This store at one time was very good clean and the shelves were always fully stocked. Now it’s dirty shelves are always expand three of their freezers are broken . When I use the app they never honor my coupons and they never give you time to put your phone number in for the app savings . This store needs better employees and an upgrade …… very disgusted

Quick and fast place to shop. Other Dollar Generals around have had repair issues with air or parking lot issues. This is one of the best ones I have seen in our area. The staff is always friendly and the products on the shelf are always where they need to be. You can see the staff puts care into making the shopping experience amazing every time.

Horrible customer service! Untrained employees and possibly inadequate POS systems. Manager Trisha sitting outside while the untrained Becky tries to do the return. Line of people waiting, Trisha tries to slide the return and receipt back to me saying she can't do it, thinking that was sufficient. I told her to call her manager and ask them what to do. After Becky caused a confirmation saying over and over "her drawer will be short" Trisha finally gave me the refund. Store looked like it had been ransacked. Instead of causing trouble for customers making them feel like they never want to come in this store again...they need to ask the powers that be, how to offer good customer service, how to handle the situation if it arises again and to hopefully, make the needed changes to the POS system.

I always use this dollar general because it's on my way home from work. I prefer using this small store to other big grocery stores because there's less people and distractions. All the women who work here are nice, funny, and cheerful. Long story short the convenience of this store in general is great.

This store is usually pretty clean, well stocked and has a rotating selection of items. As a whole the employees are very nice and helpful. My only complaint for this store is that it can take a while to check out, as there is usually only one register open.

Very crowded n can't even get a buggy down in the aisle at all n the cashier looked like she could kill someone n the manager or whoever ever she was that was outside on the bench smoking a cigarette n it was a mess n should be shut down until they can get the store situation n be able to go down the aisle with a buggy too n we probably won't be back at that one again for a very long time

It was well organized and clean looking. I love Dollar General but they are often a hot mess! This one even offered a free drink on our way in! Nice touch! Very welcoming!

Your employees still refuse to wear a mask. I called customer service two weeks ago and you said that you would take care of it. Will no longer do business with your company sense you have no control over your employees.

Absolutely disgusting parking lot and one of the most trashiest ones I've ever seen. Cigarette butts, paper plates, drink bottles, you name it. Clean it up! Workers inside standing around and long wait times with one register open.

They have really improve this store. Great staff and much to see and shop. There are really good $ cards here and pretty summer things for around the house

Not all Dollar Generals have clothes these days like large men's size shirts. The Dollar General in Lenoir on the Wilkesboro Hwy does. They are reasonably priced as well which is a boon for a quick pickup for a birthday.

I love this Dollar General it's close to home and I no where everything is n the store and if I can't find something all i have to do is ask and I have help with no problem all of the employees there are so nice and very helpful wouldn't go any where else thanks so much I'm a very happy customer.

Fine, but the store in which I usually shop on Hwy.18 Wilkesboro Blvd. is ALWAYS OUT OF DISENFECTANT SPRAY ! The store should keep MORE IN STOCK, thus making MORE MONEY !

This dollar general is a NCI home store, which basically means they carry more “home” items such as rugs, kitchen ware, sheets, and decorations. They are always clean and tidy.

Not the friendliest people when it comes to answering questions and wasnt very knowledgeable about the products and actually said it's not my job to know about everything we sell. And walked away twice while I was asking questions.
