I made an order for pickup and when they said it was ready I did the check in on the app. I arrived and told them where I parked I waited an hour and saw where it said on my app I picked it up 15mins ago. I waved someone down and he took a picture of my phone and went on about his business. So then I tried to call the number on the sign and they didn’t pick up so I called the store and told them what was happening and that grocery wasn’t picking up. They directed to the grocery line that wasn’t picking up. So I flagged down someone else who told me he would go inside to inside pickup and see if it got redirected there which sometimes happens and that they will just mark them picked up. Sure enough that is what happened. It took me an hour and a half to get any help. I love the pharmacy here but I’m done this isn’t the first time this has happened but it is the last. I emailed and only got I’m sorry this happened email back. I moving my prescriptions and groceries to a different Walmart.

I waited for 30 minutes at the cosmetic station for something I needed behind the case. I even told an associate. I heard over the radio she was on her way. I am 100% sure she knows we have been waiting and is just getting some odd satisfaction about doing this. Poor customer service… I can’t imagine someone being that bad at their job. Now I can.

I was just at the store and the shelf was out of the Creamer that I like. I went up front and they called a manager over and she went in the back and grabbed some for me. She went above and beyond her normal work duties to help me. I really appreciate it. I don't know her name but she was very helpful and deserves a good review. Keep up the good work managers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought tires there and purchased the life time balance and rotation service. BIG MISTAKE! I called to make an appointment and was told to just bring my car in. The next day, I was there at 8am with no one in front of me. I took them 3.5 hours to balance and rotate my tires. When I ask for the manager after hour 2 she said it was because I didn't have an appointment. Are you kidding me! NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not waste your time and money go to a local shop for tires, rotation and balance!!!

Been waiting for 40 minutes for a particular item in cosmetics locked behind a case. Had to ask 4 different store associates to get someone to get a key to open the case. I kept pressing the Press the associate button just to find out it wasn’t hooked up to anything and was just repeating that someone will come by to help soon. Which at that point was a lie.

Love going shopping here for my child’s toys diaper’s groceries Clothes for myself my significant other and our child as well love love love itBought our Christmas tree and decorations there last year as well and still have it all using it again this year too decently priced fake tree that’s a good size too. Great environment too!

Horrible store. 3 years ago I gave a 5 star revew. Workers where always polite, helpful, and the store saw spotless everywhere. Definitely one of the nicest Walmarts I've been to but that is no longer the case. Now the workers are lazy and try to avoid customers at all cost, just went there and they had 5 different locations where liquids and broken glass where on the floor and 4+ employees just walking around it. And when I notified one employee the remark was " yeah I know" . Even managers walked past with not a 2nd though. Not to mention customer service tries any and everything to not help. They're only job it to help resolve issues and they have no issue letting you know that it's never they're problem and you need to speak with someone else. So quick review:-only 1 cashier available to check you out (2 if it's a holiday)-Employees use the family bathroom more than anyone else and bathrooms anre a 1/10 (filthy)-employees spend more time there phones more than working (and it's not the Walmart app)-more concerned with checking receipts than "greeting"-not one employee takes pride in there job or the company and it's definitely not somewhere I would recommend going and spending your hard earned money

If you need something from cosmetics that's locked up don't come here. Your better off going to customer service when you get here to have someone come open up the cabinets. So you don't have to wait an hour.

Pros: clean, not to busy, fairly good fruits and veggies.Cons: not as much stock as Salisbury, stockers and app shoppers put there cart on one side and stand on the other taking up the whole aisle and don't move.

The Auto Care Center at the Lexington, NC store#1322 is awful. My husband and I brought our truck in to have tires put one we got there at 2pm and didn't leave til after 7pm. When we went to get in the truck to leave the air pressure sensors were malfunctioning and we went back to the store and told them. They tried to say that they were on when we brought in our truck. They weren't on at all have never been on. Had to take the truck back the next day to have them fix it which only took 15 minutes at the most for them to correct the issue. No apologies were given to us. Ann who was an associate in that department screamed in my face when I asked for manager to come back and deal with the issue at hand. A few minutes later a manager comes out we explained what happened and how we were treated. We were told to bring it back if the light didn't go off the next day. Had to get a manager yet again to get anything done. I will never take anything else to that store nor will I go buy anything else from them ever again. We were screamed at, cussed at, and treated very rude. No apologies were ever made to us.

