This place is tight, you have to talk through the buzz at the gate, they give you little information and once you go inside you don’t see anyone to ask anything. You have to go to a scale in the back and after that you have to wait for someone to come and let you know where to dock. No really recommended for new drivers. You can park overnight before the gate on the left side. No truck stop nearby so make sure you have enough fuel

Bought some of their treats at Petco, my dogs loved it so I decided to investigate becoming a reseller for my area. Emailed multiple times no reply. Got the email / contact number for the sales director. Still no reply.Called back today guy answers the phone said the only way to get more info is to be in touch with the sales director, I told him I tried with no response, asked if there was any other way to be in touch with her, no just keep emailing (while shouting at me) then proceeded to hang up the phone ?Really is this the level of customer service to expect in 2022?

Purchased the Salmon Jerky Recipe treats from Costco (NW coast of Oregon), and my dogs love them. Unfortunately my local Costco does not sell them and I cannot order them using the Costco app. If you have picky dogs, you might want to give these a try.

If I was able to leave no star I would. What a rip off they charged $9.23 for priority shipping on a $32.04 purchase. They do not give you much offering when it comes to delivery, Nothing But Thieves! Oh I have a right to speak freely this is still America!
