Madi was the kindest most sincere person I’ve meet. She was very friendly and helpful during checkout. Her personality made my day a little better after being frustrated about a repair today. I wish every employee was as nice as her

Hands down, the worst Lowes I've ever had to shop at. Currently working in town so I've had to visit a couple of times for supplies. So far, I've had to get something from inventory myself 3 times and there have been several other times where they didn't have any of what I needed for a week. Their janitorial crew is also abysmal. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to mop the bathroom before I was allowed to use it. Lowes has always been my go to so this location was a very unwelcome surprise.

Ordered a counter top 2.5 months agoFirst one was wrong...second one still in transit...needless to say we lost the job because of lack of customer serice..and God forbid if a manager will show up after requesting one...the store manager is non existenceWhat is going on with this storeWAKE UP CORPORATE...do you even read these????? Close this store so another can take over...way to much drama and Rebel definitely needs to go...she is the most uninformed employee ever....smdh

If you work at this Lowes they will attempt to keep you after your work hours by not opening the doors even after you clocked out, this mostly goes for unload crew and anyone working during closed hours. If this happens to you as an employee you need to contact the NC labor board and you have a strong lawsuit on your hands and have a chance to be repaid the stolen wages you deserve after being locked in the store. The manager turnover rate is so high they have no clue what they are doing and are poorly trained since the last store manager left a few years ago. The turnover rate is massive here due to the night shift having to unload trucks and stock the shelves while dayshift is full of people standing around talking. The normal unloaders get no training and the night shift has no supervision.Edit- They will also push you not talk about your wage, some of you are working for $10-12/hr while they hired idiots that were coached at Home Depot for $16-20+/hr that have no clue what they are doing. It is illegal for them to retaliate against you for communicating wages, document everything said to you if you are pulled aside for it, don't take that trash from this bad company.

Lowe's is Lowe's. What makes a Lowes different is the staff. The Lenoir Lowes used to have a top notch staff, but it has declined through the years. You will still find a couple of helpful employees there that are a joy to work with and we seek them out when we go.

Same story... customer service is horrible... I was lucky to find 1 individual that didn't fit that description... after I asked 2 others...both had no clue...a hard thank you to the exception to the ever growing norm

Lowe's, what can you say about Lowe's that everyone doesn't already know? I mean they are over priced, have way too many employees, and none of them really want to help you. If you manage to find a helpful person, they will not know what you need. However now that they have pushed all the local stores out, where else can get hardware quick? Oh and never buy fencing here, they change styles every year so that you have to totally redo it if a section breaks. Lol

Standard big box store.Impossible to find anybody to help find things.An inventory locator app like Walmart has would be a huge help. Maybe Lowes has one and I just don't know about it. They sure don't advertise it if they have one!

A very well-organized Lowe's. I've been in some that are very chaotic, but considering the store's small size, it's a very nice one. I frequently shop here.

I deliver to the store for Lowe's Hardware RDC 960. Usually, not a bad store to deliver to but this day was crazy. It had snowed and they cleaned the dock area but shoved snow in front of our trailer.

This is my favorite store to visit, and my favorite location of said store. They're always so organized. The employees have always been helpful when needed, plus you can bring your leashed pet inside! The garden section is always full of color and healthy plants.

I suppose that, when you need it right away and no one else close stocks the item, shopping at this LOWES is a necessary alternative. Time and again, comparing local prices one finds Lowes at a significant disadvantage and almost certainly when comparing prices with the Home Depot.Lowes policy policy of giving you a gift card when you return merch purchased on a CC (or another gift card - now, I've three!) instead of a credit back to your card is a RPITA even though they are supposed to record every purchase on your MyLowes account - which I use religiously.They are consistently short-staffed and turnover is significant - employees need to search the net to find a product - then send you off to Aisle 99 D to discover that clerk didn't listen at all!Not their fault, actually. They are likely over worked and pid not nearly as well as the executives at the HQ where all these policies are created to frustrate long time customers that rue the day the Walmarts and Big Boxes put our Mom and Pop out of business.They are often very young (though I'm very old, so . . . ) not trained and, as a rule, have little experience building or repairing things but they do have cell phones and like to gather in little groups to live chat.Oh, well Jake, it's Chinatown

