I've been here multiple times for my cat and my grandmothers dog and I've always had the best experience. The veterinarian is knowledgeable and genuine. Which goes a long way for me. you can tell he really does love what he does. The techs are fantastic as well. No complaints from me.

Just had my dog fixed at Buies Creek Veterinary in Lillington. They gave great care at a really reasonable cost. Bo’s doing good other than not liking wearing the cone. 😊So thankful for them.

Absolutely pleased with my visit today. They took my mom's dog in as emergency and were great. Planning on switching my animals to this place. From front desk to checking out everyone was wonderful. Dr. Corry and Amy was so friendly. Could not have asked for better care.

Since I was a baby, I’ve lived in a household with two cats. When it was time to get a kitten of my own in 2022, I chose a vet based off reviews I read online. Buies Creek Vet Hospital has treated my kitten Meatball with warmth and sincerity from the time he was one pound to sixteen pounds. They are gentle with handling animals and know exactly how to deal with getting animals to behave or hold still. The staff is so nice and you can genuinely tell they have a passion for what they are doing. I feel taken care of and so does Meatball.

Absolutely wonderful, so helpful and so understanding with our situation. We previously had gone to a different clinic and they basically overcharged us and told us things that weren’t true. Dr ray and joy (his assistant I believe) were amazing. Joy was very sweet and explained everything how we could understand, insanely caring people <3

Shout out to Buies Creek Veterinary HospitalThey've been amazing to work with over the years. And with the new dog & all her issues, so caring & loving. It's wild to see an animal doctor spend more time listening and caring about their patient than most human doctors. Spend time to explain everything, don't feel rushed out the door. I'm so used to trying to hold back back the things I want to say at appointments and they are all listening, with compassion want to know about your pet. it's a great affordable local vet. Couldn't be happier. I'm never terrified when it's checkout time like most vets offices, I know they're doing us fair.

I was so appreciative the office staff was able to squeeze my dog in between appointments for an acute situation. Dr. Rhea and the vet tech came out in the rain to examine my Great Pyrenees in the car, saving him the trauma of being transported inside.Dr. Rhea's approach was very practical taking into consideration the age of of our dog and our financial concerns but giving him the best shot to heal. Thankfully, our old pup is doing well.I'm so glad I found this practice and will be bringing all our pets there for care.

Dr Rhea and his team are great with our animals. The team is top rate, friendly, and helpful. The animals (& I) really appreciate his team, he has good animal instincts, and can handle even the problem children in our fur pack. And his team is great! Friendly and on the ball every time.***Update ..Last month (may/June 2022) Buies Creek Vet saved my cat Darwin. They extracted 10 teeth and worked really hard to accommodate our/his need. (Darwin is the black cat in my posted photos:) they KNEW his situation was desperate and didn't hesitate to find him a spot on their surgery rosters (*even though no spot was actually available) and they saved my kitty. Two years ago they also saved our German shepherd, Gabe*****(Lillington Vet learned via testing (that we payed for) that Gabe, our dog, had Lyme disease and then never told us.** Buies Creek Vet told us and then treated the dog) .....This is the spot to go if you want the best for your pets in Harnett county.

I would happily give BCVH more than 5 stars if I could! Their love and care for my animals is amazing... when we have emergencies, they take them right in. Recently my chocolate lab was very ill and he spent 3 days with them. He was treated like one of their own, while I was kept up to date with phone calls and treatment plans. I'll always be so thankful for the whole staff at BCVH!

Our experience was very pleasant as usual. Thora actually loves to visit and she’s always very taken care of and loved here. We miss Dr Rhea, but the veterinarian that filled in for us was very professional and kind and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Very friendly, compassionate folks. They sent me a card when I had to put my 14yo feist named Harley down. Everyone at the practice signed it. That just doesnt happen in this day and age. They have become my go-to vet for anything health related for my precious pets.

