Great selection of comics, tcg, heroclix. Prices are normally right under most other stores prices.. they offer alot of activities as well. Race car simulators and competitions, world of tanks tabletop version, heroclix tournaments, Friday night magic. Yugi oh Tuesday night I think . They give you a free pack of cards for participating in friday night magic also. They also carry hottoys. Lots to do. Lots of fun to be had..it's family owned and they are all very very nice. Great people. Great location.

I came specifically for comics, and I was disappointed. The selection was small and completely unorganized. I try and help comic shops in every city I visit by buying from them, but this store made it difficult. Make sure you have plenty of time if you plan to visit.

This is a great place to by comics. They also host events in which they play magic and things of that sort. Over all it is a lovely atmosphere

Great service, great prices, and a great experience overall.I've enjoyed every conversation I've had with the owner. He's a nice down to earth guy.Every time I'm in downtown I have to stop there to see what they have in stock.If you like comics or collectibles or video games, I highly recommend this place.

I had a great time here the staff is genuine and helpful. They have one of the coolest racing Sim setups, you rent them, I have been back twice just to race. Lots of stuff in the store too. Top hat is now my favorite comic shop in N.C.

Wonderful store. It's still growing but it's the only store in the area that sells Hot Toys and other high end figures, and even offers free layaway. The owner is probably the nicest LCS operator since the late, great Daddy Jim's.

I loved coming this store! They had a wide variety of items that cater to several people, not just comic book lovers. They had action figures, keychains, model car kits, and a nice selection of manga. They have several popular titles including Seraph of the End, My Hero Academia, Fruits Basket, Noragami, Black Butler, and The Ancient Magus Bride to name a few. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Friendly tip to the owner: The price tags on the books are very hard to remove and leave a sticky residue. Nothing a little goo gone can't fix, but maybe a different tag would be nice for us manga lovers. 😌

In my opinion, the best place in town to buy comics and comics-related items. Also a good place to find figures and games, models, rpg accessories and more. Ask Rod, he will know if he has it or can get it.

Tophat Comics also holds weekly tabletop games and card game competitions such as mtg, hero clix, and more! It's a great place to mingle with others who share the same interest and the owner is very helpful and fun as well. Highly recommend this place!

Interesting Comic Book store with only selection of SUPER premium Action Figures for the serious collector. Stocks Games and Trains too. Owner is a really nice guy who's knowledgeable and eager to assist.
