Our favorite local grocery store! Lots of options here, though prices are a bit higher than prices at bigger groceries. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is also approachable. There are also self-checkout counters.

Visited Lillington store yesterday while I was in that area never again. Bought a pack of patty link and red hot sausage. When I opened the link didn't smell right but man when I opened up the patty the smell was so bad thought I would vomit. Took it back and got my money back. He did apologize worse part with economy way it is now had to drive to Lillington just to retun sometimes better off just throwing it away. No way I was putting it in my refrigerator till tomorrow and the smell in my car and it was double bagged was terrible.

Very disappointed. I had visited the Coats location and purchased a product that was discovered opened when I arrived home. En route to a drs appt in Sanford, I stopped by the Lillington location with the product and receipt. The lady at the service desk refuse to give me my money back and insisted that I had to drive to Coats. She barely looked up and never made eye contact.

They have a great multi layer chocolate cake. But this time when I went into the store it seems not as clean as I remembered. The bakery section was sad and selection was poor .

We bought a chocolate layer cake with lots and lots of layers, 9 in all. It is so delicious! Just like my Grandma used to make. They had good looking salad bar and chicken wing bar. I tried the wings which were very tender and delicious! They had several different flavors. From spicy to honey barbecue to plain wings.

I always plan my drive to Lillington around lunchtime so I can enjoy the deli food. Chicken tenders and chipotle ranch. Enough for two meals. Great link sausage, bbq, pink lemonade, 9 layer chocolate cake, salad & bbq sauce. Worth the drive but I'd sure like one in Lee County.

We stopped here while traveling home because the cakes are always good . The lemon pound cake was horrible to the point I had to spit it out. Some weird flavor had been added and the texture was not a pound cake. Very disappointed. For the price you pay it should have been wonderful as most of their cakes in Ramseur are.

No cashiers were available to ring up the groceries. I Was forced to utilize self check. Prices are very high. You pay higher prices and you have to bag your own groceries. Good meat selection, but the quality of some meats is low, as they sppear to be very dark and spoiled. They could do better.

I drive completely across town passing other stores just to shop at this one! Love the people who work here. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Love the meat they sell as well as their deli. Gotta try their everyday fresh meals they prepare in the deli. If I lived closer, I would probably shop there everyday instead of once a week.

I went here not to long ago with my mom and we purchased lays ranch dip and a Gatorade hydration drink and When we got home with it we noticed both items were old. The ranch dip was from 2023 February and the Gatorade was 2021 November. That is ridiculous to have to pay for old items nothing in a grocery store should be allowed on the shelf if it’s old and nothing should be old in a grocery store. Something needs to be done about this so people don’t purchase old food

Store was nice an clean. Cashier was nice.Didn't get all I wanted cause the prices were really high. I normally shop walmart and I saw items in ur store that were same label as what I get at walmart. Ur store had freezer item I always get from walmart. Ur item was same price but less than half the size. I saw more than few things such as this at ur store. U once were competitive. Even with this gas hike. I'll most likely not shop there againSorry for the hit

Great place to buy meats. Prices are good and so is the meat. I used to live in the town where the original store is and it had a great reputation there when I moved to that town. Their homemade sausage is their claim to fame. If you go there you have to try some of the sausage. Also try some of the frozen cooked frozen collards they sell. You may have to ask for them to be able to find them. They aren't usually with the other frozen food.

It looks like a typical small town grocery store. Mostly teens in charge of the day to day customer service. And an older gentleman manager that tells the corniest jokes to put a smile on your face. They get their job done quickly most days. I love that they hire from straight A to special needs students and everything in between. Really diverse crowd that always seem happy to be there and to help you get in and out. Looking from the outside-it seems like a real team environment. And I like that as well!

A wonderful supermarket with terrific meats and prices on meats and all items. Great staff that are very friendly and professional. Convenient location and clean store. They have many other items too like bakery items, a section near the ice cream section consisting of items like socks, towels, etc., and also a section near the produce section of seasonal items, and household items.

The staff at IGA always are helpful, locating product answer questions you may have. Most of the time the staff helps me put heavy stuff in my car for me. Prices are inline with other stores. I like shopping at IGA of Lillington

The butcher department is beyond awesome! I called from Spring Lake looking for a specific type of meat and they held it for me. I also thought this was particularly one of the cleaner IGAs I had ever been in. It had a variety and great looking produce. I am definitely returning some time soon. The regular customer service is good as well.
