I believe I'm not coming back to this store again. Their credit card readers fail more often than not. You have to go inside to pay. The clerks are over it and don't care customers are complaining. They also have a giant banner advertising $.25 off per gallon if you join their rewards program. It's a lie. It's $.03 a gallon and if you go inside to pay you don't get that. I don't need to support a business who clearly doesn't care about the customer experience and lies to me about 'rewards.' I'll take my business elsewhere.

Store isn’t the cleanest and their soda machine has a lot of options that seem to be “out of order” for the last 2 months I’ve been living here. Only one young girl is nice and personable. Everyone else is either rude, dismissive and disrespectful to other employees in front of guests.

2 breakfast sandwiches for $6 sounded like a pretty good deal, then I got to the register and surprise it was almost $8 because $6 was the "member" price.Since when do gas stations have memberships? Dumbest thing I've ever heard of. If they're going to bait and switch their customers they could at least be honest about it and make the member price more obvious without hiding it in small print on the sign.And the sandwiches weren't any good anyway. Bread was stale and the cheese tasted weird.

Stopped to get fuel and something to eat. As I was getting ready to walk away from the register I noticed my food was $15 instead of five dollars. I questioned it and was told that I must’ve pushed the button to sign up for a 9 a month subscription. Since this is a company card I paid with I needed them to refund that and to ring it up correctly. After spending several minutes, no one was able to figure it out. They even called someone. I now sit in the parking lot waiting for the local police department to come give me a report as my company will look at this as theft.

Purchased a car wash. There was NO suds. It rinsed my car 3 times. Then I tried to use the vacuum but there was no suction ☹️☹️☹️ luckily I had a cloth in the car to wipe it down

I have stopped here many times to fill my truck up. It does get busy at times and gets backed up at the pumps. I most always get a fountain drink for $.79 before I get back on the road. They have a car wash option if you want to get your car cleaned. I have never used it but I assume it is like other ones that are similar. Gets most of the dirt off.If this was helpful, please hit the thumbs up like.

This circle k consistently underwhelms with the performance of its staff and the equipment on hand. Pumps are regularly broken down, prices are high, and the staff rely solely on the automatic self checkout machine to run customers through the line, even at the expense of other waiting customer.

The lady named Geri has a potty mouth and is constantly cussing and screaming. You should hear the way she talks to her coworkers! I’ve complained to corporate and called the store multiple times to complain and nothing gets done about it. I would choose another gas station if I were you.

There sign says 3.18 to 3.28 a gallon for gas. Itswitches back & forth between the 2. Which is it?? To lear people in ?? Make up your mind!!

Was in this store around 2 pm today. Witnessed Melissa (Manager?) standing behind a cashier. She told the lady to show and explain something to another cashier and to no forget about the register. Then proceeded to bring the cashiers attention back to the register. All the while just standing there with a line backing up.As an owner of a company I would look down on this type of behavior. She could've ran the register for a few or helped the other lady. As a manager she should be more proactive. Otherwise no one will want to work the same shift and she will be forced to do more of the work.

I love this Circle K! I love most of the employees. We always get to laughing and joking around while they cash me out. The store is always clean, and I love all the new additions they've made!!

If you desperately need gas, give it a try. If you don't, drive on by. The gas pump card readers work about 50% of the time, and there are usually multiple pumps with grocery bags on the handles. Empty food containers on the pump, overflowing trash cans, mud/spilled fuel by the pumps. Add to that the occasional beggar asking for money, this place just isn't reliable or pleasant. I'll pay more per gallon and go elsewhere.

Miki the manager in training was the rudest little girl ever. After not accepting my Id because it was expired by 2 days and showing her I got a new one coming in the mail she told me I was banned from the store because she was upset that I was holding her line up. I wasn't even rude I was just trying to show her that it made no sense in declining my purchase. Went right down the street to the tobacco shop and bought some cigarettes there. Nice job losing ten dollars circle k and i guess a customer forever. I'm not going to another circle k either this is the one closest to me. Start just getting gas at sheetz where it's cheaper anyway

I stop there often and appreciate the hard working staff but WAKE UP CORPORATE!!! Fix the gas pumps. A couple have not worked for months and the credit card readers at the pumps are too intermittent.

I like circle k . I always go there although last night I bought my son a cheese burger and when I got home my son heated it up only to find that it had a bite of of it.. so I think they should reimburse me. I would check the food that is bought from there.. I hope they will appreciate my business and make this right..

O K-2701493 Hwy 64 Lexington NC,, 5/6 I filled up, bought a $10 car wash.Car wash was being maintained. Guy said come back in 1/2 hour. Went to store and back,, Giant storm looming and already raining. So went back today,, Saturday 9th. Car wash code not working. Waited in line inside to get a new code. The girl said she can not give me one. I know this was not a true statement. She looked at the older gal(probably the manager) and said that several times as I asked many times. In Thomasville @ exit 103 I-85 NC they just printed a new one as the one at the pump did not work. The honest girl there said I can just push the button on the register to print a new one.What irritates me ore than anything else is that I went out of my way to get the wash. I was at the hospital next exit south. Next time I will cross the highway and go to the wash at the Subway gas station.Thanks for the inconvenience, Oh and I will get my $10 backMinus stars if I could

Overall satisfied with store's selection, location, pricing, staff, etc.However, the location seems to have quite the number of heathens lurking it's perimeter during the later hours. Luckily, it also somehow shares an equal presence of Law Enforcement. It's one or the other, really...

They close every morning between 2-3 a.m. to restock the cooler. It's inconvenient when you need cigarettes or a snack when work the shifts I do for Amazon or you can't sleep. It's only 1 of a few stores open within 10 miles.

The store never have 2 employees if they do it's the wrong time like 5am to 7am or 5pm to 8 pm and they are always trying to do other things in the store so I have to wait for a pump for 5 mins then in line for 10 to 12 mins people we have to go to work they are always out of hamburgers icee machine is always broken please make it better for us if you guys can thank you

I stopped for gas. I have only a 10 gallon tank and this pump put over 10 gallons of fuel into a 10 gallon tank. That is robbery and they should have those pumps checked. Thank you

I know about how harsh a fine can be, but honestly if a person is 40 they shouldn't be carded for cigarettes if they come to your store about once a week. You should know your regulars .

My wife and I get gas there. Anyone who drives knows that there is a difference in gas depending on where you get it, the gas here seems to last longer
