We cannot recommend Family Dog Naturals enough! The friendliest and most accommodating staff. The best food ingredients for our 4 legged family members too. They even offer an amazing delivery service! Super helpful since getting to the store sometimes does not work with our schedules.

I came in to buy a bag of Orijen cat food on February 8th around 3 pm. This cat food is somewhere in the neighborhood of $70 a bag. I can order it cheaper online but I like to support small businesses. I support small businesses until the people who work there begin lecturing me on how I should park. For your information I will never come back. I can get the expensive cat food delivered to my door cheaper without the unnecessary lecture. Maybe that's why the place was empty. Two people standing around doing nothing that have nothing better to do than to lecture somebody three times their age on how to park. Also, for your information, the car was not parked. There was someone in it waiting for me and it was running. We don't want a bag of free cat food either.I'm sure the owner of this establishment is a very nice person. These two employees on the other hand need to understand that what a customer does outside the doors of the establishment is none of their business. Nobody appointed you parking lot monitor.

Hands down, the go to place in our area for your pet's needs! We have been seeing David, Betsy, and their wonderful staff almost weekly since they started in Leland, for our girls. The care, friendliness, attentiveness, and knowledge of the products they sell, puts them in a category all their own. They care so much about their customers and their animals, and it is evident in every interaction you have with them. I simply cannot recommend them enough!

It was nice to find a local place that carries Dr. Harvey's dog food and they're less expensive than Amazon. The couple who own the shop are extremely nice and personable. Our family will definitely be going back.

Very sweet lady (assuming the owner) who has tons of knowledge and gave me samples for our puppy! Recommended to my wife that we should switch to this store due to their free (local) shipping and all natural diet. This place really seems to care about dogs!

For starters, If I could rate Family Dog 50 stars I would. They are truly amazing. Dave and his wife (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) are absolutely amazing. They will do ANYTHING you need to make sure your dog is getting what it needs. Even if that means adding an item to their order they don’t normally carry. The delivery can be life saving and the fact that they don’t charge for delivery just shows they care more about the animal than just bringing in extra money. Secondly, I honestly don’t know where they found the angels that work for them but they are just as amazing! They’re kind, relatable and care just as much about your pet as you do. The customer service here is not only unmatched but unmatchable. AND the service is just as amazing when the owners aren’t there. I’ve been shopping here for a few years and have nothing bad to say. I appreciate them more than words can say!

I absolutely love this place!! My boyfriend and I went in looking for a harness for my hound dog, who could pull us into the next dimension if she wanted to. The owner let Scout (our puppy) try on lots of harnesses while feeding her treats to ease her anxiety. We walked around the block to figure out the best fit for her, and were so happy with our purchase!! You can really tell that the owners care about animals and your pets. This is the happiest place on earth with awesome vibes and I can’t wait to come back 😻🐶

I credit David and Betsy with giving me nine extra months with my sweet girl before she passed. They were so caring and attentive to her needs, making recommendations on treats and supplements to add comfort to Shiva's life.Fast forward three years, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats in my life that aren't mine, but I adore as if they are my own.
