PET NEGLECT. Please avoid this grooming place at all costs. Today we had a very bad experience from being charged incorrectly on our payment, forgetting some of our stuff, not informing us of our pets injuries as well as when picking them up they appeared skinny and stressed. When asking for even a partial refund, they refused and downplayed all of our concerns. It was insulting to the least as a customer who has used this place multiple times. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable and this past boarding of mine will be the last time we provide business. Their practices as a boarder need to be looked into for the safety of other animals..

I took my miniature schnauzer for his first grooming, my vet had recommended this groomer. I was filled with anxiety but when I met the staff I felt reassured. They gave him a great cut and the fee was very reasonable. I will always take my baby to them.

Boarded our dog here for the first time. When dropping her off we requested she gets groomed. The lady wrote down how we wanted her groomed and told us how much it would cost. When my mother in law picked her up she realized she wasn’t cut. They let us know she was deshedded instead. The lady said they forgot/overlooked the notes because it was a crazy weekend, she was sorry and if we called back to schedule an appointment they’d take care of it. We were charged what was agreed when dropping her off, trusting they would keep their word. When calling back the next week when we get in town to schedule the grooming appointment we’re told it’s been too long and there will be an additional charge. A really dishonest way and attempt to charge us more for their mistake. Unfortunately we won’t use this company again unless this is made right. Just our experience.

The owner is in violation of her special use permit. The dogs are supposed to be in the kennel by 6 pm, not howling miserably all night outside. Their customers throw dust all over their neighbor's property, again a violation. The dogs are not supposed to escape from the kennel and roam the neighborhood. I have audio accidentally taken on my camera when videotaping birds, with Glenda verbally abusing a dog. I have heard the verbal abuse many times from my property. I can't imagine anyone that cares about their pet, leaving a dog in their care.

1 of mine has anxiety and she was not upset when I picked them up. Glenda used to do all my dogs when I had poodles. Then I went short haired dogs. Ive been taking my Maltese and chorkie to Yadkinville but it just got to far to go. I tried another but back at Glenda. My dogs reaction when I get them back maked.all difference
