Tractor supply is a great place for general garden and farm supplies. This location is always well stocked and the people are friendly. In the rear left of the store is a sale and discontinued item section. I have found some great deals back there, be sure and check it out when you visit this store.

I buy several different things from Tractor Supply and especially Chicken/All Flock feed-Guineas. Most of the time someone helps me load onto cart and then load onto truck (if they aren’t short staffed—every one is having problems getting employees at this time. Staff always friendly and courteous. Store always clean and products stocked correctly.

This store is awesome. The absolute best customer service. My son dropped his candy during a melt down (he's special needs) and my cashier, Brandon, got him a new candy absolutely no charge. He was so nice and understanding. Will go back a thousand times just because of how nice the staff and store is.

UPDATE 3/31/2022 - There's been some changes made at our local TS/ Looks to be under Miss Management!Ladies everywhere! And helpful, too! I had a price match - no sweat! I needed help with a fifty pound bag of feed - in a heartbeat & w/ a smile.Sent my wife in to get some Crumbles and she came home praising the courtesy and service. I think they have cleaned the store up a bit, or it just seems cleaner.OK, I do not shop TS that much. More when we had the Chickens, and when I'm working on the tractor - it always wants some part or pin, lubricant and such. Get my chain saw parts and lube their as well - so maybe I do shop there a bit.I found the manager most helpful the two times I had need to interact with management this past year.And, when I needed to return a little bag of clips because I picked up the wrong size months earlier - no sweat. When I went in, I handed the wrong pins to the lady at the register and told her what I was about. When I went to check out she was gone! But, the fellow at her register knew the story and the checkout went smoothly.I had ordered something online a while back . When I went in to collect my goods, the manager was dealing with another online order and somehow managed to handle both at virtually the same time and in short order the lady before me and I we back in our cars headed home.I don't know if that fellow is still there, but he acted as if it was his Family Store and customer service was his raison d'être

And no bug and that's for sure in my opinion everything's overpriced and people are looking for a bargain right now because of the economy and the gas prices so no I don't frequent that store at all and you certainly won't save any money if you go there that's for sure

Tractor Supply is a great all in one store.The store is always clean with very helpful and friendly staff. They will fill your propane tanks late in the evening which to my knowledge is the only company in Lenoir that has that capability. Be sure your tank meets the safety inspection date.

Went to buy baby chicks, could not get any help. The woman giving them water said she didn't know anything, even though this was her second year working with baby chicks. Was told to wait for manager, that he was in the forklift. Ok . We heard the forklift. The forklift stopped, 10 minutes later we were still waiting. They paged him. Nothing. We left leaving at least $50 in feed on a cart and another $50 in my purse that I was going to use to buy chicks.Not happy and not going back. There are other places I can spend my money.

We buy all of our Dog/Cat supplies here. The savings on their food is remarkable!! Big bags of Purina Dog Chow that last a month and that's feeding 6 good size dogs, big bags of Meow Mix lasts a month, Cat Litter that clumps really good AND flea and tick, as well as ant sprays and so much more!!

We get our puppy stuff from here. They have good prices on dog stuff. Our pups love the peanut butter treats. You can't beat the 10 dog beds either. Not to mention having the only rain boots I could find in store that fit my cubby calfs and wide feet.

if its in stock, no problem, prices here are usually a bit higher than other stores aka rural king, etc..but if its a raincheck, back order..just give up an buy somewhere else. i recently got a raincheck on an item on sale, which they had no stock. 15 days later went in to check on item, was told by management, "never know whats on the truck, an don't call us we will call you..." one would think that now after 21 days they could figure out where item is an if there ever going to restock.. was told when i got rain check would be maximum of 10 days.. so good luck on back orders an raincheck..maybe they just don't want to sale it for sale price after sale is gone.

We went specifically to the Tractor Supply to get a specific item that they do carry and have a spot on the Shelf with the tag for the item and of course they were out of the item that way desperately needed ASAP. It has been like this pretty much every time I have been to the one in Lenoir everything that I go there for the spot on the Shelf has been empty they keep telling me they will get a truck on Friday and the items that I'm looking for will be on that truck but apparently they never come in because I never have what I go in there looking for. Somebody needs to pay more attention to ordering stock I will quit wasting my time going to this tractor supply to try to find what I need.

Edit: I purchased chicks again this year from them against my better judgement. 5 french blk and copper marans, 3 easter eggers and 2 silver leghorn supposedly all pullets. They have turned into atleast 5 of the 10 are roosters, the leghorns are bantams of some sort and one of my easter eggers has a too hat like a polish. Very very disappointing to know that my time and money are going into roosters that I can not use, a strange polish and two bantams that aren't even the correct breed. Very disappointing!!!!! Decently stocked and seems to have improved slightly over the last few months. They price matched with little to know hassle but I had to find an associate for help, no one volunteered to help or say hello and welcome me to their store. This should be addressed by management as it helps the customer feel welcome as well as let's the thieves know someone is watching. Step it up guys! I did retail for 15 + years.

They have a large variety of gentleman farmer's equipment and animal supplies. I have bought pet food, baby chicks, power tools, hand tools, decor, fencing, and a flat trailer from this company.I appreciate that they allow the local Pet Partners organization to bring animals for adoption each Satuday. I have adopted 3 dogs here.

I never knew until yesterday that you could get your liquid propane gas cylinder refilled at Tractor Supply Company.I took my completely empty gas cylinder from my grill and had it filled for $10.10Now tell me where you can exchange your tank for that price, and the service was quick and friendly.