So I came to the vet this past week for a basic annual visit for my fur child, and I know after ny visit my baby was ABUSED. When they took her to the back. When she was brought back her eyes was blood shot RED u could barely see her natural eye color and she was gasping for air because the slip leash they had on her was far too tight and it was obvious she was struggling to breathe and the lady walking with her did not even seem to care she couldn’t breathe. I immediately said to get it off her she can’t breathe and she gaslighted me claiming “well she got out of her harness and we had to muzzle her” a muzzle wouldn’t make her eyes red and never had before, I made it clear even prior she doesn’t like nothing done to her without me present she was a rescue and she very very fearful with strangers. The lady said okay. And claimed she had to take her back for her heart worm testing . I’ve been here before everything was always fine in front of me before during visits even at other places I’ve gone they have done everything in front of me. Not only we my fur human clearly SUFFOCATING badly to the point she could’ve died, experiencing trauma but they claimed she expressed her anal glands. Something she had NEVERRRRR done before. She’s young and still a baby and she had never once done that she did that out of FORCE or extreme fear. Groomers do that. I never asked for that to be done to her. If she was terrified and “slipped” out of her harness it’s because they scared her and was pulling the harness and she didn’t want to go. If that happened then I should’ve immediately notified and allowed to get my fur child or hold her. You don’t subject my baby to TRAUMA AND ABUSE then charge me for it. Ever since she’d been heart broken. Her bowls are messed up. Stomach irritated, she’s throwing up and her stools are watery she won’t eat. She won’t run play she won’t even go outside to pee unless I carry her. I’m not gonna let this go. This isn’t acceptable, I kept coming here cause I thought I could trust them, my baby doesn’t have a voice. I am her voice. And what I hate is being lied to and having my baby treated worse than any dog there just because she’s terrified and being “difficult” . Professionals should be used to that by now. If a fur baby doesn’t want to experience something then call their parent and let them know don’t abuse my baby then lie to my face and act like she’s okay . If my baby had suffocated and died. You wouldn’t have liked me. My baby was back there retrained panicking suffocating and desperate to breathe for consecutive minutes. That’s abusive, she saw that with her own eyes and and no one did NOTHING. I’m not letting this go.

New patient with only one visit so far but can't say how great the experience has been from scheduling to seeing all of the staff. Everyone is so kind and caring and the doc was fantastic with our dog. The visit, including medications, was affordable considering how expensive it is to care for pets. Thankful to have found such a great office for all our future pet needs.

I have been going to Dr. Rhea for years to care for my dachshunds and always received the best care possible for them. I was so happy he moved his clinic to Lillington. His staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Rhea is the absolute best in caring for my fur babies!

Love Dr Rhea and his staff. When my dog Pixie first started limping around, I thought maybe my bigger dog Jack Black had stepped on her foot/leg had hurt her. Turned out it was an older crush injury that quickly developed into needing to amputate her little toe. If she hadn't had the surgery done as quickly as she did have it done the vet said she could of lost her right back leg.I'm thankful for Dr Rhea letting me make payments on the surgery to help save my little girl Pixie. It let me have more time with her and gave her a better quality of life till she passed away of old age at 10 yrs old on January 5, 2020.

Our first trip to this vet, but it definitely will not be the last! Dr. Rhea and all of his staff were very caring and concerned about our Bailey. They will be our vet from now on. Even if we have to travel to Lillington from Sanford.

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to each of the staff members and Dr. Rhea. Even though they were very busy, they allowed my husband and I to bring in my very sick elderly dog. Everyone was so compassionate and kind, I could feel the sympathy and care from each person we interacted with. Thank you for helping us during this very difficult time.Highly recommend.

I loved every interaction from calling as a new patient and interacting with office staff, the check-in process, time with the vet assistant who helped with Max and took him back for care, and especially personal conversation and time with Dr Rhea about what he found out about Max and his suggestions. It was very personable. The best vet experience I have had yet! We will definitely be back.

I can't say enough great things about Buies Creek Veterinary Hospital and Dr.Rhea and his staff. Because of Dr. Rhea I now have the sweet boy in the picture shared. He and his staff saved him and has helped in getting him healthy. For that I'm so grateful. From the front desk to the exam room everyone is fantastic.
