The store was bright. organized, and relatively clean. I spent hours loading and working on the store app. I watched some reviews on YouTube getting ready for my big couponing trip. The store employees were not very helpful, but if given a direct yes or no question would answer. I selected items and using my clipped coupons expected to pay about $11 and tax. End of story... $23. Most of my coupons didn't work and they shrugged, saying they just went by what the register said. I pointed out some of my larger coupons. Go by what the register says. I asked them to delete the items. Apologized for wasting both our time and left. I don't think I have the energy to play the mega coupon game!

I went to this store on May 28, 2019 and the food isles were crawling with cockroaches. Multiple roaches! I was running over them with my buggy wheels. I left in a hurry because to me cockroaches indicate nastiness...especially around food. How many are going home with customers in blankets, bedding and electronics. Ewwww!!!

My wife and I came into the store and first thing the casher said to us it's to wear a face mask before entering so we went out and got our face mask and walk in again, then we saw a guy with out one- how it's that happening just bc we are Hispanics. We felt discriminated- it's should apply the rules for everyone- now they lost two costumers. Unsatisfied with treatment.

We bought some things that were on sale and I kept saying last night I'ma put the receipt right here so if 5hinfs don't fit or work we can take them back (RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM- THEY WERE WTCHIG AND SAID NOTHING) WE COME BACK TO TODAY .. THEY TELL US WE CANT HAVE OUR MONEY BACK FOR MARKED DOWN STUFFTHIS IS NOT advertised they are straight stealing from us

First time and last time I shop family dollar. The line was slower than any place I ever been including theme parks. Then I am not going to argue with lady but today is April 30 and the 3 day sale started today but she wanted to tell me it doesn't start until tomorrow. Cheezit and sun chips were supposed to be on sale today April 30th not tomorrow.
