I can't say enough about Waggin Tails Dog Grooming. Brittany is so kind and compassionate about dogs and that alone says a lot. Our first visit, I picked up my pooch and she had asked how I liked the cut. He looked great, but I had one minor alteration I wanted. Without hesitation, she took him right back and cut hair around his face in no time at all. At previous grooming places I went, if I were to mention wanting a smidge more cut around face/ears, the employees acted annoyed with my request that would have taken two minutes of their time, and stated that I had to come back another time. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days and you will definitely get that with Brittany and her staff. They are so kind and I have no worries about my dog being well taken cared of. I highly recommend Waggin Tails!

I cannot say enough about how much Brittany and her staff go above and beyond for our fur babies. My girls both loved going to be pampered. She does a fantastic job! Our choc lab was a bit older a little ornery and we took her regularly and she began to love getting washed and she loved Brittany! We had to put her down this week and our other fur baby Bailey was heartbroken. I took Bailey by to Waggin Tales to see Brittany and maybe some other doggy friends to maybe brighten her day and Brittany loved on her and pampered her....just what my heartbroken baby needed. If you are looking for a groomer that loves your babies as much as you, this is where you need to go!!

First I would like to say how grateful I am to have Brittany Thompson and her crew taking great care of my babies all 4 of them. They are always professional and reliable. If you have any questions they're right on it and able to answer. My babies love them. I have one that does not like anyone to touch his back paws, every time anyone touches them he will let you know his not happy. But when his there with them he doesn't do anything but let them do their magic. This is the only groomer I will bring my dog to. River loves Brittany and her staff! I am able to trust them to take good care of River when I drop him off. River also has terrible separation anxiety and he does really well with Waggin Tails staff! Great prices and great people!!!

Brittany loves my dogs like I do. I love the way she handles them. I feel comfortable that they will be treated well when I drop them off. We just moved here and thought this was going to be a good experience. Set up the appointment. Them knowing it's our first time. Get there and they tell us cash only they have been hacked understandable. We are not from this state we don't have $110 cash for 2 dogs. Then we was told if we cancel we would be charged $25 for each dog! Then the lady says she will take a credit card but charge extra $5 for using the card. Wife decided she would let them groom our girl dog. Explained how we would like it to be groomed by using the term puppy cut around the face. Lady says there is no such thing. We have traveled all over the US and every groomer has known what we are talking about. Anyway my wife picks her up after they called and the groomer did the totally opposite of what we asked. Will never go back very disappointed in the service!!!

Brittany and her staff have been grooming my 2 dogs since they were puppies. I have a 5 year old Yorkie and a 3 year old shitzu. They love her to death, I think maybe because she treats them like there her own. I'm always so pleased how they turn out. There are several groomers closer to me, but I chose to drive the extra 15 miles to take them to her.

I would recommend this groomer to anyone!! Brittany is the best with my two dogs. She's seriously a natural! My miniature dachshund is slow to warm up to strangers but she felt right at home with Brittany on the first time meeting her. Once you bring your dogs to Waggin Tails Dog Grooming, you will never take them anywhere else again!!

Waggin Tails is amazing with my two dogs and I am so glad that we have such a wonderful Groomer right here in Liberty! Brittany is so kind and professional. I have a labradoodle that some unsaid groomers refused to even make an apt for as they disliked grooming that breed. Brittany and her team are great with her and her knots and tangles as well lol. Love this place! She gets you in as quick as possible sometimes it takes a few weeks which is why it’s best to plan ahead but she is well worth the wait. Their service was professional, friendly, timely, and their prices are reasonable. You can tell they have a love for dogs; my puppers loved it! They even dressed her with a little scarf when they were done I took my dog to help her deshed, and it's been amazing to have a fluffy, shed-free dog, and she still smells great a week later! I definitely recommend this business to anyone who's dog needs a little tlc 🐾
