The out of stocks are awful, can't get any soda, bread, or water. Left to go to else where real quick where I got everything I needed. Then the amount of hand written tags is just confusing especially when there is no price or price per pound on them and you cant read the sloppy hand writing anyways. In the photo I'm uploading that's 29 hand written tags that I counted in one spot. It's mind-blowing. I've haven't seen something like this since the early 2000s where things were less organized and less technology. It's also a really dirty store. I don't know whats going on

This is a great place to go buy groceries and the atmosphere is really good and it's quiet and nobody's in your way no problems and a lot of parking spaces

Ran to pick up a quick pre made salad at Deli. Not a salad in sight. She did offer to make one but I was really in a hurry and time was limited. 4:30 a time most people are getting off work and need to grab and go

What has happened to this store? I used to feel welcome. Used to enjoy buying meats and produce. Now, most of the employees are more concerned with each other, amd definitly not mentally disabled persons. The produce is either slim or shriveled, and sometimes the meat is packaged so poorly, it doesn't even cover the meat. Why.

I like this place really well but here lately I've benn getting frozen products from what should not be frozen due to they rot when they become eatable . So the product needs to tighten up on the veggies qc person . I e recently gotten a bag of potatoes an got Home an they were over half rotten .

Checkout lines are always quick at this location and polite employees. The aisles stay relatively bare though. Especially the bread aisle and that's all times not just during holidays or anything like that.

Clean store that is usually well stocked. Conveniently located makes for a quick stop and go. Parking is easy and always have carts and baskets available. Do wish they had self checkout though. Checkout is sometimes slow. Depending on who you get it could feel like they just have no pep and go incredibly slow.

Their okay, most employees are great but there was an incident that my fiancee went in to grab some dairy items and I have my own mvp card number and the cashier scanned her personal card to get the points when it would have been about half of the spend $15 get $3 back and now because we're broke can't get more items in the future until we get our food stamps.

This is a very nice, clean, well organized store. Much better selection & produce section really nice. The deli is better situated on left side of store. Parking easy, prices fair, shelving is very well stocked & a better shopping experience than the Food Lion in Yadkinville.

If u ever get the chance to meet the night Supervisor, JUSTICE SMITH, she is the BOMB!! I visit different Food Lion’s because it seems they each carry different items it appears to me, but this Night Supervisor you just can’t beat. She’s very personable, helpful, will take you directly to the product your looking for and if she’s never heard or used the product before she’ll ask you about it. The store is immaculate. The produce as with any store maybe running up or down depending on the day. But if you get a chance to meet Justice Smith at Store #1062, on Shallowford Road in Lewisville take a stop by in the evening and do a stop by, Ms. Justice will help you in anyway. Thank you Ms. Justice for the person you are.

Frequently disappointed in this location. While the prices are pretty good, it’s always slammed packed with people, long wait times to check out, and they always seem out of items. Maybe it’s related to the pandemic but many sections of items are picked over or completely empty, and other stores do not have the same issue.

My everyday grocery store. The updated interior is much nicer than it used to be a couple years ago.There is always a couple of cuts of meat on Managers special and there are even managers special on craft Beers!The staff has always been remarkably friendly to my entire family.

Absolute horrible experience. One of the employees, Taylor has absolutely NO customer service skills! She is not helpful and was downright rude to me! After speaking with Mr. Shoaf, the manager, I did feel somewhat relieved but that young lady Taylor should absolutely be fired or at a minimum spoken to/written up or whatever is done. I was embarrassed by the way she treated me in front of others and will not shop there again!

Foodlion always make me feel at home and welcome. I have shopped at Foodlion for years, my Go to for my groceries and this particular location is convenient to my house in Lewisville. Friendly, helpful. A good bunch of people.

I was looking for a certain condiment and people who worked there did not even acknowledge me or my need to find what I needed. It was close to closing so i guess they were tired. Check out lady was very pleasant. I usually do not visit that food lion anyway.

Had what we needed. Fair price. Clean store. A tad crowded with different people doing shelf stocking and they seemed preoccupied. In the way, chalk it up to holiday season and possible weather forecast.

I'm continusly disappointed with this FL. Items they carry will disappear quickly bc it's popular. shipments are late & FL doesn't check on why they aren't getting their supplies.The staff isn't as friendly. And a lot of waiting to pay.
