A dear friend lost her father on a Saturday morning. I live in the Midwest and called Sweet Nectar’s around 10:30am. They were so helpful and professional. I let them use their discretion and just requested a sympathy arrangement that was pet friendly. By 3:30 an amazing arrangement arrived at their home. I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful flowers. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping me bring a little comfort to a grieving family.

Such a hidden jewel in Leland, NCI have used them twice now and both times they have amazed me with their service. Such a nice group of people. So friendly and helpful. Both times the flower arrangements have been just absolutely Beautiful. Thank you all so much for all you help ♥️Sweet Nectar will now be my go to Everytime!!!!

I find it hard to believe they don't have a 5.0 score! I booked them to do the flowers for a bridal shower in April. COVID hit and we had to put the shower off for an indefinite period of time. They were so incredibly easy to work with...offered to refund my deposit or hold until I could reschedule (with no restrictions on time frame) This is really a time for businesses to demonstrate excellent customer service! It will be the businesses who have shown excellent customer service and have the best reputations that will survive these times. We rescheduled the shower and I'm so happy I stayed with them! The flowers were beautiful and so fresh (they lasted days after)They were even willing to make some arrangements for me that they had not done before! (Floating arrangements for the pool) We got so many compliments on the arrangements! I hope this gets them more business. I would highly recommend using them and I will definitely use again!

Absolutely stunning! The arrangement was the highlight of the table setting, and was a beautiful complement to the tablecloth. Everyone at the table marveled at the beauty of the centerpiece., including the container! A true testament to floral craftsmanship, I highly recommend Sweet Nectar’s Florist.

I’ve loved every arrangement I have purchased from Sweet Nectar’s Florist in Leland. You can tell they really put emotion into their craft and each product portrays the emotion you were trying to capture in your gift.This is a picture of an arrangement we purchased for my sister-in-law’s birthday. She passed away in a car accident last year and we wanted something pretty to place on her grave that wasn’t fake. They captured what my husband wanted perfectly. Thank you for doing what you do!

Sweet Nectar's Florist did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. The customer service was outstanding. They spent time helping me choose the perfect flowers for my budget. I sent my good friend a bouquet for her birthday. I ordered it on the website and followed up with an email to request specific flowers. Sweet Nectar responded to my email right away, and created a gorgeous bouquet per my specifications. I also asked if they would text me a picture of the arrangement, which they did. They were delivered as promised, and are gorgeous! I highly recommend, and will order here again.

Sweet Nectar’s has excellent customer service. Today, I came in last minute for what I thought was going to be an arrangement. However? I wasn't able to find one appropriate for my event, I'm sure if I had called prior they would have been more willing to accommodate. That being said. the woman at the front desk was very helpful in making sure I left with something fitting. I ended up getting a live plant instead and she even placed a beautiful bow on it for me. Thank you so much for being so polite and helpful.

THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD BUT DENY TRANSACTION WENT THROUGHeven after receiving order confirmation from their website. This flower shop called saying my card was declined for my website ONLINE (their website!) order made the day before. I checked my bank app and called my bank to confirm my account was charged $117.35. I offered to send the lady at Sweet Nectar a screenshot of the $117.35 charge from my account, but she said she would send me a screenshot of their "declined" transactions and still not deliver flowers for a funeral tomorrow. Two issues: your credit card is not secure when ordering from their websites because a person in the store still has access to and manually enters your complete card information, and getting an order confirmation from their website means nothing. I gave this shop a chance assuming the previous 1-star reviews had been remedied over the past years, but THEY HAVE NOT. There are better, honest, professional options, so DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. UPDATE - Four hours later, Sweet Nectar had the payment processing company, NOT THE NASTY EMPLOYEE OR OWNER FROM SWEET NECTAR, call to apologize, saying there was an error, my payment was received, and would I like Sweet Nectar to deliver the flowers. In the meantime, I placed my order from Julia's Florist in Wilmington. I received professional, prompt service from a delightful woman, followed by an email invoice, receipt of payment, and confirmation the delivery had been made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JULIA'S FLORIST!

I just received 1 of the most beautiful & aromatic arrangements I have ever had. The roses are the largest & most perfect. They even placed a hydrangea in the center of the arrangement with the other flowers going thru it. Sweet Nectar certainly knows how to do it (and more)

! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS HERE! Sent the completely wrong floral arrangement in which I paid $75 for. Totally dissatisfied and unable to call the businesses, the number goes straight to a voicemail that is “not set up”. Horrible way to run a business. It’s like stealing peoples money.
