Love K-Wig!! There is always someone there to help you find what you need. I love that there are so many varieties of hair from different companies. The prices are good. If you are looking for lashes, there is a great selection of those as well!! I found everything I was looking for today and then some!!

I wouldn't even give one star. I used to shop here all the time when then Asian man and lady owned the store loved them both. The new owners are terrible they watch you like you're going to steal something the guy tries to tell you things like a white man knows more about black women hair then a black woman get out of here. The merchandise is overpriced and bad service.

This is a great place to pick up all kinds of beauty products, also excellent service if you need assistance with anything. They no longer have anyone that arch eyebrows so I had to take a star. But everything else is great. They will even get hair or products if they don't have it.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their mask “policy” discriminates against those with medical exemptions (like myself). I’ll take my business elsewhere. Somewhere that respects my exemption and RIGHTS.First store in Lexington that has NOT accepted my medical exemption.ZERO STARS if I could give it that.My advice DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST customers. 🤷🏽‍♀️👏🏼

The male worker is very rude, and has very bad customer service skills. He gets agitated when you ask him questions and hate when he have to point out things to you. K-Wig of Lexington NC will never receive any more of my money. The quality of their so-called "human hair" wigs are awful and they don't last very long. (To the rude man behind the register: If you don't like your job by all means, find a new career, instead of being mean to your customers. You are not the only hair supply store in NC.)

Worst experience ever. I live locally and went to get a wig. I like to try different things when it comes to my hair because I just don’t like dying my hair. The male staff members was so rude and refused to let me try on or buy a wig because “it’s not fit for someone like me” I’m so offended at this point and I would never recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a way to express yourself when you already have your own hair

My grandma lives in Lexington I use to go to Kwig until I found out about sparkle. O is very rude, if you are a person of color he watches you closely and he constantly ask if you need help if you refuse the help he basically huffs and puffs until you get out his store. Rushes through lashes and eyebrows. He did my lashes, the glue sealed my eye shut HE got frustrated and didn’t want to offer a refund bc he couldn’t get it right. To save money and a headache just go elsewhere unless you absolutely have to smh .

Everytime I go here, they never have what I need. I went there today twice, they only had one pack of opened hair for the style I need. Trying to sell it overpriced. Then they had no braid caps. Pathetic I have to travel to other cities beauty supply stores for the basics. I go to high point for hair.
