First of all I want to say DO NOT BUILD AN OPINION ON OTHER PEOPLES NEGATIVE REVIEWS! ok thanks. After I placed my order I too was skeptical when I saw the bad reviews. But I saw someone write that if you use their contact form they respond quickly. So I sent a message with my concerns due to the reviews ,because I wanted to see for myself if I’m being scammed. It took less than 10 minutes to get a response from Danielle in Customer Service. She was super nice and even told me right away that if I had concerns they will do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and we even chatted for a bit. These are real people there so be nice! A week later she even called me to inform me that there has been a delay (I work in retail as well so I KNOW about delays since Covid) and that my item will be there by the end of the month. Which is exactly what happened once they received it a shipping label was created and I was able to track my shipment. Today I received it and I’m soooo happy. It’s what I wanted, came in perfect condition and for an UNBEATABLE price. 12/10 I will definitely order from them again and I recommend you do too! And if you do LEAVE A NICE REVIEW! Happy people never do which is why you see only the bad. THANK YOU County Farm Tack People 🐎

My order 200379051 was placed online and paid for in July, and has not been received. I received no tracking/shipping info. I have sent 3 emails requesting follow up with no response. The toll free number's message box is full. Hoping this review will prompt a refund. A month later - no response from company, and I forgot to mention that I paid high shipping costs to Canada for something I didn't receive, so they kept that money too.

Cancelled my order due to it being pushed back several times. Still waiting for a refund. Sent several emails regarding my refund never got a response, they were quick to respond to every other email and now ghosting mine about the refund on an order I cancelled cause the item is not in stock.Don't buy from this company, I'm all about supporting small businesses, but this one doesn't deserve customers. Quick to take my money! But not giving enough respect to refund it.Update : August 26. 2023Still no refund given they say they sent it but I never received anything. At this point I would give them 0 stars if I could. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to see if any refund would hit my bank and nothing. Again I would avoid buying from them, they will not refund your items or even send them out. The reviews that are negative for this small business are justified!!! Best to buy your products elsewhere!UPDATE: SEPT 18, 2023as of today still no refund at all. The site is a scam I did file a complaint with the BBB and yes they have a bad score through them already. Avoid this store at all cost. They won't refund , or send you your purchase. Unprofessional. Save yourself the aggravation.

I have left two voicemail messages and have not yet received a response. I am getting concerned that I am being scammed. I have not received tracking information for the item I ordered.Update 7/25/23 - I received a package finally with one set of ice boots. I had ordered two, but only received 1. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge and THEN County Farm Tack finally called me. They insist that they sent me both sets of ice boots even though there was definitely only one set in the package. The bank believed them and not me despite the fact that I have NEVER asked them to reverse a charge before. So I have just been scammed by County Farm Tack for the cost of one set of ice boots. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this as well. Do not order from this company. I would like to think that it was a mistake on their part, but they made no effort to admit it or make good on it. This is how small businesses go out of business, by providing poor customer service (and possibly purposefully scamming their customers.)

I have received no answer back, attempted to call several times, no response. Goes to a voice message to leave a message. Then states voice mail is full. Will be contacting my card company and indicating fraud.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER! I ordered Pop up barrels back in spring time and everytime I reach out to them it’s the same excuse “they should arrive in a few weeks then will ship”. Well they never ship. Finally called them out about how it’s a scam and want full refund…..NO RESPONSE! Emailed again asking when I can expect the refund….NO RESPONSE. Try calling their phone line. NO CALL GOES THRU. I have been more than patient as this was a gift to my niece. And I never leave reviews but this is an awful business practice which is a scam.

I wish zero stars was an option. I placed an order for a product that was on back order. They emailed me saying it would be about 2 weeks until the product was back in stock, and they would send it to me as soon as possible. I emailed them after the 2 weeks passed to ask for an update, and they completely ghosted me. Long story short they never sent me what I ordered, and won't return any of my emails. I tried calling the store and the call never gets through to anyone. I placed my order late 2021, it is now November 2022. This is going on a year of ignored emails. Horrible business, don't waste your money. They'll just scam you like they did to me.

