Some of the employees are plain out rude. There's one guy that is so rude if you ask him a question about where something is, he'll look at you and walk right past you turning his nose up like he's better than you. He's tried over charging me ( scanning one item 2-3 times when I only had 1 of it) several times and then argued with me that he didn't while I was still standing in front of him holding the receipt he'd just handed me. Scanned a box of the little ceasers dog food 24 pack 3 times when I only had 1.

I love love this store!!! The girls here are amazingly sweet!!!!! And my Stella, well I adore her!!!!!! It's truly a great convenient place to run in grab what you need and be checked out in a timely manner!!!! I rate it as a plus!!! 5 stars!!👍🌟

They are opened until 11pm but don't want you in there! I was treated rude because I came in the store at 15 minutes until 11 and was out by 11.The cashier wouldn't speak and the man that was waiting to lock the door behind us wouldn't either. We told them Merry Christmas and have a good night and only got a go to hell look as he locked the door behind us.Very rude, I want be back to this one. I'll go the next one. If not for the customers you wouldn't have a job! You lost this customer!

This store is always nasty. You can't get around the store without running into something or someone. The employees are nice. I have worked in retail for most of my life and I Know​ it can be kept clean. I frequent this store because it is convenient and I will continue to go there. But only because of the employees and convenient.

This place was so unorganized that I could not find anything I was looking for and there was random junk laying everywhere so it made you feel like you were having to squeeze through the aisles. Also, not one single employee said a single word to me or even acknowledged my existence. It seems like no matter which Dollar General I try to go to there is always a problem and I really hate that because I like my DG app and coupons.

Decent prices. Just need to train ALL employees on how to redeem electronic coupons. Four or five different times now, they have not given me my discounts because the employee didn't know how to process the electronic coupons.

It's average nothing to brag about every way you go the price of the high now but if you need small items that's the place you can get it the people were very friendly when I went there last time

I recently moved to a new home about a mile from this store. I went in today planning to spend 25+ on the big size (150 Fl Oz) of Tide, bleach, tall/kitchen trash bags, feminine products, etc. to take advantage of several of their e-coupons. I spent the time adding all the coupons in the app and making a shopping list, only to find that they didn't have any Free and Gentle Tide - in ANY size - or any Unscented/Fragrance-Free drawstring DG trash bags in the size that was on sale. Usually I buy the store brand of trash bags BECAUSE stores stock unscented ones without odor guard, which is just a masking fragrance. The fact that they don't carry fragrance-free basics tells me that they aren't interested in supporting customers who have asthma, cancer, MCS, and other health concerns where scents make it hard for them to breathe, give them headaches, irritate their skin, etc.In addition, the store was dirty and very cluttered. I was hoping to save some money and find a great neighborhood store. Instead, I left empty-handed and in disgust.

The staff have all these buggies of freight to stock up but the girls spend more time talking and stalking customers who they think are stealing. I could understand one occurrence but it everytime we are in the store

Guess they close whenever they want to not what the posted hours are. Just needed to grab diapers for my kid and douche bags already locked the doors and chilling standing inside. How lazy and unprofessional. Don't post hours that aren't actually the hours.

Since they remodeled the store I HATE going to this one and usually dont anymore even though its closer to where I live. I'll go to the one in Granite falls first because this one never has 12 pack can sundrops anymore and when up ask about it the manager gets an attitude.

Once ready to checkout had to wait awhile for someone to even notice there was a line at the register! Good store but employees need to pay better attention..I stood there at least 5 minutes before anyone even noticed.

MY Dollar General! I am in this store often throughout my week. Just to grab something we need or to come in and browse the new stock. It's neat, well organized and the staff are helpful when asked.

Shelves are rarely stocked. I cannot count on the store having what I need. The store is dirty and the parking lot is always full of trash.

It is all ways a big mess very unorganized and other Dollar General stores I go to look better the floors are clean it's not a mess I'd rather go to a different Dollar General then this one on Connelly Springs Road.