Got there at 6am.I require a handicap cart. There is only 1 and it is on 0 percent I sit there for 20 minutes and charge it to 11 percent. I have a return .customer service opens at 7am. I get there and lady says they may not open on time.

Arrived at 7am, Black Friday to the tire center to have a nail pulled from my tire and a plug put in it. Two people were ahead of me that had "appointments". Told if I wanted to get serviced faster to go across the street to Mavis. Really send customers away?You might think because it's Black Friday it's the reason they were so busy. I love Black Friday deals but this Walmart had maybe 50 cars in the parking lot at 7. Crazy. If two cars take two hours to work on they need to close up shop. My car did not get done until 11:30 am. Went to pay and was told I need all four tires replaced. I asked why did they plug my tire then just put on a new tire. I was told they had none for my Cadillac in stock.Back to Mavis....

Worst pharmacy in Lexington NC I will definitely taking my business some where else. They are rude and they don't tell you everything you need to know before sending you on your way. I would fire every single person in there. If I could give them a - 5 I would. You will never see any of my medicine there again. Bye ✌️

These people are psychotic, we are regulars here, never had a issue, tonight we were followed by the entire store, I turn Around, there's 5 workers, I go to shop for a festive outfit, same workers again, I watched as they repeatedly and ruthlessly followed me and my family all over the store, they began pointing at us and talking to eachother on radios, they sent 2 police officers to follow us, so glad your wasting their time, what did we even do? They had no reason, this is pathetic, NEVER coming here again, you guys are horrible, you lost a loyal customer, I'll take my business to target

Called store 4 times no answer just to find out if they had a product. I found it on the app placed order for curb side pick up. Drove an hour to get a bluey inflatable for my kids for Christmas. They substituted the item with paw patrol, I didn’t know until I got there so I canceled it but the charge is still there. Went inside, found the product I originally wanted by myself. There were several of them available yet they charged me for a substitute and said they didn’t have any. Had to go to customer service, waited forever then explained what happened that i just needed to fix my cancellation bc I found the product myself. Was told I had to buy it again even though I hadn’t been refunded yet. Explained I drove from Charlotte to get this item and I’d like to just plug it in real quick to make sure it works. Katie at customer service informed me there are no outlets in the store I could use 😂 just to check it really fast. After a hour drive, a messed up order, pending charges I was over the top nice…you guys couldn’t think of one outlet anywhere I could use for .5 seconds. She said check electronics but they likely they have no outlets in the entire store I could use. lol I went to electronics found no help. Was able to locate an outlet under a dirty abandoned service desk in the back. All in all I was able to get bluey for my kids despite this store stopping me in a million different ways. I can only assume the employees must be treated awful here. I’ve never seen such an unhappy unhelpful group. Thank you guys for making sure I had to work incredibly hard to get my kids something for Christmas.

No shopping carts. Everything was outside. Told the manager and he smiled. I ask him want was wrong him that he couldn't go get them? Again he smiled at me. Very poor customer service. Called the number posted in lobby and no one answered. No surprise.

Asked them on the phone about action figures from a SPECIFIC show, instead of answering my damn question, they told me they have "hundreds of them" and to go on the website instead of them "looking for something they don't know what I'm asking for" when I LITERALLY TOLD THEM!!!! they told me to go on the website, they don't listen, I told them what I was looking for, they acted clueless, they don't want to do their jobs here, disgusting

Place never has any cash registers open. All the employees avoid you or pass you around when you need something watched a lady wait a half hour for baby formula while I waited hour to get fabric not at a busy time either.

Practically all self checkout. Machines do not always work and it is very difficult to get someone to help. Only go there if there are no other options.

We visited a few days before Thanksgiving and the shelves were very well stocked with all of the ingredients anyone could need for the holiday. The staff at the self check out was very nice, too.

This place is a joke!! Ordered a same day canvas yesterday. Got a text it was ready for pick up at 7pm, the photo shop closes at 8pm though so I just waited til today to pick it up. It is now 12:30, the next day, & my canvas is no where ready for pick up. I asked the guy an HOUR AGO about it. Left got food, came back, still isn’t done! This is unreal. Get better staff

I had a disappointing experience at Walmart due to the staff's rudeness. They not only failed to provide assistance but also argued back when I raised concerns. Customer service should prioritize courtesy and helpfulness. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

I gotta say... wasnt bad. Good prices. Looked online for items i wanted and it told you exactly which aisle it was. Very helpful. Only thing is hate self check out... stood in line a long time as cashier took his sweet time checking people out.
