Had appointment times but got done 5 hrs later, which put my doodle into stress mode. He does not like being in a small crate for lengthy times, especially in a loud disruptive environment. So, with that being said, they did not even finish him last times after 41/2 hrs. They could not control him to dry after bath. First few times they were great but they got him done in less that 3 hrs. Not sure why they even make appt. times.

I am so very satisfied!!! I took my two dogs here for the first time, both fairly large. 10 dollars per dog for a nail trim. I got to sit with my babies and hold them as new places and people are stressful, especially for my youngest as he struggles with new people very much so. I held them and they worked quickly but smoothly. No issues, no pain. Their nails were quite long going in which I hated for them and us because I want to take care of them and make sure they aren't hurting but had yet to find a place until I came here. Wonderful, kind-hearted, caring people who seem to truly care about what they are doing. Neither of my babies really like their nails done and I have tried at home but have not had any luck. Other places have done very bad jobs and do not let me be with them and comfort them. I wish I could give this establishment way more than 5 stars as they truly deserve it and I WILL be back!!

I will no longer use their services after leaving with my pet after a nail trim she started to cow down which she has never done in the 7 years I have had her I do not recommend them to anyone

Recently moved to the area and this was a walk across the yard from my house. My Yorkie spent about 4hrs there and the cut was well worth $40 but he did come out looking like a poodle. I wish they’d left more hair on his face and around his mouth. Staff was very friendly

On January the 5th, we had just gotten a small 5 year old Pomeranian mix named Whiskey. She had a lot of hair loss and had a yeast infection on her skin. The vet gave us medicated shampoo and we had decided to rely on Kara at Furever to groom Whiskey's fur and skin back to health. I wish I had a photo of Whiskey when we first brought her in but nearly 4 weeks later and she looks absolutely amazing. She definitely seems more happy and responsive and sleeps more often now. Thank you Kara! You and your assistant have been responsive and have worked with us to give us and our little Whiskey the best quality service possible. I highly recommend this place! Whiskey is already dreaming of the day she'll be returning to Furever Heaven~

My dogs always go in looking greasy and stinky, even when I wash them myself, but they come back looking like puffy and beautiful angels! Love this place, highly recommend, very responsive, easily the best priced place I have ever been and will always make time to see your dogs. Also, they have a very cute kitten there!Baela and Stinky Bear always do well on their report cards too! ;)

I can not tell you how happy I am with these nice people!!! Kim not only took great care of Lucy but also of my 89 year young mother trying to find a new nail groomer! They were in the parking lot waiting for her. That was so nice of them, and Lucy has a new Glam Squad and a angel to look after my mom thank you Kim so very much

My dog was very stressed after leaving this place. I specifically told them many time he is nervous about getting groomed and to stop if he doesn't like it and to never, ever use a muzzle! I wanted to train him to feel safe. I asked how they were getting everything done and they told me they muzzled him! They said that dogs are like kids and you have to show them who is the boss and not let them throw temper tantrums. We have since found another place to get groomed and he comes home happy. Do not trust these people with your babies.edited for update..wow you don’t like my review so you try to turn it on me. My dog was up to date on rabies and ahead of schedule on his groom. His hair was super short when I brought him in for a groom. I repeatedly stated that I did not want you to push him and that he did not need a complete groom if he wasn’t comfortable with it. You are still not getting the point that I do not want him muzzled, ever.

I had never had a dog that needed to be groomed regularly before. I was extremely nervous about getting my doggy groomed. I called several places in the area and even in Winston-Salem to ask questions about the grooming process and their facilities. When I called forever love They were on the phone with me probably 15 minutes talking about the facility and the process. I took my dog there and they were great from the first minute. I have been taking my dogs here for a little over a year now and do such a great job and it’s a very reasonable price. If you pre book your appointment you save even more monies. You’re able to see through the window what they are doing and have a nice large cages for the pets between grooming. They are wonderful with my doggie and he always comes back smelling good and looking super handsome!

After my fur baby was not cooperative with his grooming appointment the wonderful groomers here took their time to make sure he was groomed well. I had an unexpected funeral I had to be at an hour away and they not only finished my baby’s grooming ( he looks amazing ) but met me after hours so I could pick him up. If you want your pet to be well groomed and well cared for I recommend Fur-Ever Love 100%!!!

I found that fur-ever boutique was a perfect fit for me. I have a Persian cat that has to be groomed often. I found this company online and was apprehensive since I didn't know anyone that had used them. They turned out to be the best I've ever used and had very reasonable prices.

The staff was so respectful to all the fur babies waiting for their owners to pick them up. The haircuts and grooming were perfect for "MY" dogs. I will definitely be taking them back! Have a Merry Christmas! Great job ladies.

Best place in town to pamper you furbaby!! This place was super clean and smelled like lovey lavender. I don't even know where to start when it comes to how sweet and nice they are. This is really the place to go and know you are getting good service!!

Not sure what i did as a customer but I have never been met with more hostility from a groomer. I do not feel comfortable returning to this business because of being spoken to in a tone that had annoyance and anger and I feel sure this will make no difference to her.
