Stopped by for first time today unannounced. They were super friendly and explained that normally I would need an appointment but today there were some openings. So...they helped me get started. I left with a clean dog and it was so easy and affordable. Very pleased customer!! I WILL call ahead next time.

They actually were pretty excellent! I have a rowdy, crazy strong, 175 pound Great Pyr.. it took 3 of them but they cut that big clowns nail! Very well done!

Been bringing my dog here for a few years and I'm always happy with the results, she doesn't mind coming here, she used to hate going to Petsmart, says a lot of good things about the staff.

Literally the best groomer my dog has ever had! My dog gets super nervous, but they were so great with him, and he looks amazing. I always have trouble explaining how I want him to look, but they nailed it on the first try and he feels softer and smells better than after he usually leaves a groomer. They had him done SO fast and he looks so perfect. They will absolutely be our new go-to groomer! Thank you Laura and Christina for doing such a wonderful job!!

The owner is the absolute sweetest lady ever! However one of her employees just had the absolute worst attitude with me to the point I had to cancel my appt and end the call. She spoke to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the difference between a groom and a cut, and almost talked to me as if I was a child and she didn’t have time for me. This was 5/18/22 at 4:15pm. Very disappointed as the owner/manager has always been so sweet and helpful but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please train employees better on customer service!

I called before a holiday and they were able to offer an appointment within the week that was outside of their normal operating hours. They made recommendations on grooming for my pet and explained how they would groom him in the future based on his needs. A dog was found in the neighborhood that resembled mine and they called to ensure it wasn't him and that he was safe and not lost. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Ditto what Sarah said. I won't go back after having been spoken to like that. But the groomer did an excellent job! I hope she finds a better place to work and I will follow her.

My dog is 14 1/2 years old and has health issues. Christina and Laura are caring and gentle groomers. They care about our dog. Recently, it looked as though Opie was struggling with his issues. His fur was overgrown and he was so uncomfortable. After Christina groomed him, he’s become perkier. Thank you so much Christina and Laura. You are awesome!

Located inside the Best Day Ever... This dog wash is simply great. I have a cocker spaniel. The tub is perfect to where there's no bending over. The soap and conditioner supplied by the wash smells great. The service is helpful and friendly. I feel it was totally worth the $12.

First time having our dog groomed here and she looks beautiful!! They did exactly what we requested. Laura was so nice when I called to explain how to groom our Spanish Water Dog. This is an odd breed and we’ve had “weird” grooming in the past. Would highly recommend Splish Splash 😊

Amazing work every time I take Cici in! Usually I ask for a wash, teeth, glands and nails. They always leaver her smelling good and looking nice! I think the prices are good. They used to offer a self wash but I personally never used it. I don’t know the girls by name, but they are always so nice. Even when I know Cici hates the dryer and can be a handful!

I used the self wash station for 5 large dogs and these guys are fantastic! I was there all day with my dogs and they helped with everything they could have, including bringing my dogs out for a quick potty break. I couldnt recommend them enough.

I have gone 4 times with my dog and and it is never open for business. I have called the number and it rings 1 time then says the voice mail is not set up. This place either not operational or they really don't want business.