I don't like to write negative reviews, but my recent experience is indicative of poor management and lack of training. I ordered a dehumidifier to be shipped to the Lenoir Lowe's. After receiving notification that the item was at the store and ready for pickup, I went to the Lenoir Lowe's around 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 23. The store did not appear to be busy. I was able to walk up to the customer service and speak to a young female. Her appearance was a bit odd, because the female was wearing a cap turned backwards. I gave her the information, and she said someone would bring the item to to the desk shortly. After about 15 minutes, I asked the same employee how much longer was it going to take. She replied, it's all the way in the back of the store. During the 15 minutes of waiting, she saw me standing and waiting but never offered to check the status. Finally, a female arrived with the dehumidifier. I asked the employee who brought me the dehumidifier if purchasing an extended warranty on the item was an option. Her reply "I don't know". She asked the female who was working the customer service counter if purchasing an extended was an option, and her reply was the same: "I don't know". Neither of the associates knew but did not bother or offer to ask another associate who may have known. They just walked away. I didn't need assistance loading the item, but there was not even an offer.

I came to Lowe's in Lenoir ,NC to buy bagged rocks for my landscaping. Front register in garden center manned. Other associates no where to be found. The bagged rocks weighed about 20 pounds each. I bought 10 bags. I couldn't find anyone to help drag bags off shelf. After I loaded them on their cart , I saw a young man & asked him if he could help me load them in my car. He said yes. I told him I was going to check out now. I went directly to checkout, no young man anywhere. So needless to say I had to load all 10 bags in my car myself! Last year I bought about 10 bags of mulch. They sent out a young little girl to help me load my car, I told her to go back in& get me someone to help me. So next girl came out the same size. I laughed in her face. The main issue is I am a 70 year old female who thinks Lowe's of Lenoir should treat women customers better. I now go to Home Depot for my stuff.

We went Monday to purchase our daughter a washing machine, the clerk, Donna was very helpful, very friendly, awesome. My problem is with your delivery service or rather lack of. I received a text message on Tuesday saying it would be delivered on Wednesday between1and 5 . I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. It was 5:00 pm on Wednesday and I had not heard anything. I called Lowe's and they were absolutely no help at all, they could not tell me where the washer was, could not give me a time when it would be delivered. She kept saying between 8 amand 8 pm. People work, they cannot stay at home an entire day waiting for a delivery that may or may not arrive. This is no way to treat paying customers, very unprofessional.

Lowe's is the go to place for most things home improvement. However, I've been there on several occasions and there have been no cashiers. This last time, there was only the lady keeping watch on self checkout and she was ringing up someone. Very likely, if I'd had more than one item, I would have just left my cart there. They should try to do better than Walmart. Or implement a scan & go system like Sam's Club

Linda, was an employee who was working the self checkout. She was rude, condescending, and homophobic towards my wife and myself. We went to Lowe’s to purchase some pavers for our pets grave, who just put down yesterday. Linda was aggressive about who was paying for our items because I have a military discount. However, according to Lowe’s website the military discount program extends to spouses and children. She also was making gross faces at myself and my wife, and then began speaking badly about us to another employee right in front of us. We will never be back to Lowe’s again. Absolutely disgusting.

Has a great deal of items you need. Organization is not the best such as putting some door / entrance items with ladders and some with hardware - means you just have to wander around the store. Lots of variety. Good prices! Friendly staff.

Your sales associate Paula was a godsend. My friend is having some hardships with her house and also health problems. She was so helpful and donated our purchase for my friend. It was so nice I had tears because of her kindness. Thanks Paula and Lowes for making my day. So nice that people willing to help.

I go there a lot! Always friendly and helpful. They carry 95% of what I'm looking for. The other 5% are mostly specialty items that only plumbing suppliers would carry.

Went the other day and had to buy a new dishwasher. Spoke to the clerk Donna outstanding job on her help and being such a sweet lady and great personality . On the other hand the rest of the service that we always have to deal with , not enough help , unfriendly workers , can't find anything in the store . Everything has been switched around . THIS STORE NEEDS SO MUCH HELP .
