Max is a 78lb Goldendoodle who loves visiting his friends at Magnolia! The staff and service is top notch and the facility is second do none. I highly recommend using them the next time your four legged best friend needs a place to stay!

Breanna is one RUDE obnoxious employee. she lied on the doordash driver saying she didnt get food delivered there when CVS has her receiving her order ON CAMERA then when i the driver returned to the place to keep from getting deactivated she proceeded to yell to the top of her lungs telling me to be quiet and let her talk. Poor dogs i know she abuses them!

I don’t know who hired Breana but she’sExtremely loud && rude. She’s very much dishonest & should not be allowed to work around animals that can’t speak for their-self. She & another employee wears full pajamas to work ,she has a very unprofessional look /disposition…..

Only great things to say! MB&B accommodated our last minute booking for our tiny puppy. We had access to the cameras while she stayed, and they quickly responded to our texts checking in on her! When we picked her up, she seemed calm and happy and showed no signs that she was stressed at all over the weekend. She was CLEAN which was a huge relief based on past experiences with other facilities.. and her items were all taken care of and clean as well.

My dog is in love with his day camp and overnight experiences at Magnolias! The second we cross the Isabel Holmes Bridge from Wilmington to Leland his excitement starts bc he knows we only go this way for one reason…camp! He sometimes doesn’t want to leave camp which I associate with the absolute best day of his life. The people who work here genuinely care about your dog and their happiness. Thankful to have a place I can trust and that my dog absolutely loves! Always willing to drive an hour roundtrip for this❤️

My dogs have been staying here for a decade. They cannot contain their excitement as soon as we get near the building. They are always happy and well-cared for when we pick them up. The staff knows ours dogs well, including what they like, etc. The staff are very accommodating and flexible.

This place is great. our dogs have stayed here several times and they've always been well taken care of. We trust them so much that we travel to Europe and board our dogs here.We are able to watch our dogs on camera which gives us great peace of mind.The dogs get plenty of exercise and if they stay for 5 days they get a free bath.Definitely recommended.

From the first day I set foot inside this place I felt comfortable and at ease. They are all very nice to me and to my fur baby. They knew, and called, my dog by name every day after meeting him. My pupper comes home happy after daycare each time. When we roll into the parking lot he gets so excited to be there! Very fair prices, they do offer overnight boarding and grooming services along with their daycare. Definitely recommend!

Extremely pleasant staff. My older dog can take a while to warm up to other animals but staff was present during entire playtime and I was able to watch on webcams while halfway across country. Our stay included a complimentary bath too. My dog was happy and quite a tired pooch from her playtime. Quality and rates are great! Will use services again.

Love this place. The facility is very nice and new, and the staff is kind and professional. Boarding during hurricane season is always worrisome, but Nate assured me that they will always stay with the dogs no matter what, and their building has a generator for emergencies. A previous boarding place we used sent out emails during Florence for people to "pick up their dogs or they will be left." We obviously never returned there.Definitely use Magnolia's if you are considering daycare or boarding!

I felt comfortable leaving my dog there for a long weekend. I usually don't board her, but I had to this time and was initially rather nervous about it. They took good care of her and kept her on a schedule that minimized her unease. When I went for an early walk-through, the gentleman didn't really address any of the concerns I had as a new customer. However, the young lady who usually works at the front desk was awesome. On the day I dropped my dog off, I felt very much at ease due to her knowledge, ability to bond with my dog, and apparent familiarity with the animals and procedures.

Our dogs love it here! We boarded our 2 pups here for a week while we took a trip up to CT for my fathers memorial. They were so kind to us and took very good care of our dogs! We ran into traffic on our way back to Nc and ended up having to keep the dogs there an extra day and they were so nice to tell us “yes they can stay, we hope you have a safe rest of your drive home.” They had such kind staff and I loved how we can watch our puppers from our phones while we were away, they looked like they were having so much fun! We will for sure be using Magnolia’s Bed and Biscuit again in the future!

