Not sure what I expected but a tiny little outbuilding in someone’s backyard with debris piled up on either side of the gravel driveway wasn’t it. Hours said open but there was a chain across the front, trash everywhere and no one in sight. By the looks of the reviews this place has been “remodeling” for the last five years. Definitely sketchy… I turned around quickly.

Very, very friendly staff! They were remolding when I was there, but you could see the animals were well cared for. The gentleman was so nice to allow my son to hold one of the bearded dragons and taught him so much about the care requirements for several of the different species they carry. It's definitely nothing like a big chain pet store, which I prefer any day of the week because the owners are in the business because of their love and knowledge of pets, not just for the paycheck. I highly recommend them and I can't wait to see how the renovations turn out!

Although they were very friendly, I purchased my very first snake from them a at an expo they attended in December 2013. Some of the care tips they gave me would have probably done more harm than good, and worst of all, he was ridden with mites (which I was unaware of at the time of purchase since I wasn't very knowledgeable on reptile keeping then). They took months to deal with, and costed me more money than I would have liked fixing. Other than that, the animals appeared very healthy and the people at the booth gave their best effort, and it's been quite a few years sicne then (so maybe they've improved) but I won't be a future customer. Pretty awesome reptile store. Very cool place to check out. They do not cary any fresh water or salt water fish anymore but they do have an aquarium for sale. They also have pond fish.

My daughter purchased her 1st snake here almost 2 years ago. The owners, Brent and Roxanne, are just the nicest people you've ever met. Every time I've needed any advice, they have continued to help us, even after all this time. They are both extremely knowledgeable and have an awesome selection of healthy reptiles and aquatic plants. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Well stocked, shop is currently remodeling so space is a little tight right now. Even though remodeling there is quite a bit of stock available. LOVE the tiny spur thigh & sulcatta tortoises! Several nice looking snakes & geckos! One tarantula had just molt ❤

Good service, very nice. Cheaper and a hundred times more responsible than petsmart or any other pet store I’ve been to. Before I found Sea to Sky I was a forced petsmart customer since there’s not really anything else around. I had a pair of mice and one passed away. I wanted a new pair to keep Perry company, and the mouse I got was responsibly priced and very very cute. Healthy and sweet. Timid, but no biting. I think one of the mice he showed me had a tumor on the foot, but I think he knew and I believe he was taking care of it. Anyway, very responsible and HUGE variety of animals. So. Cute.

This place is one of the worst I've ever seen. They have 5+ adult bearded dragons in a 20 gallon tank, same with skinks, all sitting on top of rotting fruits and vegetables. The shop stinks to high heaven and borderlines on animal abuse. The owner is rude, yells at customers and then has the audacity to ask them if they'll supply them with geckos? No thanks. I'll never be going back qgain. Thanks for the overpriced driftwood.

This has for many years been a great place for me to find much need supplies. It may not have your typical pet smart selection, but they do offer far better prices on hard to find reptiles. The staff is your typical mom and pop kind of shop. They have a great depth of knowledge on all kinds of animals. I have had great success working with them on many special order projects that they are able to get their hands on. The driveway could use some work, but don't let it stop you from seeing everything inside. btw i really like the dartfrog setups.

A great place to buy pets and feeders. They normally have a great variety of reptiles. Ball pythons is one of their main species. They have fair pricing and are always willing to find the right critter that fits your need or desire.

anybody that knows anything about reptiles will only go to this place to rescue the animals from bad, dirty, over crowded conditions. It was honestly sad how these animals are cared for. I purchased two frogs from them to save them, they both died within 2 weeks, my other frogs and other reptiles are just fine because I didn't get them from there.

I have gotten almost all of my frogs from here, and they are always in excellent condition. Also the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to listen to questions. If I ever get more pets this will be my first place to look.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PET STORE. These animals are shoved in these tiny cages together with rotting food. The smell when you first walk in is overwhelming and they were extremely rude. I feel so bad for the animals they have in this petshop! There was over 10 turtles in a small 10 gallon tank and some can’t even move & there are multiple beardies in one tank together that look like they are slowly dying. Their heat lamps weren’t even on! & the babies were being held in cricket holders! Nats were all over the store & kept hitting us in the eyes. It’s very upsetting to see animals treated like this! Only reason i’m giving it one star is because I can’t put zero!!

I got a feeder rat from them to keep as a pet. He was only supposed to live for a year, but three years later he has outlived two generations of rats! Thank you guys for my seemingly immortal rat mr.pickles😂😂

I love all the different types of animals they have up there. They are friendly people who own the place and knowledgeable about their variety. We have a variety at home and always have questions to ask about their care. These folks have not let us down.

Super great people Brent is a great guy to do business with I love my experience Everytime have gotten a male orange cream sickle and had over a year also purchased my heat tape and thermostat for my first rack a year ago both are still working great and I just went today and put my order in for another thermostat and more tape for my second rack and once again they blowed customer service out of the water they are phenomenal at getting you what you need and will do anything they can to help you can't wait for future experiences and look forward to them if you ever have a chance to go by and meet Brent and do business I highly recommend it

Wanted to get a hamster wheel and the lady said she would call me back when she found one. That was over a month ago. Other than that, its a great place and the people are really friendly. If i need another pet again this is where i would get it.

I found exactly what I was looking for and more. The owners are very nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend the fruit flies. I usually get mine from Petco. These are just a few dollars more but you get a bunch.

I went way out of my way to visit this store looking for good saltwater fish and such... hoping to find another place to shop... I was very disappointed with the aquarium life because of dirty tanks... I ended just looking but did find some parrot food... and as far off as S2S is everything in the store is way high

Called today concerned about my betta didn't get here got at Petsmart told the owner what was going on with it and the owner is vey smart and knowledge on betta. He helped me out allot. Found me a new pet store.