UPDATE: Spoke with new owner today and received refund immediately.DO NOT order from this place! Not only will they steal your money but they also ignore you. Do yourself a favor and check the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! It’s been over a year that I made a purchase and when we tricked them to actually call us back they said the account was closed yet no order showed up and I have no refund. Then they tried to tell us there are new owners except the phone number they told us to call back on is the EXACT same person as a year ago. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

My order was placed and paid for almost 3 weeks ago. After trying unsuccessfully, several times to get updates, I was told they could not ship my order and that they were going to credit my credit card charges. It's been another week and I have still not received credit. My next step will have to be a call to my credit card company. Customer service has been very disappointing.

Great customer service!!! I had communication with several people from the company with different updates on my order and they were all so friendly. A few delays with shipping but that is to be expected these days with anything. Highly recommend!

Once we got things straightened out it was a great experience but at first a bit frustrating. I ordered the start of Feb. and billed upon purchase. I read past reviews and understood it would take time but after a month I finally called and spoke to someone. She was going to look into my order and email me. No email. She called back same day but no voicemail. I called back and left a message, no return call or email. Waited until the next week and called again - no pick up, no return call. I figured out communication was best via their website "contact us" email. They were great once I figured that out. It is a small company that was dealing with tech and staff issues. In the end I am satisfied but had to be persistent to get my item. The price savings made it worth the extra work on my part. I hope they can do better for other customers as I totally prefer a small business vs. supporting other big box/online retailers.

My wife ordered a hat from this company back in March we soon received a notice saying that it was not in stock and they offered to let us cancel our order or wait about two weeks. We chose to wait, which turned out to be a bad choice. I have been trying to call them for the better part of a month and either do not get an answer or I just get a busy signal. I understand that companies have problems, but someone that was actually caring about their customers would pick up the phone or at least send us an email saying that we can cancel our order. At this point I feel like someone just stole my our money.

Terrible experience, ordered lots of items of which three didn’t arrive. I have contacted County Farm Tack repeatedly via phone, email and even text to no avail. I have asked for my money back if the items weren’t available …..crickets. Total scam. I would recommend you order from a reputable and honest tack shop of which there are plenty.

I will be shopping here again!! With todays time it seems like shipping on everything is taking much longer. However, the customer service team kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. They had great communication at first. They let me know the BOT items were back ordered for a few weeks. Few weeks later, they emailed me letting me know the items were still on back order. It is now May, I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to either send me my stuff or my money. They will not answer the phone or email.

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Not sure at this point if I’ve been scammed or not.I ordered a Back on Track mesh neck sheet for my wife for Christmas in early December. I was called a few days after and informed that it likely wouldn’t be in until early January due to logistical issues. No problem.In the weeks after the anticipated shipping date I heard nothing from this shop. I finally e-mailed again and was told that now the shipping date would be early February. I foolishly believed them.Several promised dates came and went and I was offered the same product, but in a different color. Exasperated, I agreed to the alternate color and thought I would be receiving the product shortly. By this time we’re in early March a just wanted to use the thing before the entire season of winter passed.Over the next three weeks I sent two or three emails asking why the product still hasn’t shipped. I was told I never agreed to a different color. I then had to pull up the previous emails showing that I agreed to the product change. The owner asked why I hadn’t called the store to talk to someone. The funny part is that I tried several times, no one picked up, and their voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.At this point it was late March and I was done dealing with County Farm Tack. I demanded a refund on March 23rd and as of May 11th I still have not received one. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my life. The lack of communication and no ability to keep track of orders and emails is astounding. They can’t even make the time to empty their voicemail so they can receive phone messages from customers. I guess I’ll try and do a chargeback on my card through the bank, but I would caution anyone from buying here in the first place. I placed the same order from SmartPak and got my item in less than a week. I’ll be copy and pasting this review anywhere that I can.UPDATE: I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and County Farm Tack responded within 4 hours. They can and will close out the complaint by saying they’ll give you a refund. I still have not received my refund. Scammers.UPDATE AGAIN: I love the “apology” from the business that says “I’m sorry you feel that way”. That’s not how apologies work. Listen, you’ve said on three or four separate occasions that I would receive a refund and you haven’t given it. Stop grandstanding and pretending like you actually care. You’ve made it abundantly clear over the last six months that you don’t. There’s loads of other people who have had similar complaints. You run your business terribly and people should know that. I’ll be checking my bank account and will update this review every week that my refund is not given.5/29/2022: Update: still no refund. Lying scammer of an owner6/7/2022: finally got my refund. I had success contacting them through Facebook, so if you can’t get ahold of anyone try there.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an Item for a total of $339 (including shipping) in March. After many attempts I final got a response from them in May saying that my order had processed and that they would send me a tracking number. Well it is now August 27th, still no product and they will not even respondto me. Terrible company that still owes me a product or a $339 refund.