We love this place! My dog is an Australian Shepherd who is very anxious with people he doesn't know. The employees at Magnolia's were very confident that they could care for our pup without a problem. They understand the breed and we are so thankful we've found such a great place where we know our dog is welcome, even with his attitude. Thanks Magnolia's Bed and Buscuit!!! He comes home wiped out every time ♡

I love this kennel due to its excellent staff and location just five minutes off I-74 West. When I'm out of town I never have to worry about pets being evacuated off the beach or islands, as it is in Leland. Sparky always loves being here, even though Lulu (the 🐱) isn't nearly as excited about it, but at least she is safe.

This place is great!! I was very skeptical about leaving my 6 year old dog here because I don't board her often. I wasn't sure how she would do with all the other dogs, even tho she loves one on one play dates. She did great!! I was able to call and look on the web cameras anytime I wanted!! The manager Nate made me feel completely okay with leaving her there. She takes medicine and sometimes won't eat it with her food.... I told him they may have to put some peanut butter on it so she'll take it - he said that wouldn't be a problem. She was so tired on Sunday from playing all day Friday & Saturday. I searched for a few months between Raleigh & Wilmington for a boarding place and this one won the race... I am so glad I picked this one & I will defiantly use this again if I have to board and I am even remotely close to this area.

We had a horrible experience here. We boarded our boxer here while on a trip and when we came back her ear was so swollen it was standing up and her eye appeared “hazy” looking. The employee didn’t address it until I brought it to their attention- they told us that she must have been brought in that way (not true). We had to take her to the emergency vet, the vet told us that it appeared as if she had gotten into a chemical compound or cleaner. Her ear canal and eye were both chemically burned and very damaged. We contacted the owner to let him know and sent vet records so that no other sweet pup would go through this. He refused to acknowledge responsibility while being derogatory to my husband and I. I could absolutely never recommend this business. Overall we ended up spending close to $900 in vet bills due to negligence. We understand that accidents happen and we are highly reasonable people. What bothered us so much was the refusal to acknowledge their mistakes and the way we were treated so poorly by the owner. I’d stick to boarding at the vets office or with a trusted friend or family member.

I highly recommend Magnolia's Bed & Biscuit. The small dogs can go inside and outside as they want. That was important because my Puggle can over heat easily. My golden retriever looked like she was having fun every time I looked at the nanny cams on my phone. They bathed the golden and did a great job of brushing her out. My dogs will visit the spa often as well as the daycare and boarding.

I have used this facility for 2 years and I absolutely love them. I have tried other local facilities, but when your dog you love so much doesn't want to get out of the car when you arrive, that should tell you something. My dog is always so excited to play here. There boarding is great too.

The best overnight boarding place we have ever used. They take care of the dogs, let them play all day with supervision and don't "nickel and dime" for all the extra services. One price, all inclusive. This is a special place for our fur babies.

Great place to board your dogs. I take mine there regularly and the staff and owner are exceptional. You can tell they really care about the dogs they board and even go above and beyond to communicate any issues with your pet to you. You cannot find a better boarding facility.

I had a home inspection and needed a place to keep my dog for the day. The night before I called and got my dogs records faxed over. The next day I dropped my dog off and while I was there the staff was very nice. My dog is a nut and is very hyper but they knew just how to handle him. The price to play for the day was great and we will definitely be going back. He was completely wiped out after playing all day. The bonus was I got to watch him on webcam from my phone. Duncan and I really appreciate it.

I started taking my pup Jersey here a couple of months ago for daycare. He's a big boy with a lot of energy and needs to play with other dogs.The Staff there are very friendly .Brianna initially gave me a tour of the facility and how they function. I 'll be traveling soon and needed a place I was comfortable with leaving him.

We were so excited to do our first day at doggie daycare for our puppy. We went to pick him up and he had dirt all over him, and was wet. I didn’t bring him this way so I don’t expect to bring him home any different! I know he probably had so much fun, but this was not what we expected!

The staff took their time to listen and learn about our dog and her needs. We left them with lots of things for our dog and we got every little thing back, nothing was lost. They even gave our dog her special veggie snacks. Absolutely no hidden fees!Our dog was sad to leave all the new friends she made. She will be back for their doggie day care a few times a month. Thank you MB&B for making it easier for us to leave our dog.
