My husband and I have been regulars here for awhile, but I wanted to praise the staff even more today! They always have a smile and make everyone feel welcome. The energy teas are delicious and visually appealing! I haven't tried the shake flavors, but my husband has and they're delicious. Also, the music is always top-notch and the whole atmosphere epitomizes relaxation.

Wow! First off, their tea selection is vast and refreshingly delicious. The cantaloupe boba is super yummy and pairs well with multiple selections. I cannot wait to try the protein shakes. Oatmeal cookie and banana pudding, came highly recommended as a favorite. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the outdoors, were certainly brought inside. The decor is lovely and I loved the variation of plants. The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly and Kim pours positivity. We will be back! #10Stars

It's not bad. I got a drink level 2.My 2 daughters got something too.I paid quiet a bit and I wouldn't have minded the price.. the only problem I had was the amount of ice they put in the drink. I had like 3 big gulps and it was gone. So if you're a first timer like I was and didn't know how much ice they put in.... ask for light ice lol

I really enjoy coming to this place and getting my teas in the morning. The ladies are nice, quick , fast and friendly. I just didn’t like the fact of one morning coming in and I waited to be be assist. Someone called to place an order and their order was made immediately while I waited to place my order. I was pressed for time so I couldn’t wait.

This place is a RIP OFF. Absolutely disgusting. I asked for a hot apple peach chai tea after talking to attendant at the bar. It was served with an aloe shot. I drank the shot - taste like mango flavored water. Not the consistancy of aloe at all. I was told it was watered down intentionally. I was very disappointed but I thought maybe it would get better. No such luck. The hot apple peach chai tea tasted like a poor quality weak instant apple cider that hadn't been mixed well. Very powdery with no hint of peach or chai flavor anywhere. I love brewed chai tea. That drink was horrible. I tried to finish my expensive mistake but finally gave up when I gagged on the flavor about half way through. I poured it out. The gritty remains in bottom of the cup say it all. It even left a film in my mouth and on my teeth. I do not recommend this place! Instant powder drinks are not my thing, I don't care how much protein or fiber it has.

The atmosphere is great, the owners are so nice. Great place to get a nutritional shake that, keeps you full, gives you energy and if you keep it up you may drop a few pounds. This was my first visit and I'm hooked. I love the bar everyone sits around and just talks about whatever. I had the raspberry tea, the aloe shot and chocolate latte shake and it was awesome.

I’ve been going here for the past two days, and going again this morning! The tea has replaced my craving for coffee or energy drinks.. it gives me the best energy! They’re selection for shakes is amazing, and they keep me full until lunch. The atmosphere is awesome, the owners are so nice and everyone in there just sits around and talks. It feels like a family. I don’t think it’s something I could do every single day. But I definitely will start going as much as I can! Awesome place!

So normally I'm a 5 Guys kind of a guy, but both my kids are in the military and super fit and healthy, and like these kinds of places. So when I'm visiting, them, they usually take me to places like Good & Healthy.Usually I have no clue what to order when I visit places like this, because there's no cheese burgers on the menu.Anyway, i ordered the Mocha Frappe because I got that somewhere else and it was pretty good. This one was even better. I don't know what they put in this (and frankly, I'm not sure that I do), but it was quite tasty. I even went back the next day and got another (large one this time!)So if you like healthy smoothies and stuff like that, you will probably love this place.If your a middle aged guy, and love your kids and they bring you here, get the Mocha Frappe and you will be all set

I love every experience that I have when I visit there . Such great people and wonderful teas and other good and healthy meals in a cup. Being diabetic, it is great to have a place like this that you can go to locally for a great pick me upper without being loaded with sugar. So please help with their fund raiser for Relay For Life. I love Good and Healthy. Jake, Sam and crew are extremely friendly, care about their customers and I enjoy seeing them when I come in to the store. I drink a delicious shake and energy tea for lunch and I feel energized for the day. I can really tell the difference if I skip a day in how I feel and so I make Good and Healthy part of my daily routine. Whether you are looking to drop weight, gain weight and/or receive great nutrition, I would recommend Good and Healthy to you. The store is a real asset to the community and gives us a healthy choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Lillington.

I’m give this place a second try. I visited there today it was my first time visiting. I walked in the guy in the back yelled “Curbside only” ok I understand that but did anyone help me order or assist me. NO It was my first time there smh. I drove all the way to Tropical Smoothie in Fayetteville Nc. I hope this wasn’t bc of my skin color. So I’m try this place one more time. 💜🙏🏽

Good and healthy is a business that works one on one hand-in-hand with each individual through every step of the way . They are a customer friendly and provide all the proper information and meal plans to obtain your goal whether it is to lose weight or put on lean muscle. These Herbalife shakes are a good option occasionally if you’d otherwise be eating fast food, but be extremely cautious about getting financially involved with this company. Very few people make a long term profit and most lose money.
