Great reasonable place for dog grooming. Employees have lots of patience with the furry friends. Always a great experience. Very helpful with their products and recommends their foods, toys or whatever you need for your pet. If you have not tried their grooming section. Give it a try and see how well they do. Curbside pickup is the best and super fast service. Keep up the good work gokes, thank you for a great experience once again. I bring my dachshund in there every two months for grooming services.

Love this location! Just adopted a new puppy and needed him fully groomed. They were so nice, professional and knowledgeable! They were super patient with my excitable puppy and did an amazing job cleaning her up. I'll definitely be back for other services and future cleanings. Plus, he got a complimentary bandana!

They are very helpful, under staffed, their prices are higher than for a harness or collar than Amazon, but they make sure things fit and will exchange them if these items are not comfortable for your dog.

The fish have ick. The employees knew about it and are still selling them. We spent $70 on fish who died but not before infecting our tank and now we're losing fish we've had for YEARS. I heard the employees talking about it when I went to get ick treatment. They know and aren't warning customers and are still selling the fish.

I am impressed beyond words with the groomers at this pet smart. They handle the animals with care there. When the dogs get anxious they comfort them with gentle words and pet and hug them. I have observed how knowledgeable they are about each different breed and their needs.I have a pug that in eight years of life has not been able to get his nails trimmed with acting like he’s dying. I’ve tried many different ways and many different people. I’ve had to resort to taking him to a vet to sedate him.I decided to try again after seeing how caring the people at this groomer are.Caleb took care of my baby boy. He was extremely gentle with my pug and trimmed his nails with very little fight. Just a little foot tugging and a little whining. But no screaming and turning purple.He left his new life long groomer very happy yesterday.I am so happy and grateful I have finally found somewhere I can bring my fur babies to confidently.

Took my dog here for a nail grind, notified them he doesn’t like it much and tries to pull away. They did not hold on to him well enough and he fell off the table and was hanging by his neck on the table harness. Then they tried to tell me that I didn’t warn them and I’d have to come another day, the grooming staff is clearly incompetent and needless to say they have lost my business. Would also like to add that the dog ahead of me peed on the table because it was so scared, and they put my dog on the same table, not very sanitary or professional. I would recommend avoiding these people!!!

Bought fish from here and returned when I got home and noticed white spots all over the fins. I knew this was ich and the employee agreed and said they would treat all the aquariums and to come back in a week when they could sell fish again. They were selling fish 2 days later.

Went in for sugar glider and bird supplies. Found what I went after. Its a place we enjoy going to shop. I usually take the kids. They ooo and aaah at the animals. Of course the stuff is higher than I can get done of out elsewhere, but they also have stuff on hand that I'd have to special order, if I didn't go there to get it. So... I can count on finding what I "need", rather than having to wait. Sometimes, Sunset needs stuff to shred... You wing find much of an assortment at Wal-mart. Small Petstores can't compete because they have to price even higher. Anyway... We are just good to have one close enough to serve our needs. Just about everything in his cage came from Petsmart. Even him. 😂🤣On the subject if Glider food... For any of the marsupial squirrels, I don't buy Petsmart Food. I have never opened one that didn't develop miller moths and web within days of opening. It's not the best nutrition, either. I think you could bag it for guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters, and their foods in reverse for gliders. For my Glider I buy from ProPet. Is made specifically for them ... But we still love PetsMart. We did buy a large rodent ball for the glider to play in. Not sure if she likes it or not, but it allows her to get around safely, with multiple cats in the house, while supervised. We'll add pix of her later. She's asleep right now.Collars... Little lacking with the "bling" ones this last trip..m but stores are short every where. We found a lovely red rhinestone one for the new Husky pup. And it'll grow with her.

This is my local store. I have 3 cats and I buy their food here. However, I have one cat that needs prescription food which they don't carry. So I have to go to High Point or Winston. So needless to say I buy other pet supplies out of town when I have to get the prescription food. I would rather spend my money locally while saving gas also. I called them and asked if I could order it and have it delivered there and they said no. Other than that it's a nice store.

We were on our long road journey fromNJ to Charlotte and it was high time when our kiddo(Page) needed a good bath and cleaning. Usually I am really worried leaving him for grooming as many of the review comments scares me from all over different grooming centres.However I am glad that I chose Petsmart(Lexington) and got Caleb to do my pup’s grooming. He was really caring and sweet with my Page. Also he shared advises irrespective of what option we chose for grooming with an intent of what would be best for my pup(Page).I loved this place. Even though its highly impossible for us to come back here again, but I wish!! Thanks a lot Caleb ! ❤️Highly recommend it for the people who live nearby. Caleb is the best!

Went in today to buy a starter fish tank for my brother. We hadn't planned on buying fish today because we had to set the tank up first, but we decided to look at the variety available to get an idea for the kind we wanted to get. The tanks were outrageously filthy. One tank was so dirty on the front that you could hardly see the fish. Another had fish that looked like they were half dead already. My heart broke for these poor fish. I know their filtration system is connected, so whatever bacteria was in the extremely dirty tanks was also in the tanks that were simply dirty. It's no telling what kind of illnesses those poor babies have. Unacceptable.

Twice now we have taken our 2 dogs in to be groomed and the same groomer that we always wait on because he is the only one that can cut good has called in for them to say oh no one else can do it so you’ll have to reschedule. I know you don’t care because you’re a corporate business but you have just lost our business. Very inconvenient to bring 2 dogs and have to take them back home twice after waiting for them to open to be told sorry. I would recommend not taking them in for any services! Very disappointed resulting in the loss of a customer!

Today's a sad day. We bought three guinea pigs. First one on may 13th. Next one on may 14. Unfortunately the second one had a spot on its noses. So we was worried. They took her back to see vet. They said she had to stay for a while. But it was longer than we expected. We was worried that the first would be lonely. So we got a third one. We had her for three days. She was not doing well. We took her back too. But we had to take the healthy one back to to go see the vet as well. Around a week later we got the healthy one back. But the last one was really sick.A few days ago we got the second one back. We tried to finish her meds. But she was not eatting or gaining weight. We tried feeding her with a syringe and tried giving her vitamin c. She would not shallow. We let her be at peace until, she pass away in my hands.The third one is still fighting her sickens at PetSmart. And the first came back and had developed and spot in her ear. We got it to the vet ourselves and he gave her meds. We are waiting for the results, but she's eatting and popcorning everywhere.This is for my daughter to remember little Venus. God bless her little soul.

We took our border collie to be groomed to Petsmart/Caleb for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Caleb was thorough in hearing my concerns and wants for grooming our dog. He asked many questions to be specific with the details. Hands down we will bring her back to Caleb. Thank you for giving us an excellent first impression.