I ordered a Trauma Void helmet from this company on 1/3/22. When I called about not receiving it, I was told that they were backordered and I should wait. Other stores now have them, but none was ever sent to me. I have emailed and called several times and never got a response. Now the time to dispute the credit card charge has expired. What a scam! 5/25/22 Update. The owner said in her reply she would have someone contact me the next day. Of course, I haven't heard. word from this outfit.

1/11/22 update - You provided the same response to my BBB complaint a week ago - that you sent me the return label. However, I have the same response as then - I didn’t receive anything. Looking at the other reviews folks left, it seems this is your usual habit - saying you did something which you didn’t. It’s sad that people would take other’s hard earned money, with which they feed themselves and their families.I've never left a review for any business before, but just had to for this business since I've had the worst experience with them. I ordered a trimmer from this company on November 4, 2021. I didn’t receive any updates from them in regards to the status of my order for a long time, so I called them a few times and no one picked up. Then I e-mailed them on November 18, 2021 and finally received a package on November 24, 2021. However, upon opening the package, I noticed it was not the trimmer I had ordered. It was a totally different trimmer which they sell for less than the one I ordered. I reached out to the company and let them know. However, they first claimed that they had sent me the right trimmer. So, I took pictures and sent them the link on their website which shows the trimmer I had ordered to prove to them that it wasn’t what I ordered. So, on December 2, 2021 the lady called me and acknowledged that it was a mistake and that they no longer carry the product I had ordered. She told me that they will send me a shipping label to return the incorrect item and will give me a full refund. However, I still have not received a shipping label. I have followed up with them numerous times on December 5, December 11, December 17, and December 25, but have not received any response. What surprises me more is that I still see this trimmer being advertised on their website despite the fact they no longer carry it. I should've read the reviews here and on BBB before purchasing from this business since it looks like a lot of people have had a similar experience.

I just recently ordered a saddle from this small business despite reading some bad reviews. I have to say, I personally experienced nothing but quality customer service while shopping with them online and over the phone. This store is by no means a scam, the shipping may be a little slow, but we all should be able to understand that considering the entire world is "short-staffed" and struggling now. I just wanted to thank everyone at County Farm Tack for helping me get my new saddle!

Order placed Nov.7, 2021 for stirrups. My cr. card was charged and I received order confirmation per email. It is now Dec.28 and no stirrups. I have emailed the company 6 X and first was told they would follow-up, then tried to call me but my mail box was full [has never been full], then brown is not available can we send black? I write back to send black or refund me on Dec. 15, 2021--no further contact from them. I wish I had done a review of this co and checked out the complaints on the BBB. From all the negative reviews I am concluding the co does not exhist and is scamming people. I want my money refunded and will file a complaint.I REJECT YOUR RESPONSE/EMAIL: Your last contact was 12/15 asking what color I wanted to which I said 'black.' You did not contact me again, certainly nothing about your warehouse not being open till 1/3/22. If you were having issues then why not just say so but you string people along with: tried to call but your mail box was full, we have been in constant contact, we have refunded [but don't]. Today you sent an email to me "we do not have many negative reviews" You have a BBB rating of F and 37 BBB complaints against you. Here on Google you have dozens of negative reviews. All from people like me who never received their order, calls/emails go unanswered, refunds not given. I would have much rather had the tack I ordered but it never existed did it? What you are doing is fraud.

They told us they would refund but they haven’t. Wr have not heard a word in months and they ignore our messages. This company does not fulfill their promises.

Ordered a saddle which I had to return as it did not fit my mare. Got the required RA number from them and sent it back UPS with tracking. They received the saddle back and promised to refund me the purchase price. But they never did refund my money. They kept saying it was "in processing". I had to get my bank involved to help get my refund. This has been going on now for 2 months without resolution as of yet. They are a difficult to deal with company. They communicate through facebook messenger and text messages. There is no one to talk to or answer when you call them on the phone number listed on their website. And they do not return calls.
