I came in here looking for guinea pig food and cam put with a cat. The people here are so nice. Great customer service. We come in here just about every week to buy supplies for our cat, our dog and are guinea pigs so this stores awesome. I've never loved a pet store So much and the prices here are great. You should consider coming too.

I have had my dog groomed 3 times there now and I have always been very happy with it! Lori & Kathy are super sweet and do a great job. Pricing is fairly comparable to other grooming places. I would definitely recommend taking your dog there & ask for Lori or Kathy. I’m sure all the groomers are great, I have only interacted with those two. Side note, bring cash for a tip because you pay up front and I do not believe it allows you to add one on if paying with card. When I picked up my dog, he was a happy boy!

The service was excellent👍🏻 My 3 shih Tzu’s grooming was very good.The price was a little higher than other shops at $70 per small dog .the average in our are is about $55 .however with a military Discount it Knocked $21 off the total. And I gave a $15 tip as they did a excellent job .Thank youJoe Masturzo

I only give 4 stars because I'm not a big shopper here, so I can't rate it knowledgeably. I use their grooming services to get my dog's nails trimmed, and they get all 5 stars, plus. Lori (I think) does a wonderful job, is patient, and has saved me money, time, and patience since using her, as opposed to my former vet's office. 100% recommend her, AND that she deserves a raise for running the grooming so well.

Literally never has any bugs and puts a limit on how many crickets you can buy. It’s always they’ll be in Friday and I’m not sure what Friday they mean because they don’t have them then. Management needs to do a better job of ordering and keeping stock.

The store is nice and it is clean the staff are friendly and helpful. However if you're looking for anything more than just pet supplies then you may need to go to a different store. The store doesn't carry any live animals for purchase such as fish mice or reptiles. Only the supplies to take care of them.

I absolutely love this store for all my pets needs. Every time I go in there they care so much for my two little chihuahuas. Paula makes the best recommendations for all their care for food, supplements, toys etc. We had a little mishap at home today with me trying to personally cut their nails. I took them in and they put a bandaid on the one I messed up and Paula stood with us while the groomer immediately dropped what she was doing to help. I absolutely love this place and the people who work there ❤️

Great store, nice people. They're the only one's that actually carry the Yard Spray I need in the store. The young lady was kind to hold 2 bottles for my husband to pick up. Employees are super rude. I won't be back. I felt very uncomfortable shopping in this store. Employee in the back was yelling for help 3× with no one coming to assist her. Another employee kept saying "swear to god I'll quit today". And the manager is the rudest of them all. Felt very uncomfortable speaking with her. Was not friendly at all and came across as very cold. I'd never shop here again. My pet has a sensitive stomach and needs special treats. Found nothing for my dog and poor selection of toys. This place is depressing.

Great store. Staff was helpful once they were available. Prices are fair and I love the loyalty program. Only complaint is I always seem to shop on pet adoption days which makes it extremely difficult to get my true source dog food due to all the cages directly in front of the food.

Overall it seems a good store.The staff for the most part is very welcoming and helpful.Except for one member, maybe a manager I think her name is Liz.Expect nothing but ice thrown at you from this woman and you can even feel the tension in the otherwise great staff build when she's near.Doesnt make for a comfortable experience at all. You dont feel welcomed.Otherwise the store is great

all 4 betta fish on the shelf were in terrible water conditions and all had fin rot. they gave me terrible advice to keep the water at 70° when it REALLY should be at 80° so sad...change this!

I've been in the store twice and shocked at the absence of customer service. No one asks if they can help. When I find someone to ask, they don't know anything about the products they carry. When I asked if they could open the cage to pet the kittens I had five employees staring at me like I was crazy. I might have been interested in adoption but they did nothing to encourage that. No conversation about the animal or pet adoption. I will do all I can to never go in this store again.

Went today for the first time 1/23/18 around 11am. 12 noon and the cashier lady was happy to help me with some things answered my questions and was super nice. Other pet stores i have been to have not had helpful nice cashiers or workers. We will shop here from now on. It is good to go to a pet store and the cashier dose not act like your bothering them. At this store they do not act this way they are happy to help!

Went here to grab some crickets and some dog food. Thought I would try out our new local pet store. I was so pleased over there selection of food, toys, and everything you could imagine. Their staff is super friendly. Spoke with a woman named Kayla. She was super nice and helped me with ever question I had. She pushed me to try this brand Nutro and my dog dies over it! Thanks Kayla and Petsense for making my day! I will be a returning customer!PS please get a OPEN sign. No one has any idea if your open because you do not have sign with hours or an open sign in general!

I ordered dog food online never received notification for pickup although it was processed as a pickup at store. When I called the store the associate that answered the phone who was pleasant but did not know how to process orders she informed me that the item reported as in Stock was not available. And the amount of purchase was removed from my account The associate called back and stated that since she rejected the order it should not have been withdrawn from account but if it did which of course it did allow 3 business days and see if it dropped off. This was my first encounter with the chain and it will be my last as I am out 56$ at this time and my dogs do not have their food which unfortunately has to be that brand as they have very sensitive stomachs. It is a shame that this was my first encounter with this company as they are literally less than one mile away, and would have been super convenient.

They had good items in the store but the cats for adoption seems like a scam. We decided to adopt a cat so after we went shopping for kitty litter, food, a kitty litter container, a collar, we ask about adopting a cat. We were told that the store does not sell or adopt out cats. The cats there are actually owned by someone else who is considered the foster parent and we were told to call the numbers on the identification next to the cages. The first number was for a phone that was no longer in service. The second number no one picked up and the voicemail was full. Who makes themselves so unavailable when they know people will be calling? After we ask the cashier what else we could do, she went and talked to someone else and came back and told us we could text the numbers on the cage. No manager came out to see us if there was even one in the store. It could be that they know it's a scam and don't want to get involved. We left a full shopping cart behind and left disappointed. Lesson learned, go to a reputable source.

I got my Newfoundland groomed here. They gave him a bath, trimmed his nails, brushed his teeth, and got out some matts for an amazing price!! As well as a very good job. Kind and helpful staff. Would highly recommend coming here.

0/10 do not recommend for small dogs they don’t know how to cut hair properly, the lady cut my dogs head hair off after I specifically told them not to.

I have brought my 2 boys twice to be groomed...both times they came out looking wonderful (and they are wiggly little guys!). Lori is very patient with them. I would give this store more than 5 stars if they carried IAMS dogfood to keep me from having to order online or cross the bridge. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.
