Great place for supplies for your projects. They have everything from nuts and bolts to clothes and pet supplies. Great customer service and very helpful employees. The candy selection is good with old fashioned candy as well. Located in the shopping center with lots of parking for cars, trucks and trailers.

We took our dogs in to bathe them after another local business was closed. The employees here were so very nice and helpful. The best part is that each dog was only about $10 to bathe and they provide everything you need. Shampoo, towels and dryer! I had no idea you could do this at Tractor Supply till today. Will definitely use this service more often!

Alexandra could not have been any more friendly and helpful. I needed an electric lawn mower and had a list of must-haves for the mower I chose. She went on the computer and went down my list line by line. I found a mower that had more features and accessories for a better price than what I had originally thought I would need to spend. I could not be more pleased.

Went in for a dog cage. A gentleman immediately came to me to see what he could help me with. He took me straight there and since it was on the top shelf he got it down and took it to the register for me. Great help!

Hated how rude thomasville location was even tho it’s closest to me, so happy they told me to go to this location. I was panicked as well because it’s about cbd for my one dog who’s medications are on a holt due to not being avaible at the moment, and the only other cbd oil I trust is the green coast pet cbd oil………

Today was our first time visiting this location and we were very happy. The employees were very nice and welcoming. Was asked if we needed help several times. The store is very clean and organized. All the employees were working hard and not just standing around. We were very impressed.The prices for some items are a little pricy but for the most part we were happy with the pricing of some of the items you can't really get elsewhere.

I was in there shopping and was at the register checking out whenever I was approached by a city police officer and asked to leave because I had been in there to long. At that point I should have just walked out but i already had the cashier ring up all of my items, putting me spending 800.00 and something dollars. Every month we came in and spent at least 200.00 on our pet supplies. Not anymore. I was so embarrassed. There was no reason to have called the law...they could have simply asked us to leave. But i really wasn't doing anything wrong, i was simply shopping and spending to much. Never will i step foot back in this establishment.

I love going in this store, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I've bought shoes, clothing items, hardware and it's a good place to find things you can't find other places. I've also bought tools there and so far what I've gotten there is of descent quality so I like checking out the tool aisle nearly every time I go in there. However, the reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is because I went in there about a month ago and was looking for a specific tool. When I walked into the aisle this irritating loud alarm went off and it continued to go off, a store employee came and asked what I was looking for, I told him all the while this loud alarm is going off. We looked and apparently they didn't have it. I said something about the alarm and I got the impression the employees didn't like it either. The alarm didn't stop till we left the aisle. I guess maybe this location is having a problem with shoplifting or something but should that be a reason to give me and other honest customers a headache (I figure the headache I received from this visit was worth 2 stars) May I suggest a strobe light or something a lot less nerve racking? I haven't and won't be visiting the tool aisle anymore when I go which also means I won't be coming as much because I shop for tools a lot sometimes for my work. I hope they come up with some other way to battle the problem if they are having one.

They have good prices on some items, but it is a terrible experience trying to get something loaded outside. You generally end up waiting 15-30 minutes before they send someone out. Which is quite annoying. The most recent time we shopped we had to remind the staff we were still out there- the guy didn't even know he had customers waiting.

I don't know how this place stays in business. It seems that every time I come here, they are out of what I need. I'll wait a month and come back and they are still out. I'll wait another month and come back and they are still out. Do they replenish their inventory? I don't know where the poor management breakdown is. Either the store is dropping the ball or the district manager is not monitoring the stores in his/her territory. I give up. The last time I needed something from here, I ended up ordering it from California. Including shipping, it actually cost less online. I try to support local businesses, but this one just can't be worked with.

I for one will never ever shop at this location period.One of the worst experiences of my life.I went in to shop for some plants but upon entering the rest room when I needed to do my business the floors, toilets ,and walls were covered in feces. I had no choice but to clean up the toilet myself the best I could since I myself really had to go.Now I'm rushing home because my Jean's brushed against the toilet around the bottom near the floor and now I'm having to walk out embarrassed beyond belief an drive home tracking human feces on my work boots along with my Jean's I can just pray the person didn't have covid who deficated all over that rest room. Again absolutely horrifying experience I cant believe they didn't close that rest room until it was cleaned both stalls were covered so it's not like it hadn't been sitting and I will never in my life shop at this Tractor supply in Lexington NC again.

Pricey on most things but keep eye on sales. Staff is ok, doesn't always go out of way to answer questions. The cashier likes to pass the buck off to someone else everytime I needed help, so I just look for someone in the back to help now. Better yet, I will wait and go the the TRACTOR SUPPLY IN OAK RIDGE, because their cashiers are always knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help. I feel it is because they deal more with the farming community and just have better manners and training.

This is not just a farm store. They have a lot of things homeowners need as well as clothing, and some gift items. The prices are good and most of the employees are very helpful with figuring out what you need. If you're a homeowner it's a good place to get familiar with; and if you work with Ag. you probably already go here. If you work outside or with machinery then also a good place to go. The C.E. Schmidt work shirts sold here are really hard wearing and you can't beat the price. Good selection of Carhart too.

Not impressed with vet here. My daughter took her senior dog in for itching and the vet wanted to check the glucose level, have no idea why. My daughter agreed and after poking this poor dog several times, three of them couldn’t get blood. I have owned dogs my entire life and have never had this problem with a vet or vet tech. She left with no relief for his itching. He refused to give the dog anything unless bloodwork was done. The only upside is they are in Tractor Supply which is my favorite store.

This tractor supply is consistently awesome. I'm a dog trainer and I've been teaching classes at the Lexington NC store since 2011. They are so welcoming, my clients love it and always wind up finding things they need every time they come to class!I buy all of my dog's stuff here! Treats, toys, collars, food. Plus lots of things for me too :)

Called b4 I went ,spoke to Jeff he helped me decide the best electric fence for my project ,actually got out cheaper than i thought i would .Would be 5 star but when i arrived i asked for Jeff the guy at customer service was like oh he is around here somewhere, was to lazy to ask or even use intercom.

I usually frequent the Concord location but I have had to come to this location on more than one occasion to get something to the Concord location doesn't have and while they have a lot of stock on the Shelf the staff is usually few and far between and if you do find someone to ask a question they probably won't really have a decent answer for you so my recommendation would just beat us go to the Concord location unless you already know what you're looking for and where it is
