Pick up was good. Selections were right, wait wasn't bad, and the Walmart service worker was pleasant and friendly while being professional. I selected the bring my own bag option which was only partially right. The cold stuff needed a bag but everything else was already bagged.

So today I decided that I would place an order from Walmart to be delivered. It included two rolls of fresh pet dog food. When the order arrived the two rolls were missing. Understand I have done two pick ups. The dog food is missing I now get a delivery. The dog food is missing. I’m not quite sure what exactly it is that causes the store to not give me my dog food, but after this transaction, I will not be doing any shopping at the store. Unbelievable.

Extremely friendly staff and the store 🏬 was clean. They were stocking and still the staff was helpful and kept the isles clear of debris. When you have that you have a happy 😄 staff that cares. It's very rare to find that these days. 😊

I hate Walmart. It's not a particular one it's just that I hate shopping anywhere. Walmart does offer good prices most days and a huge selection of almost everything, heck they even sell Airwalk book bags and stuff now. The only thing I can complain about with this particular Walmart is that they're so used to looking for and finding thieves that they look at everyone as one now. I was buying things for my job at the self checkout and as you know sometimes they have to have an associate enter a code, well this happened to me and when the boy put in his code and the video came up he put everything back in my buggy, voided my transaction, and escorted me to an associates aisle to have him redo my transaction. I'm fine with all that but making me look like a criminal in front of ppl when I'm only getting linens for my job is not fine. The video showed me depositing a towel in a bag but I still had another one in my hand trying to use both hands to open the bag. The system thought that because I had another one in my hands while trying to open the bag that I was going to put both in that bag instead of just one but the video shows me out the other back on the other side of the machine to wait on the associate to get to me. He probably had a bad day, maybe life wasn't going the way he hoped, but it still doesn't make up for doing that. I'll just avoid them all unless I have to go for my job again and then I'll go to Target

This Walmart as well as the other ones is always busy A lot of new items weekly very clean organized great friendly staff always willing to help if needed You can always find what you're looking for if you can the people working is always willing to answer and help with any questions needed or answered keep up the good work at Walmart 🦋

You need to hire Frank Schwarts back. He was the best part of going to your store. He always smiled and greeted you. Even when you're having a bad day. He always made you smile. Kinda like how you used to have greeters at the door, smiling at you and welcoming you in. They even had the "smiley face" stickers for the kids. Frank is a great employee to have, he is definitely a treasure to the customers and to his coworkers there. He always did his job right and had passion for it, helping people out at the cashier. You definitely need to reconsider hiring him back and work for you again.SincerelyMichael

First time visiting this store. Was in area for a Dr. Appointment. I am Retired/Disabled. Rode around lot over 5 minutes. No Handicap Parking available. Had to park at far side of lot. Got to entrance. There weren't ANY carts available at this, the biggest Walmart I'd ever seen. We had to wait. Again, for someone to finish with a cart. Very hard finding anything we were looking for. Even the Employees acted like they didn't know where things were. If you could find what you were looking. They seemed to have everything we were looking for. I just feel like if you include no Handicap Parking, no Carts Available at Entrance. And time wasted trying to find what we needed. We easily wasted over an hour at this store. Not to mention how exhausted I was by the time we got back to our vehicle. Probably won't be going back to this store anytime soon.

With the growing population in the area, this store needs to widen their food isles like other Walmart's in high populated areas. Why stock and clutter isles during peak times? Hire more cashiers!!

Went to purchase clothes for my grands. The clothes were not labeled well and were not in the right places. It was hard to find pants once you found a shirt, and if you found a shirt you liked you couldn't find pants to match it. Very unorganized! First time I had been in a long time, and now I remember why.

Purchased a set of Douglas Brand tires and had the tire shop install them. The whole process from purchasing, scheduling and installation was very easy and done correct and on time. I would recommend the Leland Walmart Tire Department for tire service.

The only complaint I have is that it never seems to have what I’m looking for and I find myself going to other Walmart’s.. they have express checkout which is convenient.. the lines when someone else is checking you out are usually long and I love that they have a nail salon too.. pretty clean and the location convenient

I have came to this Walmart every single day for the past month and a half and they have NOT RESTOCKED ANY POKEMON CARDS!! I don’t know what they are doing or anything but every other Walmart in the area has all restocked because new shipments have came in and a new POKEMON set has came out and they haven’t restocked 1 time. I don’t not recommend for any reason coming here

Awful store.. .produce was in poor condition. Tomatoes were pre packaged and rotten on the inside. Plantains were black with flies and gnats all around. Overall not a good experience. I expect much better from this area in Leland. Will not return.

Y'all need to let the people checking the receipts know they shouldn't try to stand Infront of your cart to block you from leaving even though you paid for every damn thing in your cart. The older black guy acts like every white person is getting ready to make a run for it, and grabbing our cart and getting infront of it. I should press charges for harassment! Next time I will!

Employees stocking shelves will block the entire aisle, get an attitude with you when you ask to go past them, or stand in groups talking in the aisle. Rude and inconsiderate. That’s Walmart I guess.

Awful staff that harrass you on the way out of the door. The products in the buggy belong to ME after I purchase them & I do not + will not stop to have my receipt checked. This isn't Sam's Club & I didn't sign up for a membership with terms and conditions that include standing in line twice - no, thanks.

Tammy in self check out is the best employee in the store. She is always there & extremely helpful. She truly cares about her customers…. She is a dedicated employee who loves her job & helping people… she is the only reason I shop at this store & will continue to shop at this store as long as she’s there. She makes forced self checkout a wonderful experience each time!!!!! Thank you Tammy for all you do!!!!!! Awful Walmart, they rarely have a cashier open in the AM. So one has to self checkout. If it is one or two items, no big deal, but one wastes time when it is a cart full at self checkout
