Everytime I go to this Rose's the workers peare rude and brash with me. Also, I've been followed around the store by two men that work there. This time I was fallowed by one of the male workers in the snakes and food section of the store earlier today. I how I knew he was following me is, when I moved to a different isle he would follow me and act like he was stoking the food/snack shelves. After I paid for my items I went back into the store to make a complaint about him ( because I carry around a backpack to put my things in ... so he obviously was assuming that I steal). I told one of the women at the checkout desk to let him know that I don't steal. . But she was brash with me and didn't seem to care much about my concern. What I notice is this store doesn't liked homeless people and/ or seemingly homeless - looking people in their establishment so they use micro - aggression to shun them away. Not all homeless people are bad. Judge people based on their character not their circumstances in society.

This is in my hood,I’ve been going to roses since the 80s back then you could buy a ak47 or a sks not kidding cheap to. I like discount stores when I’m not in a rush cause inventory changes and you have to carefully look but good people and prices

Not necessarily the largest selection but what they do have is priced Right and reasonable quality. Lot of good stuff for the house such as curtains and curtain rods and bathroom accessories. It's one of those stores you have to visit every week or two or three because what they have in stock changes regularly.

I love roses and the prices. I shop there once a week. But what is best is costumer service which is always #1 . until on Sunday 0ct.17. 2020 the employee seem new as he was stocking first he ignored me . then when I asked him about the product being n single packs pack he pointed at price. Few seconds later he was helping another costumer he was helpful and friendly to her.

Tyisha ( i hope im spelling her name Right), took the time to do a price check all the way to the mens department, with customers in line. She was fast, thorough, and sharp as a tack. Its hard to find Quality customer service like that any more. People like Tyisha, along with conservative product pricing for strong, well designed clothes are why i recommend Roses of Lexington, NC.

I had not been to this location in a while. The store was very clean and organized. I enjoyed my time shopping there. I will go back when I’m in Lexington.

I see why I only shop online! At least there, you don’t have to worry about the workers being rude and not speaking to you. No good customer service here now. Probably will never return. Who likes to go to a place where they don’t feel welcome? Smh!

Went there last night nov.30 wanted to buy inflatible snown man and santa and the only ones they had was on display and they told me they couldn't sale them to me because they were going to mark them down the second week of dec. Their was no more and the lady on duty was rude and told me i could not have them so i went to high point were they had a toy solider in stock so i ask if i could buy the snowman pn display and she you sure can she was so nice and it is a nicer store than lexington. The boy at lexington even told me wanted them to and told the manger he would wait till the store closed. But i want be going there anymore!I willgo to high point I think someone at that store wanted them! Things need to change there!

It's an okay store but they never have prices on anythingand with covid-19 on online it still says they close at 9 but they actually closed at 8

If you want trashy customer service, visit this establishment and make sure Harrison checks you out. Very rude and nasty, if that’s what you are aiming for.
