We took our three dogs yesterday. When you first walk in it has the best smell. The room is absolutely perfect. Every thing is clean, floors are clean and units are clean. The water was so warm my labs laid down in it. They like to do that at home in the shower cause the water is so warm. They would have stayed laying down if we hadn’t had to wash them. My frenchie was in Heaven. Not real fond of water but she loves it when it’s warm. She just stood there enjoying it. Much better than the last one where she shivered cause the water was too cold. I highly recommend this place and this is where mine will be going from now on. One thing ………you need to put one on our side of town off military cut off road near landfall. Lot of business to be had in that area. Thank you for an enjoyable experience had by all.

This place is great. We washed Rebel and dried him for $10. The shampoo and conditioner smell great and didn't bother him at all. Bring your own towel and it should take you no more than 15-20 start to finish. You just can't beat this place!

I’ve been looking for a little dog wash place to take my dog, that’s also pretty private with being my dog isn’t the best with multiple others dogs in a grooming room. But we went and we loved this little place! The AC was on, for all the comments saying it wasn’t it was 71 degrees in there! Very cool for all animals and humans! 10$ for 10 minutes was great, I enjoyed all the functions you could use! Super convenient and I liked the gate protecting the wash station in case of jumping or any other animals. Overall it was great and me and Chapo will be back again!

Love this place. $10 for 10? Minutes. Wash, rinse, flea treatment, rinse, condition, rinse, blow dry. Super convenient, no mess to clean up at home after! The cycle ends with a free clean to spray out the tub for the next pooch.

I have been meaning to try out this spot ever since I spotted the tiny sign off Oleander Dr. Parking is in the rear so dont be surprised if you drive around the block the first few times since you dont see the establishment from the street.$10 bucks (cash, credit cards are accepted by the machine) for a true DIY wash and blow dry. In other words, its totally mechanized and I felt like I was at a 2-machine laundyroom. I love the wash nozzle that you press on/off at will and can pause to work in the shampoo and rinse off as well. No more running water and clumsy hoses in my bathroom! My dogs dont really like the blower since it sounds exactly like the vacuum cleaner so I use the dryer on them for 2 minutes, bring towels and have an extra 3 mins to use the Disenfect and Rinse cycle. My dogs are short coated so they dont make much of a mess despite being large pups, but I do bring an extra t-shirt because youre gonna need one or use the blow dryer on your shirt if you have any remaining minutes. Unlike the petvalu diy dog washes I used to use there are no vinyl aprons or towels. It's ten bucks, what do you expect, so I brought my own!Im gonna give DIY Dog Wash the benefit of the doubt and hope they sweep up at the end of the day because there were a few clumps of what looked like the longhaired remains of black and brown dog hair on the floor. And the longhaired dogs must have stunk! Fortunately there was also (in addition to the free disinfect cycle) a spray bottle of nontoxic pet disenfectant handy. A good sign for my first visit. I love having my shower stall back and I hate washing my pups in the yard because I dont have a warm water hose, so I love this! Yes the K9000 machine is noisy and looks like something out of an old Jetsons cartoon but I love the convenience and the warm water. We will be back:).EDITED: Because Oleander location closed I now use the new location on S Kerr. Same Bat Time, same Bat Channel :)

Showed up at about 9 on Saturday, and the building was empty and very clean. We bathed our GSD/malinois cross and our golden retriever in 30 minutes. I would recommend bringing a towel and brush as the 15 minutes you get for $12 did not get them 100% dry but was close enough for us not to spend the extra $4 for a time extension. Overall, it was a really good experience, and we will be back!

The pause button doesn’t actually pause your time. The blow dryer uses cold air - even after adding time twice my dog left wet and cold. Machine says there are towels but there are no towels. I called the “assistance or emergency” number and couldn’t get through to anyone. If it would have been an emergency, no one was there to help. There is no one on site to assist and if there is, they were ignoring me. When I finally got through to someone after calling 4 times, I was told they don’t have towels and I should add more time to dry my dog longer….even though he would have been dry if it actually blew hot air. Overall terrible experience - no one there to help if you need it, false advertising, and cold air from a blow dryer seems like just a way to get more money out of you. I recommend saving your money and washing your dog at home. $18 for my dog to leave wet and cold. VERY unhappy.

First I will share that my pup is very animal aggressive, she is a rescue and has had a checkered past. Now that being said this place makes it very convenient to get your animal in and out in no time! Only 2 stations which keeps it from getting crowded plus the entire store front is glass paned so you can see if anyone is coming. Best 10 I've spent in a while, it's really like a car wash for your doggo

I love the concept of the self service dog wash. It has honestly come in handy since my boy sheds way to much for my personal tub. This location is very convenient in a great location. The only reason this review does not have 5 stars is because EVERY TIME I frequent this location it is EXTREMELYYYYYYYY HOT INSIDE !!! I cannot stress EXTREMELY HOTTTT! It’s ridiculous how hot it has been inside this location even on nice breezy days. It’s hard to enjoy wash time with your pet with how hot it is. My husband was literally dripping sweat. It feels like a sauna!! I will give this location one more try but if it is the same outcome. I will find another business to frequent. I will not risk my health ! PLEASE INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING. OR TURN ON CEILING FANS (Which probably won’t help with how hot it is.

I used my card and there was no way to stop the timer that I saw I put it on stop hoping that it would no I was done but my eventual charge was $30 so I paid for the next dog as wellMy pup was a 5 lb Chihuahua we didn't even use the entire timer she wasn't feeling the vacuum....The next dog was a big husky type so I'm sure the owner could have easily spent 10 minutes just drying him not the end of the world but it should have a way to stop the charge because I'm pretty sure she just added time onto my dime :)

Tried this for the first time today at tender love and care grooming in monkey junction. So easy. Do it yourself and my dog is super clean! Shampooed and conditioned .. also a flea rinse! I didn’t even get wet ! They have capes for you to wear there just incase. Blow drying part too in the system but if you dog doesn’t care for that part I would just bring a towel in case ! Everyone left happy and at ease.

Unexpectedly met the distributors wife. She was very nice and showed us how to efficiently operate the dog wash.Very simple and easy. She gave us a token to try it out. 😎. You might want to take a towel to help in the drying process. The blow dryer didn't get as warm as i would have liked, but maybe it a safety issue.I really liked the waist high wash station as I have trouble bending over for long periods. The products smell great and have lasted over a week!Overall, I give it five stars. I will continue to use the K9000! Can we have one in Ogden please?

I really like the new location! I take my older dog here, she's much more comfortable than she would be elsewhere and the products are nice. The owners are great and immediately got back to me when I needed help. It's a great service and I highly recommend to all the salty dog owners out there to give it a try!

I love bringing my boy here! Super easy and all of the products smell great. It’s a great deal and worth it. I do have to bring a towel just to help finish drying, which I’d recommend if you have a big or long haired baby! ❤️

I love the K9000, but I would make two changes: 1) I wish you could adjust the temperature. The temperature at the stations on Kerr is way too high for a dog with an undercoat, but it's the best one available in the evenings. 2) I wish they built in a little shelf or something to place your wallet/card near the pay pad. When it's beeping and I'm running out of time it's a hassle to stop what I'm doing to go grab my card. I also notice that the nozzles and base at this location are showing a lot of wear and tear.

This was my wife and I's 2nd visit to this location. The 1st experience was great, but this time it was horrible. The place was not clean, there was dog hair all over the floors and equipment, there were no supplies. definitely not going back.

Are they closed? I take my dog here to wash him all the time! This is the only one that isn’t in an actual business that I’ve found in town. I loved this location, however when I went today they looked liked it was closing down.
