and assist and spoke with us like they knew us forever. When you walk in you feel like you’re a part of their family and they have known you forever. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the store and speaking with the workers here even if you don’t plan on buying anything at the moment! Even gave us some free stickers and a shirt with my purchase today!

The Staff at Lillington Gun were able to order my dream handgun (CZ-75 Tactical Sport Orange) and made the delivery and pickup process painless. They were also able to troubleshoot an issue I later had with the gun and returned it to working condition free of charge. Highly recommended these guys.

Awesome gun store. John is a great salesman. He shows you the guns and goes into detail about each one. He is enthusiastic and a joy to deal with. He remembers what our favorite brands are when we visit the store. He sold us several guns today. All of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone at the store goes out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions and if they don’t know the answer will find it for you. They treat you like family and make everyone feel welcome! I have never had a better time giving money away in a gun store :). Jokes aside, this is a fine group of consummate professionals. I spoke with multiple members of the staff at some point, and every single one not only had a pleasant disposition, but they were all extremely helpful. It is clear why they have 5 stars after 200+ reviews. Their goal isn't just a sale. It's customer satisfaction. It's smart business, and because of that, I would gladly do business with them again.
